Te invitamos a la unidad # 612 con su entorno precioso frente a la playa. Capaz de acomodar a su familia con una cama King de lujo en el dormitorio principal y un colchón acogedor en el nuevo sofá cama extraíble en la sala de estar. Todos los muebles nuevos en 2017 en nuestra cómoda sala de estar y comedor con TV de pantalla plana de 48 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD y WIFI. También disfrute de un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y un amplio armario con vestidor en el espacioso dormitorio principal. Convenientemente ubicado al lado de las instalaciones de lavandería y ascensor, por lo que estará a pocos pasos de la hermosa playa. Servicio gratuito de sillas de playa durante la temporada alta. Relájese y disfrute del sonido de las olas y la vista de la playa de la Costa Esmeralda desde su balcón privado del sexto piso o camine por la suave arena blanca, observe a los delfines nadar y tome el sol en la playa o en la piscina. Just found our annual beach vacation spot!

I’m 36 and I’ve been coming to Destin since I was a child. This area is THE BEST part of the beach, hands down. Less crowded, no seaweed, incredible views, close to some great restaurants and gift shops. We saw manatees and dolphins right in front of the Condo multiple days, the atmosphere is extremely family friendly, we just had the best stay. The condo comes with tons of beach toys, boogie boards, extra beach chairs, and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. It was just perfect!

Great condo, excellent location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 612. It’s right in the center next to the elevators and stairs with excellent gulf views! Our room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that we lost a beach chair and towel. I had called the front desk to let them know our chair and towel were still at our beach set up and we might not make it back until dark (we had left them there when it started raining and planned to go back later that day when the rain stopped but it never really stopped raining.) The lady said it was no problem and she’d have a beach attendant bring them to front desk. They were never taken to the front desk and the beach attendant said he never heard anything about getting them. Not a huge deal but it was a little frustrating. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

Relaxing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at HSRC. We love the location and easy access to the beach. As well as the excellent beach service. We did have one hiccup upon arrival. Our condo was delayed upon check-in. We did not get inside until 6:30 due to the owner's error on the calendar. However, Shannon of HSRC was our hero. She discounted our first night and allowed us to check out late. Thank you Shannon! Overall, we were mixed on the condo itself. We did not realize it was a corner condo which meant our neighbors were right there. We would choose a different condo location next time. The bed was comfortable, the rain shower was wonderful, the appliances were fine and the sofa had nice reclining seats. The TV took a little bit of time to figure out but we got it. Unfortunately, the bedroom TV had a glitch in which the volume was 'stuck'. I apologize for not reporting this to the management. We did have 1 unpleasant surprise, the housekeeping did not clean the microwave and it was filthy. But, we cleaned it. All in all, we enjoyed our beach vacation and look forward to another one in the future.

The only issue we had was upon check in the gate code given and then the room code given at front desk would not work. They were unable to reprogram, so they gave us a master key to use. Only a minor inconvenience. Excellent beach view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Destin twice a year and have been in area roughly 28 times. This was our first time at holiday raquet. We loved the staff, the free movies and the condo. Pretty short walk to the beach and they were making improvements. Only concern was beach erosion znd view from balcony is a wall looking out from living romm. Because its a corner unit in crease of building you feel like you are on balcony with your neighbors . This cannot be changed and I ferl as if pricing reflects this issue.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not like that they do not deliver clean towels. The room did not have it's own washer and dryer. If you wanted to wash, you had to go to the laundry room. I liked the location, but wouldn't recommend to others for this reason. Nice view, but room is very outdated
