Espaciosa Villla a 1 hora del aeropuerto de Niza, piscina, wifi. 5 minutos a pie hasta el pueblo

Situado en el borde del pueblo provenzal de Flayosc, en el Var, a sólo 1 hora del aeropuerto de Niza en coche.

Desde la villa se puede caminar fácilmente al pueblo, donde encontrará una gran cantidad de servicios locales (bares, restaurantes, mini mercado, farmacia, oficina de correos y mercado semanal provenzal) y una maravillosa panadería con algunas de las mejores bandejas que hemos probado .

Espacioso interior con una gran abertura de espacio de vida en la zona de la piscina. La cocina, comedor / sala de estar de planta abierta con sofá cama doble y mesa de bar con taburetes para 6, la habitación está equipada con aire acondicionado y tiene un sofá cama doble. Hay un paseo en el armario despensa con lavadora.

Hay un altillo encima de la sala, que puede ser utilizado como un tercer dormitorio, aunque la usamos principalmente como un espacio de oficinas y gimnasio. Está equipado con un gran sofá cama individual y también tiene una cama individual adicional si se prefieren dos camas.

En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios de buen tamaño, ambos con aire acondicionado, un baño, un aseo con ducha y un baño en la planta baja con lavamanos.

Hay conexión wifi gratuita y televisión francesa en internet y TDT en el Reino Unido.

Tenga en cuenta:
La casa está en el borde del pueblo, por lo que hay un poco de ruido de la carretera, que no nos damos cuenta sin embargo, creo que debemos mencionar.

Para cualquier persona con alergias severas, tenemos a nuestro perro viviendo con nosotros cuando estamos en la residencia.

El año pasado, ampliamos y pavimentamos más área de la terraza para que pueda disfrutar del sol de la mañana y tarde por más tiempo.

Beautiful and special place!

What a lovely spot! Great location with all the local areas easily accessible. The house is very well equipped. I cook a fair amount and the kitchen is really well kitted out. The pool is clean and very well maintained. The outside space is a very relaxing spot where you can easily nestle on a chair, enjoy the view, have a read and a glass of the local rose! We will be returning. Thank you Lindsay for a great two weeks.

Lovely house in a beautifull part of France

We had a great vacation at Villa Rosé, Flayosc. The house and surroundings were exactly like the photo's. Everything was very clean, the pool was cleaned twice a week by a very nice man, the kitchen had everything we could think of (including an icecube machine in the fridge). The house is situated in a small village with a some (small) shops and nice restaurants, the bakery was a nice walk in the morning (5 minutes by foot). You can find bigger supermarkets in Draguignan, around 15 minutes by car. We went to the beach (+- 45 minutes by car), gorges du verdon, musea, Nice (1 houre), and lots of other things. And when we returned to the house, we could take a dive in the pool. We enjoyed our vacation very much!

Perfect villa

We had 2 weeks perfect vacation at this nice, clean and very well located villa. Great being able to walk to the village in only 5 min. Flayosc in a very nice village with many restaurants and special shops. The house provided perfect conditions for our family and we enjoyed the great pool and outdoor area in general.

Nous avons passons passé un très bon séjour à Flayosc. La maison est encore mieux en réel que sur les photos. Très bien entretenue et les propriétaires sont très sympathique.

Comfortable villa in a great location

We spent a week in this very comfortable villa. It has good facilities and is in a peaceful location. Our family, including two teenagers, appreciated its three bathroom areas, good wifi connection, UK TV and easy access to the pool, which is great for swimming but is quite deep throughout. Flayosc centre is just a short walk away, with a lovely atmosphere and good restaurants and amenities. There are plenty of places to visit nearby and a highlight for us was a trip to Moustiers-Sainte-Maire and the Verdon Gorge, where pedalos are available for hire at a reasonable price. Communication with the owners was excellent both before and during our stay and we would certainly recommend this lovely villa.

Perfect Villa for Relaxing

Excellent villa with lovely pool. It really had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Easy walking distance to local village, lovely outside area and all the home comforts too.

nous avons passe un excellent sejour a flayosc: la villa est tres bien equipee et proche de flayosc: nous allions a pieds chercher le pain , les fruits etc.... ainsi que resto, pizzerias.... tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances! nous avons ete tres bien accueillis! bref, nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

An excellent, well appointed villa

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) spent ten days in this lovely villa in late August. The villa itself is very well-equipped and comfortable. Often in holiday villas you find yourself short of crockery, cutlery, or something but not here. The air conditioning unit was great for bringing down the temperature when needed. Having a modern TV and satellite channels combined with excellent WiFi made for great entertainment when not enjoying the pool and the local area. Outside, the pool was lovely - note that it is over a metre deep for its whole length and so great for swimming but maybe less suitable for toddlers. There is also plenty of seating outside with an awning to provide shade when needed. The villa is a five minute stroll into town which has a good range of shops from the essential boulangerie for the daily bread and croissants to convenience stores, delicatessens and bars. Everyone we met was friendly and supported our attempts at speaking French. It is only a short drive to larger towns if you want a large supermarket. There’s lots to see and do in the area, we enjoyed our boat trip up the Verdon Gorge, as well as getting crepes from Draguignan twice. The property details mention a road nearby but, in all honesty, we barely heard any traffic noise from it and we live in a quiet village so would definitely had noticed if it had been an issue. We would definitely recommend this villa.

. Close to town, 5 minutes walk. clean well equipped villa. Excellent air conditioned comfort. Pool well maintained, alarmed for safety. Village with several quality restaurants, buzzing with life on satur.day evenings after market. Photos don't really do the villa justice. Hard to beat.

A spacious clean villa,great location & facilities

We had a family holiday for a week in the lovely village of Flayosc. We are a family of four and the villa was well planned and very comfortable. Having the pool straight off terrace meant it was easy to supervise the kids whilst we could relax. The local village was lovely with a nice village square atmosphere and kid friendly. The UK TV kept the kids quite in the evenings and allowed us to sample some of the local wines outside by the pool. Would definitely highly recommend.

Fantastic property, cannot wait for my next visit!

This is a clean, well equipped, well maintained house with careful attention to detail. The pool is newly refurbished as is much of the interieur. We enjoyed sitting in various parts of the garden and watching and listening to the birds, (and the neighbouring frogs in the evenings!). There is some evidence of the road and village life but the description was honest about this. In fact we found it no problem and enjoyed the feeling of being near to the every day goings on. We wandered up into the village every morning for bread, also on other occasions for an evening beer or on market day to watch the world go by. There is a great pizza restaurant also few other restaurants that we didn't try...yet. We will definately be back and will revisit the very grand Chateau Le Berne for a walk and lunch, spend a day at the coast, catch the market in Lorgues, discover the Canoeing on the river at Vidauban any other things that we didn't manage yet, and just get back around the pool... Such a relaxing and place. Highly recommended.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We loved the location and being on the edge of the village is great for morning bakery trip or an evening in the square. Flayosc is also a year round village with many activities and a lively community.

The house offers us flexible accommodation with the added benefits of a large sunny terrace and swimming pool. We spent a large proportion of the year here so the house has all the benefits from an owner occupier rather than just a 'holiday let'.
