Quedarse dormido con el sonido de las olas en este condominio recientemente actualizado. Hermosos pisos nuevos de porcelanato en toda la sala de estar, alfombra nueva en el dormitorio, baños renovados, cocina completamente equipada y vista tranquila del área de la piscina desde el balcón. Ubicación ideal para la playa (a 800 pies de distancia), parques, restaurantes, senderos costeros y muchas actividades acuáticas. ¡Nunca querrás irte!

Nuestro condominio para no fumadores, no mascotas, soleado de una habitación, 1. 5 baños ofrece una vista increíble y está a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa. Estar en el piso superior significa que no hay vecinos en el piso de arriba. Se adapta cómodamente a 4 (sofá extraíble incluido). Está en una asociación tranquila de Júpiter con una piscina privada y a 5 minutos en coche de Harbourside Place. TV y Wi-Fi a Internet, lavadora y secadora, alfombra nueva en la sala de estar / comedor y dormitorio, azulejos en las áreas restantes del condominio con baños y cocina renovados. Camina a una de las playas más hermosas a una cuadra de distancia. El edificio A está ubicado en la laguna con un patio con balcón con vista a la laguna. El condominio es llave en mano y está equipado con todo lo necesario para que su estadía sea libre de estrés y agradable.

Esta es una unidad para NO fumadores y NO mascotas. Todos los huéspedes deben completar y firmar las reglas y regulaciones de la HOA 30 días antes de la llegada y le enviaré estas reglas tan pronto como se confirme su reserva. Los principales son:

Well Equipped & Nicely Decorated Unit!

Nicely decorated place. Tranquil spot, and yet very close to beach access and ocean! Loved the amenities (new dishwasher, washer/dryer inside unit). Our host, Christian, was helpful when we had questions. Unfortunately, bed may be too soft for visitors like us.

great location

We enjoyed our month at our condo. It is close to the beach and lots of shopping.It was easy to access the unit and we had a designated parking space so no worries about parking.

Perfect in every way

This little condo is absolutely perfect in every way...perfect location - truly 500 steps to the beach, and the back patio has sliders which open to the west where there's a pond with a fountain which runs 24/7. Perfectly clean, perfectly stocked with everything you'd need for a day or a month. Perfectly decorated, lovely beachy colors, comfy couch, just perfect!

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Christian's place. It was just as advertised. Clean, convenient and location is excellent! Also very well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, beach items etc. Communication was also great. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

A home away from home!

My recent stay at this property was very nice. I found the condo to be clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.You instantly felt at home! Christian was wonderful to work with! The location was an easy walk to the beach. My only disappointment was that the HOA does not permit certain vehicles on the premises, trucks being among them. Even a guest, parking in a guest parking spot, is not permitted if driving a truck. That however is out of the owner’s control . The owner did everything to make this stay memorable!

Amazing Internship Stay!

This property was awesome, I was there for a summer internship and could not have asked for a better place. I walked on the beach beforehand every morning and after work, it was only a 10 minute commute to my place of work. It's about 15 minutes to one of the best malls that I've been to. There are a lot of good local restaurants nearby. The place itself has so many amenities, the washing machine/dryer was a life saver, as well as the crockpot. Christian is a great owner and answered every question I had in a very timely manner. Honestly, this property made this summer one of the best summers ever, could not have asked for a better experience. The only thing I will note is that there is never anyone in the guard station, so if you need to contact the guards they are never there and they don't really do their duty checking parking or anything. Other than that, JORC was an amazing stay and was a wonderful time!

Condo was exactley as listed in VRBO. Clean renovated , view over lake from lanai. Close to beach, one block, tennis golf and many fine restaurants. Owner was most helpful and easy to reach Would return Dr Joe. NY city

Excellent Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was neat and clean. All that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It was only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner by the owner. We would definitely return to this condo in the future.

A relaxing getaway

I stayed here a few months while looking for my next home and this was the just quiet, relaxing space I needed. Enjoying the lake fountain from the balcony was my favorite way to unwind from the workday and the beach was so close I could hear the waves at night. Christian was very accommodating throughout my stay and always replied quickly to any of my questions. He was also a great support, keeping me informed with community updates when Hurricane Irma paid a visit. This place really felt like home and I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property; Responsive Owner

Christian's place is amazing. I spent two months there working at the nearby Loggerhead Marinelife center and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable; walk to the beach, Uber downtown West Palm, top floor with no noise. Any small problem that I had, Christian was fingertips away and had no problem with me sending a text to get things sorted out, or even a phone call. He was very responsive and I had absolutely no complaints. The place was completely re-done and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extra toilet paper and paper towels were plentiful, and I was very happy with everything available for cooking and baking. The bed was comfortable and all of the furniture and appliances were functional and easy to operate. Could not have found a better place to spend an extended stay in Florida.

Another Great Stay

We recently completed another 2 month stay at this condo and, as with our previous stay during 2015, we have only nice things to say about it! We recommend this condo highly for all the reasons we loved it the first time which include its proximity to many restaurants, parks, theaters, shopping, attractions and activities, and to dog-friendly Jupiter beach, We very much enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pond and often had breakfast and dinner there. As before, the listing description and pictures are very accurate and the owner is very responsive and accessible. We are looking forward to returning again sometime!

A great place to enjoy the wonderful area!

My husband and I recently spent 2 months in this comfortable, quiet condominium. We loved being on the top floor of the building so that we had a "birds-eye" view of the the surrounding grounds.. The balcony is great! We found it perfect for enjoying the lovely area, and frequently would have dinner there as well as breakfast and also sit there to read, talk or watch the turtles and ducks in the lake. The screening around the balcony was so effective we never once encountered a bug! As others have mentioned in their reviews, this is a wonderful location as it is near loads of attractions and activities! Also, it is a short block's walk to the beautiful Jupiter beaches, and within short walking distance (or, in some cases, a short drive) to excellent, unique restaurants, parks, theaters, and shopping. The listing description and pictures are very accurate, the owner is very responsive and accessible, and we found this property to be an exceptional value. We would love to return again sometime, and definitely recommend it!!

Conveniently located condo

This property is convenienly located to all amnities: beach, shops, and restaurants are all within minutes. The apartment is quiet and faces an attractive small lake. I was alone and, therefore, found it very comfortable with an adequate kitchen area, living room and bedroom. There is even an extra toilet and sink. Though the owner was not around, I was able to email him and he was quick to resolve any issues that came up. On the whole, it is a comfortable place. The biggest drawback for me was the very dirty carpet. I couln't bring myself to walk barefoot on it for fear of catching some nasties!

My husband and I spent 2 months at this rental while searching for a home in the area. This is a very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom just as is described on the listing. The area is beautiful and very short walk to the amazing beach. The complex is quiet and very well run. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful Trip

Just spent a couple of weeks in the wonderful rental. It is clean and nice, with all amenities that you could ask for. The internet service was slow at times (but that is a Comcast issue). The area is very quite and provided a restful vacation. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. What more can you ask for!! The beautiful Jupiter beach practically at your doorstep. Great vacation....we hated to leave and look forward to another trip to this rental.
