CONDOMINIO RECIENTEMENTE RENOVADO - Holiday Surf 405 !!!
Esta unidad tiene capacidad para hasta 6 personas, con una cama king size en la habitación principal, cama queen size en la habitación de invitados y un nuevo sofá cama en la sala de estar que cuenta con un colchón "acogedor" de 6 pulgadas.
Ubicado en el 4to piso, está cerca del intercambio de ropa y la lavandería para su conveniencia.

Recién pintado en todas partes con nuevos revestimientos, nuevos muebles de sala y comedor, así como la remodelación de ambos baños y una nueva cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.
La sala de estar tiene una nueva consola de medios para acomodar un nuevo televisor LED Samsung de 55 pulgadas con un reproductor de DVD Blue-ray. Ambas habitaciones también tienen televisores LED con reproductores de DVD Blue-ray.

Luego está el verdadero punto culminante de su estadía en Holiday Surf and Racquet Club: ¡las vistas más maravillosas e impresionantes de la playa y el océano desde su balcón privado, que son realmente insuperables!

Fantastic Property

This was our first stay at this property and it was wonderful! It’s wonderfully appointed with everything you need for a great stay! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are so spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved all of the storage space too! Would definitely stay here again! The front desk staff was great and we even had a cake waiting in the room for my husband’s birthday when we arrived!

Not Completely Satisfied but Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is dated with an old and musty odor even after ozone treatment, which is very disappointed. There were multiple stains on the living room furniture. I must say this is my first not-so-good experience with VRBO. I absolutely love the location and the staff professionalism.

Problems

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Problems with the front gate only worked one time while we were there. Couldn’t get out the pedestrian gate 2days. Got locked out of laundry room one day did not realize it closed at 10pm. Wish for more days for laundry exchange for towels. For the price we paid they should do our towels daily

Resting and relaxing !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we have stayed at Holiday surf and racquet club . It was recommended by our son who had been there many times. We have stayed in many condos along the strip but this is truly heavenly ! The resort is clean and well kept. The elevators were fast and always working. Plenty of carts to move your luggage in and out. We appreciate the private uncrowded beach and no smoking ! Our chair attendant saved our chairs each day and was so helpful. The entire staff were super friendly and always greeted us . They even helped us book again for next year with ease! So you know we will be back again! We loved our room 405. It was clean, comfy and just so homey that we could rest and relax like never before! The best part is easy in and out of the resort and didn’t have to fight the traffic like the main strip. Our son was right , “ You will LOVE it!” And we really did!
