Nice but issues
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Great location, it had a pretty nice view from the porch. The booking process was easy. The check in process was easy. The parking was not explained very well. It had a shared driveway with another cabin so we did not know where to park so we just parked on the side of the driveway which worked fine. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the cabin did not seem to be cleaned very well. I found a used fork in one of the bedrooms, a used bar of soap in the shower, and a wad of chewing gum on the baseboard in the theater room. The customer service responded immediately and offered to send somebody to clean. The upstairs shower started leaking water through the ceiling into the kitchen , customer service did not seem concerned about that. They blamed it on the shower curtain not being tucked into the shower fully. The game room upstairs was fun for the adults and kids. We had a great time! We would stay at elk springs again but maybe a different cabin next time.
