Close to everything...shopping, grocery stores, fine dining and entertainment. Fridrik was simply outstanding in his efforts to ensure we arrived and had the grand tour of the facility for us.

A fantastic time at this property

Not much more I can say about this apartment other than it’s one of the best places I have stayed in Europe let alone Spain. Greeted by Fridrik on arrival he showed us all the amenities and rooms and wished us a pleasant stay. Location wise for what we were after (nice restaurants, nice bars and close to the marina) is exactly what we got. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks once again and hope you’d have us back.

Great apartment and location!

The apartment was perfectly located to the busy nightlife and restaurants of the port which suited us. All the rooms were clean and nicely decorated and I would definitely recommend to friends. The owners were always on hand to answer any questions during booking and Fridrik our point of contact when we arrived was very helpful. 10/10

Myself and my girlfriends came here for a long weekend. The booking in itself was so simple with Robert who was always quick to respond. Fredrick met us at the apartment, probably one of the nicest guys we’ve ever met. The apartment is 10/10. The location is absolutely perfect. The Sun terrace and views are really something special. The apartment was spotless, overall couldn’t fault this at all. When we book our next trip we will absolutely be returning to this apartment.

Great location if you are looking to stay around nightclubs

The penthouse is in a great location if you looking to nightclubs vibes... well, they are just downstairs. Walkable to the luxury shops, just a step down where the action is. I think the building should have at least a locker to acess the apartments since there is a lot of drunk people hang around all night long. The bed and pillows are extremelly unconfortable. I am still wondering if the place has an AC, thanks to the fans we didnt melt inside. Port Banus was my last stop of a 2 weeks vacation, I was so looking forward to it. Every other place we stayed, we were welcome with a nice bottle of wine, beers, snacks. At least a cold water would be appreciated at the Luxury Penthouse, but nothing... if you are looking for party hard and careless for been comfortable, stay here. If you have another type of vacation vibes stay somewhere else.

We always get excellent feedback with our guests. Puerto Banus is a busy place to enjoy yourselves and everything is on your doorstep like getting food and drink. Sometimes people can get intoxicated but they are only having a good time. It’s very hot at the moment but the aircon works well and we have fans as well to cool you down. I suggest you stay not directly in the port next time but further away from the action and fun.

In the centre but immediate location can be intimidating

Really enjoyed Puerto Banus. Nice restaurants, good bars. Rooftop of apartment looks over the marina, which is great. Nice to chill out after your day with a drink & friends. Apartment is a bit tired looking, aircon is not great. 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom is very spacious with ensuite & window. 1 other double bedroom, no window & shared bathroom. 3rd bedroom is very small with 2 single beds, mattresses could do with being changed as not very comfortable, one or two springs coming through. Room has no window & no area to put clothes. The 3rd bedroom is not really suitable for 2 adults. Apartment location is right in the centre of Puerto Banus, which is great but there is a nightclub down the steps where the apartment is accessed which is open to 7.00am. Music could be heard in the bedrooms through-out the night. At the bottom of the stairs where apartment is accessed there are many local 'characters' gathered, which can feel very intimidating. Puerto Banus is definitely not a family resort , more suited to adults only. Marbella Old Town is about a 10 min tax ride. Dont get an Uber as they are really expensive, locate a local taxi. You can also get the water taxi which takes about 30mins. The Old Town is really lovely & a completely different vibe. Lots of squares, narrow old streets & churches, restaurants and shops.

Sorry Jason, your comments are not worthy of much reply as so much is inaccurate just as a starter and I could correct you continuously . Bedroom two has a large window and a double wardrobe to put all ones clothes, hanging up or folded. Two bedside cabinets with drawers. I can’t really go on as it will turn into a long essay of correcting your comments but most of your comments are simply inaccurate. Never had such negative comments. Not really worthy of correcting as have so many positive comments over the years which are completely contradictory to yours. Goodbye Jason.

Gorgeous penthouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. Often the pictures look a lot better than the actual place but not in this case! Fridrik met us at 1am to let us into the property, hand over keys and show us around etc. The property is in an amazing location in Puerto Banus and although right in the middle of it all was surprisingly quiet once you shut the front door! The views from the main bedroom, living room and balcony room were amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Always fun at Port

If you want to be in the middle of everything, stay here. The house was comfortable and convenient. I really enjoyed mornings on the roof top deck.

Whilst the best location, the apartment was severely lacking in terms of the state of furniture and general cleanliness upon arrival...compounded by promised item not actually present and had to fequest from the manager

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement, guter Schnitt. Sauberkeit geht so, Küchenausstattung grenzwertig. Tolle Terasse, erstklassiger Blick auf Hafen, Meer und Sonnenaufgang, sehr zentral gelegen. Nachts leider Ruhestörung durch starke Bässe vom Disco-Club im Haus.
