Cuando entras en nuestro condominio en MARKET STREET INN en SANDESTIN ™, serás llevado por la vista de la piscina de la laguna. Invita a aguas azules y palmeras que te invitan a darte un chapuzón. ¡Pase las cálidas noches de verano descansando en el balcón de gran tamaño disfrutando del ambiente tropical!

La cocina está completamente equipada ... así que si quieres hacer una merienda rápida o una cena completa ... tendrás todo lo que necesitas. La cocina tiene capacidad para seis personas con barra adicional para tres más. Nuestra suite del dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana de 40 "y reproductor de DVD, y un baño principal con tocadores dobles y bañera y ducha separadas. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama queen y un sofá cama, televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "y reproductor de DVD, junto con otro baño. Para su comodidad, nuestra casa de vacaciones ofrece lavadora y secadora, estacionamiento gratuito en garaje y WIFI gratuito.

Transporte en el complejo provisto con este alquiler: el propietario participa en el servicio de tranvía. Podrá usar esto durante su estadía sin costo adicional. Este servicio no es ofrecido por todos los propietarios. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, right by the pool and walkable to everything in Baytowne. The only time we got in our car the whole time was to make a trip to the grocery store. The air conditioner was broken upon our arrival so our first night was rough, but the management company responded quickly and had a technician out to repair it by lunchtime the next day. Cleanliness was great! My only suggestion is to add a blackout curtain to the master bedroom because it gets bright in there very early. The common area throw blankets smelled musty so they could use a wash as well. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would stay here again.

Perfect location

Loved everything about this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The view and proximity to the pool were so convenient. Something going on at Bayside Wharf every night. Tram to the beach was helpful. Only downside to this condo was the parking situation. When we arrived the parking deck was full. Having to unload luggage was not the easiest process. Other than that, amazing!!! We would stay here again for sure!!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property itself was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were alerted to a small problem with the floorboards just prior to our stay but it didn’t bother our stay at all. We also had a problem with the WiFi during our stay and the tech/management was responsive within minutes to help us solve it. Communication was fabulous and friendly! We can’t wait to visit again!

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and easy to follow. The area is very well maintained and pretty easy to maneuver. I appreciated the parking spot in the garage. The condo was very nice. The space was great and decor was lovley. I enjoyed the patio every morning for cofffee. The area eventhough busy was quiet and relaxing.

Great Condo!

We had a great week in Sandestin! The condo was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and it was extremely clean upon arrival. Whoever does the turnover service does a phenomenal job! This was our second year staying in Baytown Wharf and it’s the perfect vacation for young families. Something for everyone!

Great location and condo

We arrived while construction was being conducted on the balcony of the condo; however, the owner made the situation right immediately. The location is ideal for a family, and we enjoyed our off-season stay.

Beautiful Grounds

We thoroughly enjoyed the properties and all that was available. Since we were off season, it was not busy at all at the shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools were lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself is nice but it could use a few updates, specifically a new mattress and dishes that are not chipped and stained.

It was easy to get into restaurants which you could reach just by walking out the main door. The patio was quiet even at night when the main wharf was crowded. We had one maintenance issue with a light that was handled promptly. We would come again!

Family Vacation 2023

The property is absolutely beautiful and private. Close to everything. Clean and convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the bed mattresses were not too comfortable. However, that would not be enough to keep me from coming back!

We loved our stay! Everything about the listing was accurate and no complaints about anything. The location is perfect because the tram is included in the stay so we took it to beach each day then hit up the pool that is steps away and then back to our room to get ready for dinner. Then steps away to many dining options. Only thing that was hard was the garage parking is tight and it’s hotter than you know what down there so loading and unloading the car you needed a shower after. I would stay here again and again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the condo. Conveniently located near the pool and Baytown. It was close enough to everything but also very quiet. We couldn't see the fireworks from the balcony so if you plan to watch the display, you would have to go down to Baytown. The queen bed was super comfy and the space was plenty for our two families. Neil was very responsive everytime I had a question. We were able to communicate through text which also made it very convenient.

Great condo as far as location and cleanness.

No problems with anything, however I would suggest to the owner to have a small cooler in the unit. Also, really feel like it would be a great if there was someone selling beer at the pool, but that more for the actual property management.

The property is exactly as pictured. Neale was beyond amazing and communicated back so quickly for any question we had. We definitely recommend this rental and location. We will definitely stay again!!

Fun family getaway

The property was beautiful and just as described. We enjoyed the unit, and especially enjoyed the location! The pool was warm and very clean! . The unit was a short walk to restaurants in the Baytowne area. There are new restaurants coming soon, that will add even more dining options. We did drive to the beach, but parking wasn’t a problem on the gravel lot. We rented beach chairs which added to the convenience of getting to and from the beach without hauling extras. The unit doesn’t have any beach chairs, coolers, or beach towels so plan accordingly. The beach area for the resort has snow cones, hot dogs, restrooms, cocktails, and a restaurant right on the beach. We look forward to staying here again. It was a lot of fun for the entire family!

Spring / Golf Get away

Great location, great weather! We enjoyed all the amenities of Sandestin resort and the surrounding communities. First time visiting this area. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. We will be back again - hopefully sooner than later!

We were walking distance from restaurants and other businesses. I loved the paint color in the condo, it was peaceful and relaxing to me. I would love to stay here again.
