Upon entering we filled out a damage report sheet and it was longer than one would like to see considering how much we paid :/ also it did run out of hot water pretty fast while showering. Other than those things our stay was pleasant.

My husband and I visited for Thanksgiving. It was a pleasant room overlooking the pool. The front desk people were fantastic!! They helped us with some cable issues.

For 2 years now my husband and I have fought to not continually roll to the center of the bed. You have to cling to the side. Did not get a good night's sleep for four nights!! Please replace it!

Amazing!

The property was great! Close to everything. The complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus! Will definitely be back. We had rough waters for a few days so we couldn't swim in the ocean, wish the pool was bigger, it got crowded.

The shower had mold, the extra blanket dirty/bloody and the full size bed was caved in the middle. Also the balcony has a row of missing tiles. We were constantly rolling toward the middle. We even flipped the mattress and it was no better. Keypad on entry door was not working the entire visit, but we went old-school and got a key.

There was mold in the bathrooms and the carpet was really dirty. The mattress in both rooms are probably older then me and need to be replaced, we left early because they were so bad. The beach was beautiful and would stay in that location again if we had a better place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location. Unit #308 is nice except for the couch and loveseat are worn out and uncomfortable. Very clean unit and management is good except our contract needs updating and was innacurate. A good place to stay.
