Hermosa Great Pond Waterfront Inicio- Eastham, MA

Nuestra hermosa casa frente al estanque está disponible para sus próximas vacaciones familiares. Relájese y disfrute de más de 140 pies de frente estanque en Gran Estanque con espectaculares vistas desde la terraza elevada frente a toda la parte posterior de la casa. Disfrutar de la natación, pesca, kayak, paddle, pedal boating- bien desde el patio trasero! Es sólo un corto paseo de la ruta en bicicleta, molino de viento, Eastham Superette, biblioteca y menos de una milla al Primer Encuentro Bay Beach.

Nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños tiene capacidad para 8 personas e incluye aire acondicionado, conexión inalámbrica a Internet y cable digital. Recientemente hemos actualizado los muebles de interior y al aire libre, televisores, suelos, decoración, ropa de cama, la pintura y el baño de la planta principal. Hay una nueva gran ducha al aire libre de cedro! y nuevo para 2018- sótano completamente terminado con medio baño, sofá seccional grande, televisor de pantalla plana y mesa multi-juego con piscina, ping pong y air hockey.

La cocina personalizada está totalmente equipada con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran capacidad de asientos para las comidas familiares y -todo el tiempo de juego con espectaculares vistas de la laguna de la pared de ventanas a lo largo de la zona de cocina y comedor. Hay una cafetera (vainas para servir tanto regulares como individuales), licuadora, olla de barro, horno tostador y más.

Hay una amplia sala de estar con una "TV y reproductor de DVD con pantalla plana 42 y una cómoda zona de estar y un sofá cama de tamaño completo. También hay un armario lleno de juegos de mesa, rompecabezas, tarjetas y DVD surtido de para su disfrute. Deslizadores dobles conducen a una terraza amueblada amplia con vistas completas de Gran Estanque. Hay un montón de sillas para comer y relajarse, así como una parrilla de gas para cocinar al aire libre.

En el garaje, hay algunas bicicletas y cascos disponibles para su uso, así como 2 kayaks y una tarjeta de paleta con chalecos salvavidas para horas de diversión en el estanque. En la orilla, hay un bote a pedales de 5 personas para su disfrute.

La suite principal privada abarca toda la segunda planta, con más hermosas vistas al estanque y un baño privado. Hay una cama king size, ventilador de techo y TV 32 "pantalla plana. Nuevo para el alfombrado lujoso de pared a pared de 2018. El baño tiene una cabina de ducha, 2 tocadores y una tina de baño.

Hay 2 recientemente renovadas habitaciones del piso principal con nuevas alfombras de felpa y pintura. Una habitación tiene 2 juegos de literas y capacidad para cuatro personas, el otro tiene una cama queen size. Todas las habitaciones tienen nueva, ropa de cama y almohadas calidad de la marca. El baño de abajo ha sido recientemente remodelado y cuenta con una bañera de tamaño completo / ducha, azulejos nuevos, tocador y baño.

Nuestra casa es permitida sólo a las familias, con los adultos mayores de 25 a ningún grupo de jóvenes. No se proporcionan sábanas ni toallas.

Hay no se permiten mascotas y absolutamente NO fumar.

Reserve su semana. La mitad del importe del alquiler será debido en el momento de la reserva y el equilibrio de alquiler y un depósito de garantía es por 30 días antes de la llegada.

A stay with a magnificent view

Great Cape Cod respite

My husband and I had weekend obligations in Boston and Western Massachusetts, so we decided to take three nights in Cape Cod as a break between. My son and daughter-in-law were able to join us. The setting is beautiful, right on Great Pond, and the bird life is incredible. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time visiting and exploring.

The best!

We all LOVED this very special place! Beautiful lake views and the location! It was great being so close to all our favorite places. Highlights included kayaking on the pond first thing every morning and zipping down to First Encounter on bikes whenever we wanted. Kids loved the pond beaches and proximity to the library. No issues whatsoever. The best!

A wonderful Cape Cod weekend

My family and I had a great weekend get away at the cape. The property was exactly as advertised and just what we hoped for. A lovely house with a fantastic view and access to the pond. The property is exceptionally well kept and included every amenity one could ask for. Communication with the property owner was top notch. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to rent this property again for a longer stay in the near future.

Spring visit.

We were glad to find a well-stocked kitchen with all cooking and prep utensils. Enjoyed use of kayaks and bike. Master suite very comfortable with great view of pond. Many trees in backyard have been removed so picture is not an accurate depiction of yard. Overall nice stay. ( PS: It would be helpful to have printed guide of tv stations.)

Eastham Great Pond

Everything about the property was excellent, 5 stars. The location on Great Pond is wonderful, there are lots of kayaks, etc, and the house is equidistant to National Seashore and bayside beaches. The only problem was the mediocre VRBO interface - the reply button in messages did not work, so it was clear that the hostess did not get some messages. For the large management fee that VRBO takes, their software is fair-to-poor.

Beautiful home on gorgeous lake

Laura’s lake house is absolutely stunning. The master bedroom on the top level is renovated beautifully with gorgeous views of the water and a huge master bathroom. My kids loved the bunk room and the games in the basement. The lake was clean and warm for swimming, floating and boating. The garage was stocked with really nice bikes that we took down the bike trail just down the street from the house. We also biked down to First Encounter Beach for perfect warm bay swimming. The superrette store down the street is so convenient. We had a campfire in the fire pit in the back yard and enjoyed the really nice deck with upgraded furniture and gas grill. What a dream.

A Vacation to Remember

We recently returned from a 2 week stay at 610 Samoset and it was WONDERFUL! The house is so comfortable, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need, although you probably won't spend too much time indoors. Cape Cod Bay is just a mile away in one direction, the National Seashore beaches are a 10 minute ride in the other direction and Great Pond, which is more like a lake, is at your back door! The house has kayaks, bikes, a paddle board and a pedal boat which you can use to really enjoy the Pond. If relaxing is your cup of tea, the huge deck offers a beautiful view of the Pond and breathtaking sunsets. Our adult children who visited with their toddlers have told us that being able to swim at the Pond without loading everyone into the car is priceless! We plan on coming back again and again because we had such a wonderful experience.

Fun for the whole family

I wish I could be back there right now!! We had an amazing time at the house. My family of five people had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the house had to offer. We kayaked/paddle boarded/peddle boated everyday. The girls had a blast doing that while I could watch reading from the deck because the water was literally in the backyard. The house itself was super clean, its outdoor/indoor so you may see a spider but that's about it, totally was immaculate. We had a blast playing pool and exploring the local sites. I think our favorite was getting a picture with the Nauset Lighthouse which is on the Cape Cod chip bag (we brought a bag for a photo op :) ). The food recommendations were spot on, every meal was delicious, my husband is still raving about how yummy the take out oysters were from Arnold's. My only regret is we didn't stay longer, but we will rectify that next time :)

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend Getaway!

We were a group of 8 friends who rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is situated right on Great Pond (direct access), is very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and is within a mile of First Encounter Beach. The weather was not perfect, but we still enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets and all of us had a lot of fun using the kayaks and pedal boat that were provided. Additionally, there is also a huge deck (perfect for relaxing) that includes a propane grill, which we used to make dinner one of the nights. Overall, the house itself was very clean and arranged perfectly. There are two full sized bathrooms (very helpful for a large group) and both the kitchen and living rooms were spacious. Laura was awesome to work with and even sent a text message the second day we had arrived just to make sure everything in the house was okay. She was very accommodating with both check-in/check-out times and was extremely pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here because it provides you with almost everything the Cape has to offer. All of us agreed, that we would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for everything, Laura!!!

Totally enjoyable, exceeded our already high expectation!!

The house is extremely comfortable, the floor plan is smart, the views from both floors perfect, the deck enjoyable, the bed comfortable, and the furniture comfortable. We have rented a lot of homes over the years using VRBO, and this home completed our checklist. We were extremely fortunate with the weather being great, so we were able to take advantage of the bike path, the bay, and the pond, all of which are right there. If you like the beach, its no more than a couple miles away. I can't say enough, however, about how much we enjoyed the pond. The water was beautiful, the fishing was fantastic (I fished out of the paddle boat), and the time we spent in the kyacks was so relaxing. We needed some time on this vacation alone, so just the two of us went, but we are thinking seriously of coming back with family. One last thing, the owners were extremely helpful and accessible. But their passion for their home and their love of Cape Cod is evident the way they have tastefully and creatively decorated the home. And that works well for us, because we share that same passion with them. Thanks Laura and Steve, we cannot wait to return to this wonderful and peaceful place. Sandy and John

The Best Vacation Stay in Every Way!

I'm not at all experienced at writing reviews, but to start off: I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this Eastham house! Everything was perfect, and I think Laura is the best host ever -- she thinks of everything! My son & I stayed there for 3 nights (May 25-28, 2022), and we can't imagine anything being better! It was the nicest stay I have ever experienced, and it certainly made for a wonderful 22nd birthday for my son. Though we stayed there for only a few days (because of my schedule), it was such an incredibly special time for us -- we didn't want it to end! The house is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Located in a beautiful neighborhood within Eastham, the property & its surroundings are sublime! This waterfront home is situated right on the large "Great Pond," and it feels so peaceful & serene being there. As nice as the photos are of this house & property: to me, everything is even more beautiful in person! It's a very spacious house (around 2,200 square ft, I think), and it takes your breath away when entering through the front door (and when continuing into the other rooms, too)! I love this house's layout, and the style & decor are really incredible as well! It has 2 floors and a huge finished basement, so it actually feels like a 3-storied home, in my opinion. Also, the 2nd floor has a heavenly master bedroom (with the nicest master bathroom), having the most amazing view of the pond! I could go on & on, but again, it could not have been a nicer experience! I want to thank Laura SO much for everything, and we will always treasure the memories of this wonderful vacation stay! [P. Awesome location, beautiful home

Enjoyed April vacation at this lovely home with our teenage daughter and her best friend. Loved the huge windows with great views of the pond, the spacious rooms, and of course the deck. The kids really enjoyed the games downstairs and we all got a chance to kayak on one of the warmer days. The Cape Cod rail trail is just down the road and we biked and/or walked every day. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun vacation for all. We love this area of the Cape and look forward to a return visit!

We have been vacationing in Eastham, Cape Cod for over 25 years. We love the beautiful beaches and serenity that Eastham has to offer. We have always loved Great Pond and have spent many days enjoying the pond over the years. When the opportunity arose for us to have our own property on this pond, we couldn't pass up the views. We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do.
