Pismo wedding

The property was in excellent condition. Everything was perfect. My daughter had a beach wedding with a beach reception, complete with bonfires. Everything was beautiful. Where we stayed was so convenient. I hope to stay again.

Wonderful comfortable and awesome beach access

Quote from my kids: “ it was the best, absolutely amazing!” I walked in the beach for an hour every morning, and the kids played on the dunes right in front of the patio when I didn’t want to be outdoors with them. Parking was easy and secure. We were very pleased with this property.

We were very pleased with our experience at this property. Immediately the kids started planning when we would be returning! We have a daughter in a wheelchair and even though it was a little far we were easily able to carry her down to the water. The beds and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and cozy and we had everything we needed to have the perfect relaxing trip by the water. There is some traffic of cars driving onto the beach right outside of the condo, but that didn't pose a problem at all. Just maybe something to be aware of if that might bother you. But it was no problem whatsoever. And Slappy's right next door was a welcome treat for my kids with a late night treat of a yummy churro. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was perfect.

On The Beach

Nice weekend getaway. Loved that you can walk from the back deck onto the beach!! And the condo has a view of the beach/ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great for each couple. One bedroom/bath upstairs and the other downstairs.

Great place, good location, neat, clean we'd certainly stay again. We entered with a Welcome goodie bag (nice touch) & they allowed extra freinds for the day. Sunsets we're equally compared to Hawaii. Only wished we had known owners suite & laundry was not available.

Great Vacation!

We had a great time on our vacation here. Pros: right on the beach (literally), rental includes beach chairs, BBQ, "private" fire pit and direct beach access. Condo is roomy and host provides toiletries like shampoo. Hosts are thoughtful and communicate well. Cons: traffic to the beach parking (right next to the condo) starts at 6:30am. We didn't mind, but there is some noise. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

Great beach-except for one factor

This condo has a great location except for it being next to the entry for the dunes. All day/night there was continuous vehicles & sounds entering & leaving. We felt like being in a fish bowl. The shutters for the slider were not operable. The condo itself was very nice.

Graduation Celebration

My daughter graduated from High School here on the Central Coast and preferred to gather with family at the beach and what better place but in our back yard and found the perfect spot. Everything shown of this property is what you will get and MORE. Our host surprised us with some thank you gifts, in case you forgot some things from home. If you are a beach goer with dune buggies this is the place! Thank you Steven Bruce for such great place to stay.

Short but fun

Cute little house for my family of 6. We had 2 rooms, each with a queen bed, there was also a little loft in the hallway upstairs. Has everything you need for a mini get away! Kitchen, toys and beach stuff for the small and big kids. Perfect place for my family of 6. Check in was smooth… only thing is check out is at 10 which was a little early for my kiddos 😅 but it worked out fine. We had a wonderful time.

MY WIFE MARY AND I BOTH GREW UP NEAR THE BEACH BUT HAD LIVED IN DIFFERENT CITIES. AFTER MEETING WE ENDED UP LIVING IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY OF CALIFORNIA DUE TO OUR EMPLOYMENT. OUR GOAL WAS TO EVENTUALLY RETIRE AT THE BEACH. AN OPPORTUNITY CAME UP TO PURCHASE THIS CONDO AND WE TOOK THE PLUNGE. STILL WE ARE NOT RETIRED SO WE DECIDED TO SHARE OUR HOME WITH THOSE THAT ALSO LOVE THE BEACH. WE ALSO CONTINUE TO STAY THERE AS MUCH AS OUR TIME ALLOWS.

WE JUST LOVE LIVING ON THE BEACH. THERE IS SO MUCH ACTIVITY GOING ON. PEOPLE COME HERE FROM ALL OVER WORLD TO VACATION. MY WIFE LOVES TO SUNBATH ON THE DECK WHILE WATCHING ALL THE FUN HAPPENING IN FRONT OF HER. I ENJOY RIDING MY ATV ON THE BEACH, FISHING AND GOLFING. OUR GRAND CHILDREN ARE SHELL COLLECTORS.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

THIS IS A NEW LISTING AND MORE PHOTOS WILL BE ADDED AS I TAKE THEM. THE PHOTOS DON'T SHOW HOW BUSY THE BEACH CAN ACTUALLY BE. THEY WERE TAKEN EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE A LOT OF PEOPLE WERE OUT. THE CONDO IS ALSO VERY SOUND PROOF. WHEN THE DOORS ARE SHUT YOU CANNOT HEAR ANY SOUND FROM OUTSIDE OR FROM THE NEIGHBORS. MONDAY THRU THURSDAY ARE THE LEAST BUSY DAYS OF THE WEEK, UNTIL SUMMER.
