The appartment is located next to the beach and the Martime Promenade, in the Pueblo Quinta Resort, special houses similar lijke un Andalucian Village. La Paloma Park, with very nice paths to walk, animals and a large lake, is close to the appartment. The appartment is very clear, with a sunny balcony with very nice sea views, Ideal for morning breakfas with the sunrise.
The double bedroom is large with all facilities to have a nice stay. The Bath is very nice, and there you can find a washing machine. The kitchen you can find all you need to cook, microwaves, mixer, oven etc.
At the Maritime Promenade you can find restaurants, spanish and international, and the tipical fish from Andalucian Coast.
Fharmacie, Library, Supermarket, Bus stop, Taxi parking, you can find next to the appartment.
The Benalmadena train station is 20 minutes far walking to the Arroyo de la Miel quarter. And from Benalmadena station you can go to Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Málaga and Airport.
The nicest Marina in this coast, Puerto Marina is also 20 minutes walking in the Martime Promenade. In this place you can find restaurants, bars, discoteques etc. and all nautic sports.

Estancia agradable

La urbanización es muy pintoresca y está muy bien cuidada. El apartamento es pequeño y salvo alguna cosilla sin importancia, cumple con lo necesario para hacerte una estancia agradable. La dueña, Elvira, impecable. Atenta en todo momento y aportando soluciones y facilidades para cualquier asunto que le trasladábamos. Ubicación muy buena ya que está todo a un paso. Recomendable para familias de 2 o 3 miembros. En general, muy bien.

Perfect.

The property is in a brilliant location, with a lovely view from the balcony and handy for all amenities We received a wonderful reception from the hosts who were waiting for us on our arrival. The property itself was spotlessly clean and included everything we required for a pleasant stay plus a few extras not normally found in self catering properties for which we were very grateful. Would definitely use this property again in the future. A big thank you to Elvira and Juan Carlos ( the hosts) for making our stay special.

Summer Holiday 2023

Elvira and Carlos are perfect hosts, looking after us from booking, to arrival and throughout our stay. Very much a home from home and the little things like the bathroom and kitchen sundries takes away the stress of finding these in the local shops. Excellent location for exploring either via walking, buses and taxis. Very close to the sea front, beaches, restaurants and other amenities. Wonderful sea view to start the day and that is missed back at home. . Will definitely be looking to return and comes highly recommended - thank you making our holiday most enjoyable.

Fantastic location

From our initial arrival to our departure Elvira and Carlos were fantastic hosts and were always available. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable home from home and is very secure. The location of the property is ideal for sight seeing, walking, restaurants, beach and any number of different activities.

Fantastic Apartment in a Great Place

Elvira and Carlos are the most delightful friendly couple you could ever meet, nothing is too much trouble for them. Elvira's Apartment is very clean and tidy inside and outside. The balcony is good for good the morning sun. Taxi's, bus stops just minutes away and lots of places to eat. We will definitely book this apartment again. Book early or be disappointed.

Nice apartment near beach and promenade

Small clean apartment very close to beach, promenade and restaurants. Apartment is a bit tired but good for a holiday break. Quite a lot of noise from nearby hotel at night but quietened down after 11pm. Small quiet pool which was lovely for a late afternoon swim to cool down. Excellent communication from Elvira before, during and at the end of our stay. Basic cleaning and laundry provisions and toiletries provided so no need to buy which makes a pleasant change. Would recommend for a short break.

Everything I needed

The apt was exactly as described, and in a super convenient location. I had everything I needed. I probably didn’t make use of everything in the kitchen, but it had plenty of cookware or appliances. I appreciated the laundry machine and the hi-speed wifi the most, because I was working from the apt during the week. The beach and the bus stop to Malaga are right across the street. And the park nearby was a great little oasis. Finally but not least, Elvira and Juan Carlos were great hosts. They personally came to meet me to check in and show me how everything worked, they had their son drop off a beach towel the next day because there wasn’t one in the apt, and they checked in on me throughout the week.

Convenient for all holiday facilities.

Elvira and Juan-Carlos were terrific hosts/owners. Step out onto the balcony and view the sea. Step out of the complex and the promenade is actually less than 2 mins from the apartment. Park, restaurants, bars and supermarkets abound. Easy lazy holiday on a plate.

Welcoming - Great Location

From Start to Finish a great holiday. Elvira and Carlos were welcoming from the start of the booking process to the end of the holiday and beyond even checking we had arrived home safely. The facilities available in the apartment were excellent including fruit on arrival . There were ample towels and linen available and also cleaning and showering liquids. There is also a washing machine and washing tablets . My sister stayed for a few nights and said that the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. This is in a great location and I can heartily recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This apartment is in an excellent location, with all facilities within easy reach. We ate out every night except 1 ,(ready cooked take away chicken & chips from across the way sorted that night very well!), with many choices of eateries for all budgets within a short walking distance. The apartment itself was ideal for us with a light airy living room, bedroom with plenty of cupboard/ wardrobe space and comfortable sleeping arrangements, nice sized balcony overlooking the sea, and good sized bathroom. Elvira and Carlos have gone beyond the ordinary to ensure that their guests have all they need in order to enjoy their stay. Lots of extras provided meant that you didn't waste valuable holiday time shopping for items such as washing up liquid, cleaning materials, toilet and kitchen rolls etc. etc. There are many places to visit by bus, train, ferry or on foot and we had no trouble in finding our way around to these places of interest from the apartment. We hope to come here again in the future, and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful area.

Great views and Owner

We arrived an hour late due to flight, Elvira was waiting for us. She was very attentive and spent time showing us all we needed to know and sent us emails during the holiday with helpful hints. The apartment had all we needed when we got there, ie, kitchen roll, shower gel, washing up liquid etc. etc. The apartment had lovely sea views from the balcony and had Paloma Park across the road, and had all we needed for our 10 night holiday. Thanks Elvira, we had a great time.

Nice compact apartment in perfect location.

Fabulous location and lovely place to stay. Myself and two kids stayed and it suited our needs perfectly. Grounds are lovely and pool is nice and private. All well maintained. Everything is easy reach. Elvira had everything as expected. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Benalmedena

Firstly, I would like to say that my Wife and I enjoyed our holiday. This was a nice apartment in a lovely position. However, there are a few points I would raise. The apartment was NOT the one advertised in your pages but the adjoining one. Your site advertised satellite/cable TV and as this was an English site, we assumed that this would include English channels - it did not. The only English speaking channels were BBC World News and CNN - both excellent channels but not entertainment. We are not massive viewers but like to watch something at the end of the day but were unable to do so. The owner did contact the providers but they were unable to change anything. Also, the seating in the Living Area was very uncomfortable and finally there was no key for the lift. We did enjoy our stay but it was a little marred by these problems, but we will certainly use Home Owners in the future. Chris Makepeace.

Great central apartment in Benalmadena

This apartment was great, clean, light and airy. Looked as it did on the website (only thing of note is that the website pics have been inverted for some reason, the apartment layout is round the other way. Not exactly an issue though, I just noticed when I arrived). Everything and more was provided - towels, hair dryer, shower gel, toilet roll, water in the fridge and even some fresh fruit! Elvira the owner was very attentive. The apartment has a lovely front balcony overlooking the sea. The good sized communal pool is situated at the back of the property, just three minutes walk. Chairs, lounges and parasols are provided. It was lovely and peaceful. There is a lift in the complex, convenient for those with mobility problems. The location of the apartment is excellent. The beach is literally across the street, the marina just a leisurely 15 minutes walk away. All main things to do in easy walking distance. It really was the ideal location and apartment. Can't rate it enough.

Excellent Location, Lovely Owner

This is a very well located property Restuarants, Cafes Bars Shops all within easy walking distance. 15 mins walk to the Marina and 20 mins approx to Arroyo De La Meil where the Train Station is. Very handy for buses, taxis. The park at the back of the property is a must see.Elvira the owner is a really friendly lovely lady. The apartment itself is fully equiped with all you could think of AND MORE.

Soy de Galicia en el norte de España, pero amo Andalucía, que es una tierra maravillosa y siempre amable con todos los visitantes. Tengo muchos amigos por todo el mundo, Francia, Irlanda, Inglaterra, Suecia, Noruega, Finlandia, Rusia, Alemania, Bielorrusia, Letonia, Marruecos, Servia, Canadá, etc. Para visitar a mis amigos tendría que recorrer medio mundo, y por eso soy muy feliz.
Me gusta la gente joven y la más mayor como yo, y siempre trato de que sean felices en mi apartamento.
Me gusta el orden y quiero que todos mis huéspedes sean educados, limpios y que no molesten a los otros vecinos. Si necesitan algo siempre trato de ayudarles. Y lo último es que tengo dos nietos que aportan mucha felicidad.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My appartment is the best place to enjoy a wonderful holidays.
Is not very big, but is big enough till 3 people, one big bedroom and 1 soffa bed in the tv salon.
You have downstairs the best beach and maritime promenade of the area. The Park La Paloma for quiet walking. The swimming pool is always quiete even in high season. And the wether is the best in the Costa del Sol because, the mountins stop the wind from the nord, and the microclima is very nice.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

From the appartment you can make one day trips, to Málaga, 25 minutes, to visit the Picasso and Thyssen museuns. The inner village of Mijas and Marbella, only 30 minutes far. Also yo can go to Granada, one day trip, you leave in the morning and arrive in the evening. There you can visit La Alhambra. The same thing if you want to visit Cordoba, and its old town, Patrimonio de la Humanidad.
