The only issue we had was with the Tvs in property #513. We had the hardest time getting the one in the living room to turn on and connect and the one in the bedroom we couldn't even get it to change channels. Too many remotes made enjoying watching TV complicated. Other than that everything was wonderful.

The ONLY thing that I would complain about is the general cleanliness of the condo. It was just very dirty and dusty around the baseboards and the vent fans. It just really needed a good, deep cleaning in general--floors, windows, walls, etc. For the amount of money we paid, I expected the property to be in tip top shape, but the furniture had seen better days for sure! The staff was very nice and we loved the view. The updated kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. If the condo had been cleaned really well, I would have no complaints at all!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo multiple times but have been this disappointed. This condo was run down and filthy. There was mold in the bath tub. The blankets and sheets WERE NOT washed before our stay and the bathroom floor had gross leftovers from the previous renters.Our friends found bed bugs in their condo just a few down from this one so I have been on edge ever since coming home that we carried them home.This room and cleaning staff is in major need of a pick me up.After 5 consecutive years of coming here, we plan to take our business elsewhere next year.We are thankful for the memories we have made though.

Reviewer Comments: The property needed the thorough cleaning and updates to bathroom. We reported problems with lighting and Electric in kitchen but never received a response. The bedroom came with a sheet and thin bedspread. No extra blankets were available. Could not really enjoy the patio as it faced our next door neighbors; no privacy. Well I would recommend holiday surf oh, we would not recommend this particular unit.

The carpets were dirty and it was obvious the unit has been used a lot and needed to be updated.
