Enorme jardín con piscina privada y todas vistas al mar, al Puerto de la Cruz, al Teide y al Valle de La Orotava. No se puede pedir más en una sola propiedad. Se encuentra a 5,5 km de la playa de Bollullo. La casa es cómoda, sencilla y funcional, ideal para familias numerosas o grupos de amigos que necesitan mucho espacio y tener comodidad. La piscina es completamente nueva y muy atractiva para su Uso Exclusivo, y los jardines tienen muchos rincones diferentes por descubrir. La casa dispone de una terraza ideal para disfrutar de los bellos atardeceres. El nivel principal de la casa está situado en el primer piso (141 m2) con 3 dormitorios + 3 baños, comedor, sala de estar, terraza con todas las vistas y una cocina. Hay 15 tipos diferentes de árboles, incluidos dragos, aguacateros y naranjos (puedes servirte tú mismo). Es muy conveniente saber que la casa está al lado del famoso restaurante Casa Juan, que es tan bueno que nuestros clientes mencionan repetidamente. Este restaurante dispone de servicio Take Away por si prefieres quedarte en casa. Para más opciones gastronómicas, puede conducir 3 minutos hasta el pueblo de La Matanza (con una amplia oferta de restaurantes típicos, sencillos y económicos). También puedes llegar al Puerto de la Cruz en 12 minutos, que ofrece muchas tiendas, restaurantes y largas avenidas para caminar y sentarse en los cafés. Si lo prefieres, ya que está a medio camino entre todas las atracciones del Norte y la capital Santa Cruz, a tan solo 20 minutos, que es una ciudad moderna con muchas opciones de compras, restaurantes y numerosos cruceros en el puerto. Limpieza y cambio de sábanas una vez por semana, incluido en el Precio. La piscina mide 7,50 m * 3,20 m aprox (unos 18-20 m2). Wi-Fi gratis. La barbacoa funciona con gas. Un coche es necesario para alojarse en esta casa.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our special times relaxing on the balcony in the evening watching the sunsets. The pool area was nice. A very easy commute into puerto de la cruz. Loved the mountain side of Tenerife where the house is located. The property could use a little spruce up.

A little bit of paradise away from the hustle and bustle!!

We stayed here at the beginning of May as a family of 5. The villa was just perfect for what we needed, a little peace and quiet away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The views are phenomenal from all the way around the villa. We loved that we all had en suite bathrooms and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Marc was extremely helpful with recommendations of restaurants and bars to visit and nothing was too much trouble! The restaurant next door, San Juan, was amazing too! The food was awesome! We would 100% recommend this villa!!

Yes, in my opinion this side of the island, "The Real Tenerife" is the best place to relax and to have a rest away from the busy áreas; it is also a really cheap zone for shopping, eating outside and tasting all our wines (this is the most important wine providers of the 7 islands). Fantastic Villa! Wonderful Views

As a family of 6 we stayed for 1 week in this villa. It was spotlessly clean with amazing views of mount Teide. A wonderful pool area and plenty of space for all of us. All rooms are on suite and the kitchen area was new. Marc the owner was great with recommendations of places to go and restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall a fantastic experience I would highly recommend.

Very enjoyable

The house was very much as described in homeaway. Contact with the owner was easy and uncomplicated. The house is clean and well-cared for. One shower has been renovated and functions well, the two others showers are older, did not function at times and could use renovation...Internet connection is rather slow, especially if more devices want to connect. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you. We loved Teneriffe.

Yes, if there are different devices conected at the same time, the internet is not very fast. Good stay at nice house.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. We were with 6 adults and 1 baby and there was enough space. We enjoyed the pool after a proper cleaning job. The restaurant next to the house was closed. Some items of the house require a bit of maintenance, repair or to be replaced. There is no entertainment within walking distance, so a car is a requirement. All in all a good stay and proper follow up on reported issues.

Perfect homebase!

This house is the perfect homebase for exploring Tenerife. Within 15 minutes drive there are at least three very good beaches. Only 20 minutes from airport North (TFN) and little more to Santa Cruz the house is yet embedded underneath the TF-5 so you won't see nor hear the road. Wonderful view towards Mount Teide and the shore of Puerto de la Cruz. Each room is equipped with a bathroom. The kitchen might be quite small if you really want to cook for more than 6 people. If you don't need the fourth room the extra apartment in the basement is truly unnecessary. The house was clean and in very good order - only the water pressure in the showers is quite low and it takes some time until the hot water comes. On our next trip to Tenerife We would love to come back!

Mejor de lo esperado

Fuimos 3 adultos y 1 adolescente y en general mejor de lo esperado. Como puntos positivos,la ubicación con muy buenas vistas, la amplitud,zonas verdes,la piscina no es muy grande pero es suficiente.Perfectamente equipado.La tranquilidad que hay solo truncada por algún que otro gallo con ganas de hacerse notar.En fin que nos ha servido para ver que es muy parecido a la peninsula.El norte muy verde y con temperaturas más llevaderas y el sur un completo secarral que solo hay sol y playas rocosas. Como puntos negativos solo se me ocurre los pequeños bichos que hay ,cosa por otro lado normal,por la vegetación que hay.Seguramente en otra localización de la isla como el secarral del sur de Tenerife,donde no hay ni un solo árbol no ocurra.Otra cosa para mejorar es que el agua caliente tarda en salir,pero todas estas cosas "negativas" solo sumarian medio puento en total. Mi puntuación general sería de 9.5. Una de las poquisimas veces que la realidad supera a las expectativas creadas

Spectacular views

The house has the most amazing views, of the Teide and of the sea, with Puerto de la Cruz in the distance. Since the house is quite high, it seems to dominate its surroundings. It is a very peaceful location, quiet with a big garden. The house is large and comfortable, with two separate living areas, one upstairs with three bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms) and another, a bit separate downstairs with one bedroom, also with its bathroom. Each area has its own kitchen. We were quite a diverse group, five people, but from four different families, but the property is large enough, with many different nooks and corners, to be able always to find a quiet peaceful spot, so that we did not have the feeling we were on top of each other at all. All of the showers are very modern, and there seemed to be an unlimited supply of hot water. The whole house has lots of light, and although it commands such a marvelous view, it is also very private, hardly being overlooked at all. The pool area is very relaxing, also with an impressive view, and gets the sun from early morning until the spectacular sunset (the sun goes down into the sea, framed by two palm trees, with the Teide looking on, in all its glory, with the crimson hues of the dying sun reflecting off the snow). We rented two cars (there is plenty of parking space), and I would not recommend staying here without a car, although one of the best restaurants in the area is literally next door. The car allowed us to visit a very varied range of wonderful little eating places, all less than 15 minutes away. But once installed in the house, it seemed such a shame to leave, although Northern Tenerife is very picturesque. This location is not for the typical tourist, since it is a bit remote from the busier towns and the beaches, but with a car it is quite quick to make short visits to almost anywhere on the island. We all vowed to try to repeat our trip next year, perhaps with more members of the family.

Wunderschöne Destination

Ein perfekter Urlaub für Familien oder auch als Paar. Ruhig gelegen, modern eingerichtet mit einer Traumaussicht über das Meer und dem Teide lässt jedes Urlauberherz höher schlagen. Der Privatpool und der großzügige Garten bieten eine private Atmosphere. Es ist notwendig, ein Auto auszuborgen, da das im Norden gelegene Haus ansonst schwer zu erreichen ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt - ein Tip: fürs Frühstück einkaufen. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Jederzeit wieder!!

Schöne Villa mit guter Aussicht und ruhiger Lage

Der Pool ist toll und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick über die Küste bis hinunter nach Puerto de la Cruz. Die Villa befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Puerto, man kann aber alle wichtigen Destinationen in kurzer Zeit erreichen. In direkter Umgebung des Hauses gibt es ein Restaurant, das sehr zu empfehlen ist. Bei der Rückreise sollte man allerdings beachten, dass es auf der Insel zur täglichen Rush-Hour etwas langsamer vorangeht. Also rechtzeitig wegfahren, um den Flieger zu kriegen.

INCREÍBLES VACACIONES EN EL PARAISO

Una casa recién reformada y en perfecto estado para unas vacaciones inolvidables en un paraje de máxima tranquilidad y grandes jardines. Amplia casa con todo lo necesario para nuestra comodidad. Una enorme tele nueva de 48'' con satélite, todos los dormitorios en suite y unas vistas del mar y del Teide INMEJORABLES. Lo que mas nos gustó es lo cerca que está de todos los restaurantes de pescado y guachinches de la zona, los mejores de Tenerife, así su como su cercanía con el mar. La realidad supera a las fotos publicadas en el anuncio. No te arrepentiras si eliges esta casa.

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, allerdings haben wir wegen extremer Hitze und Dunst den Teide nur an 2 von 10 Tagen gesehen. Die Luftqualität wurde als „gefährlich“ eingestuft. Haus sehr sauber. Das Haus teilt sich eine Wand mit dem benachbarten Restaurant, 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer sind betroffen, man hört nachts und morgens Stühlerücken etc. und auch, wenn Frauen mit hochhackigen Schuhen unterwegs sind. Auch draußen hört man ab mittags bis abends die Gäste laut reden und das Geschirr klappern. Dies sollte im Inserat aufgeführt werden - das Restaurant ist nicht nur in der Nähe. Das Haus hat bei Hitze keine Möglichkeit der Kühlung. Die Fenster haben nur teilweise Rollos, das muss in Anbetracht des Klimawandels nachgebessert werden. Der Eingangsbereich liegt nach Süden, wir hatten 32 Grad im Wohnzimmer. Auch eine Schutztür für die Terrassentür wäre sinnvoll, damit man über Nacht lüften kann ohne morgens alle Geckos und Eidechsen im Haus zu haben Die Ausstattung ist für 2 Personen gut, für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern wahrscheinlich auch ok. Für 6 Personen fehlt einiges bzw. man müsste nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anstellen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden leider die herrlich blühenden Bougainvillea geschnitten, aber das muss wohl sein

Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Beschreibung. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie während einer der schlimmsten Hitzewellen und Calima der letzten Jahre gekommen sind. Im Norden Teneriffas haben wir generell sehr milde Temperaturen und brauchen keine Kühlung, da die kühle Atlantikluft (die berühmten „Alisios“) die Temperatur im Sommer einigermaßen angenehm und im Winter mild hält. Sie hatten einfach Pech mit dem Wetter, das tut uns sehr leid. Die Geckos fressen Mücken und fliehen vor Menschen. Sie gehören zur kanarischen Flora. Okay, ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass sich das Restaurant neben dem Haus befindet. Ich schlage vor, mehr Geschirr zu kaufen, damit mehr Platz für sechs Personen bleibt. Wir freuen uns sehr über Ihre Vorschläge. Wir freuen uns, Sie bald bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen! Vielen Dank.

Die Finka war sauber und einladend. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen benötigt ( inklusive der für uns lebensnotwendigen Kaffeemaschine!). Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem Korb mit Wasser und Muffins, sowie Kaffee für die Kapselmaschiene. Die Lage ist himmlisch, wenn man Ruhe und authenzität preferriert. Der Ausblick ist wundervoll, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind bequem, zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.Durch die zentrale Lage auf der Insel sind alle Ausflugziele gut zu erreichen. Der empfohlene Einkaufsladen ist nah, lokal und bietet alles an, was man benötigt. Kleiner Tipp: Die "Cafeteria 74km an der Ausfahrt ist durch leckere, gutbürgerliche, lokale Küche definitiveinen Besuch wert.

Prachtig vakantiehuis met geweldig uitzicht

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen auf Teneriffa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, selbst im oberen Bereich befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Blick auf's Meer und den Teide haben uns immer wieder beeindruckt. Die Villa liegt sehr abgelegen, was man unbedingt bedenken sollte. Hier geht nichts ohne Auto. Aktuell befindet sich nebenan und gegenüber eine Baustelle, der Baulärm hielt sich jedoch in Grenzen. Leider müssen wir ein paar Punkte anmerken, die wir nicht so schön fanden. Der Herd funktionierte nicht einwandfrei (ging teilweise aus oder ließ sich weder hoch- noch herunterregeln), so dass wir weniger gekocht haben, als wir ursprünglich wollten. Der Holzkohlegrill wurde vorher nicht gereinigt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Grill nicht genutzt. Des Weiteren wurde uns vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass in einem Bad die Duschwand kaputt ist (Rollen defekt). Dies wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Eine Nutzung war möglich, jedoch war die Wand etwas instabil. Des Weiteren fließt in den Toiletten wenig Wasser, was laut Vermieter wohl normal ist. Teilweise funktionierte die Spülung in einem Bad gar nicht, was auf unsere Anfrage hin vom Vermieter lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen wurde. Dieses Problem scheint schon länger zu bestehen, wenn man andere Bewertungen liest. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn kaputte und knarrende Stühle mal ausgetauscht werden.

Ein erstaunlicher Blick, netter Kontakt zur Agentur.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts viel Lärm durch die Baustelle neben dem Haus. Sie begannen mit einem Bohrhammer bereits vor 8 Uhr morgens. Anna hat schnell reagiert und uns alternative Unterkünfte angeboten. Wir haben allerdings selbst etwas gefunden und mussten umziehen, was sehr enttäuschend war, da man dann in einer Woche in zwei Häusern entsprechende Reinigungsgebühren zahlen muss. Das Haus bietet jedoch sehr schöne Ausblicke. Wir waren im April dort, und das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt. Dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist, wussten wir, jedoch die Kälte unterschätzt. Trotzdem haben wir die schöne Anlage rund um den Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus hat viele Treppen, weshalb es nur für fitte Gäste geeignet ist.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Ja, das Restaurant in der Nähe führte Renovierungsarbeiten durch und wir wurden nicht informiert. Ja, der Pool wird als nicht beheizt beworben. Und selbst wenn man im Winter sonnenbaden kann, kann ein unbeheizter Pool frisch sein. Vielen Dank

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Teide ist fantastisch. Kommunikation mit Agentur und Eigentümer war sehr gut, falls etwas zu machen war (zb Pool zu reinigen) wurde das umgehend erledigt. Man muss natürlich unbedingt ein Mietauto haben um sich im Norden Teneriffas entsprechend fortbewegen zu können (auch für Einkauf, Essen gehen etc. unbedingt erforderlich). Für die Erkundung des Nordens der Insel ein perfekter Standort. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Quel plaisir de retrouver la maison en fin de journée après une journée de soleil ! Le panorama est extraordinaire et les couchers de soleil sublimes depuis la terrasse. La maison est agréable à vivre et fonctionnelle, un grand jardin exotique et la piscine complètent ce joli cadre de vie
