The condo was all we’d hope for. It was well appointed with what we needed. The beach area is spectacular.Our only wish would be for the hot water to work it the bathroom attached to the 1st bedroom.Even though the stairs were challenging with our suitcases once we got them inside it was fine. Great exercise to do the stairs a couple times a day.

Awesome, quite out of the bustle of people. Floor to ceiling windows looking right onto the beach and ocean. Beautiful serene place for a quiet vacation. Rented a golf cart to get around. Swam with turtles in Akumal Bay. Very close walk to Yalku. Kitchen has everything needed, but make sure you stop for groceries on the way. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance.LOTS of stairs to the unit, so be prepared.

Beautiful scenery

I loved my stay! The view was gorgeous the people were so friendly and the pool area was amazing! Most important how safe we felt walking around at night.

Great spot

The beach was gorgeous, snorkeling amazing, and the location peaceful yet close to restaurants and local spots. Having a rental car made it easy to explore the surroundings and discover even more of the area’s beauty. The accommodation couldn’t have been better: a lovely pool, spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and the fantastic bonus of having a BBQ on the balcony. The apartment was very well equipped, and everything felt truly welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Felt like a secret portal to relaxation

Wonderfully comfortable 2 bed 2 bath with amazing views. My wife and I absolutely loved the unit, the location and the neighborhood. It was like a retreat, yet very close to good restaurants, coffee place and Snorkling.

Paradise

The property was fully equipped and we had a wonderful month long stay. Akumal is as safe as it gets. Gardens, pool and beachfront palapas combine for a perfect getaway from the snow up north.

Hidden Gem in Akumal

Enjoyed a quiet week in Akumal enjoying all the Half Moon Bay area has to offer. We rested and read by the sea, snorkeled in the bay and at the beautiful lagoon a 5 minute walk from the property and wonderful restaurants just up the road, accessed by foot or a short drive away. Couldn’t have been happier with the condo, location and helpful property management team.

Amazing view

Can’t beat the location and the snorkeling in half moon bay. Unit was quiet, and the pool was nice. Short walk to restaurants. Unit itself wasn’t glamorous, but you can’t beat the location. The staff at La Sirena were super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Getaway

The condo was everything the listing said. Definitely not a party atmosphere very quiet town. Property manager responded to my emails promptly and housekeeping was on point. Definitely recommend.

Only hard thing was that there wasn’t always staff onsite. Check out, bike rentals, questions about where to , but no one was there to ask.
