Villa was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated! This was our first trip to Fripp Island, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The communication from Libby was outstanding! We have stayed in many places over the years and this will be one of our favorites! We cannot wait to come back!

The Sunspot was beautiful! The space was a short walk to the beach, very clean, and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My husband and I had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this villa to anybody.

We had a fabulous stay! You cannot beat the location- ocean front and steps to the beach! The villa was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. Libby was a pleasure to work with-she checked on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our time at her lovely home!

The Host was very helpful and the unit had a beautifully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for a vacation stay. All the dishes matched and there were plenty of them. The Host made sure that all your needs were included in the Condo.Sunspot was very clean and in a wonderful location.

Fabulous stay!

This unit is directly beachfront and is beautifully decorated! Everything is just as pictured and the unit has everything you could possibly need! The private pool for the complex is a plus! We saw so many deer right from our patio window and cannot wait to visit again!

The Perfect Spot

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is located right on the beach, close to amenities, has a good pool, and is really clean. Libby, the host, is wonderful and incredibly hospitable. I hope to go back soon!

Awesome stay!!

My wife and I celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It is on the beach and near everything The host was excellent too. She provided all the information I needed beforehand and was always just a text away. We will definitely return.

Wonderful stay at Sun Spot!

My parents and I stayed at Sun Spot for two weeks. Wonderful weather and outdoor table. Gorgeous sunrises every morning. Everything in the condo was perfect- very special memories! We’ll be back.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

Wonderful location, convenient to beach and center island activities. Gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. Clean and well-appointed space. Owner is very attentive and responsive. One of our best rental experiences.

Fabulous Stay in the Villa

New Years in Paradise

We loved the villa and Libby was so great to work with us. She even arranged a local golf cart rental and made sure our stay was amazing! The oceanfront location is lovely with the deer visiting and sunrise AND sunset views. Hope to return soon.

Perfect for families

We love staying at Sunspot! The setup is perfect for our 3 & 5 year olds. Close to the beach, pool time, and spending time admiring the deer right outside our door! Libby ensures that all provisions are provided to make our stay super comfortable! We will be back!

Clean, comfy, convenient

Might as well throw in another “C” for the excelent communication from booking to checkout with Libby, the host! This is a great spot on Fripp and is very well-equipped. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teen boys) were comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We had a wonderful time at Sunspot. The recently renovated villa was the perfect size and location. We had everything we needed, and it was like a home away from home. The owner was conscientious and accommodating of all of our needs. We appreciated all of her insights about the island, and truly enjoyed the beauty and solitude of Fripp Island. We will be back!
