PISO CON TERRAZA PARA 6 PERSONAS

A 300 metros del Coliseo, ático compuesto por tres dormitorios dobles, tres cuartos de baño, cocina americana y terraza panorámica amueblada de 30 metros cuadrados con vistas frontales a la ciudad y laterales al Coliseo. La terraza está cerrada por una cortina con una gran ventana panorámica. La terraza tiene la cristalera abierta en verano y cerrada en invierno. También hay aire acondicionado caliente en invierno cuando la ventana panorámica está cerrada.
En el ático hay un total de 3 habitaciones dobles y 3 baños. Dos habitaciones dobles son de 15 metros cuadrados con baño en suite y una habitación doble es de 10 metros cuadrados con un baño privado al lado de la habitación.
Cada habitación está amueblada con muebles de madera hechos a medida y tiene Smart TV, wifi, aire acondicionado. Los baños fueron rehechos en 2020. En la cocina hay un horno, microondas, hervidor de agua, nevera y lavadora.La zona es muy tranquila y está muy cerca del Coliseo, situado al final de la calle y está llena de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y supermercados.

Great apartment with a great location. Pictures need to reflect a more accurate depiction of the actual area of the apartment. Not as much space as the pictures show. The living room area is actually also the outside area. But all around still a great location for colosseum visit / viewing.

Great location!

Apartment is perfectly placed just a few blocks from the colosseum. Our family spent two days there ahead of our cruise and there are also a ton of great restaurants. We found Pizza Forum and had the best pizza ever at that location. Host clearly communicated and everything was great!

Our stay was amazing! 3 couples spend the weekend here prior to a cruise. The location is perfect- close walking distance to the coliseum and several restaurants, small stores, etc. We would definitely recommend for those of you wanting to experience Rome

Beautiful apartment minutes from the Collusum

Nice apartment in a great location—just a few minutes' walk from both the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.The rest of the city was easily accessible, either on foot or with a short cab ride. The only drawback was that the main living area was an outdoor terrace. While it was lovely in the early morning or evening, it did get quite hot during the middle of the day.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

Loved this apartment and terrace!! Close walk to Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Forum of Caesar, Trevi Fountain, and a great variety of piazzas, museums and historical sites. The manager and his team are incredibly professional and informative. The accommodation was perfect and the outside space was absolutely amazing! The location was ideal and the cafe at the entrance of the building was an added bonus! Lovely people and experience.

The apartment was in a great location with a 10-minute walk straight down the street to the Colosseum at the end. We also met our tours and ate at restaurants nearby. I would like to add that while all three bedrooms were cool if we kept our doors closed, we were disappointed that the kitchen area did not have an a/c unit nor did the terrace. It was 98 degrees F. the week we were there in July. Also, the refrigerator was more of a cooler than a refrigerator. Other than those minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that the terrace is indeed equipped with an A/C unit. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist you and show you how to use it properly. Similarly, the refrigerator’s temperature can be adjusted according to your preference. If you experienced any difficulty, we would have gladly helped — however, we didn’t receive any communication during your 4-day stay. On the apartment door there is a large label with three phone number to be called in case of any guests need. We are always here to ensure our guests have the best experience possible, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We hope to welcome you again in the future! Fantastic stay in lovely Rome

We had a lovely holiday staying in this apartment , it is in a great location only ten minutes walk to the colosseum and close to a metro station . The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed , we especially liked the terrace . There is a cafe next door selling lovely fresh pastries and many authentic restaurants within a ten minute walk. The communication from the representatives was excellent and they were very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend straying here .

5 of us stayed (2 couples and 1 friend) for 3 nights. It was a great apartment - we thought the location might be too far from the city center - but it was perfect! The apartment was quiet and each room in the apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the terrace/watching the colors change - sunrise, sunset, etc. We loved our stay!!
