950 pies cuadrados de doble casa prefabricada con 2 habitaciones y un estudio que también se puede usar como habitación. El mobiliario es una mezcolanza de cosas que trajimos de nuestras casas en California, no precioso, pero cómoda. 5 millas del Río Colorado lanzamiento del barco. Tenemos internet, wifi y TV por cable.

Exactly what we were looking for on this weekend

Listing was accurate, it met our expectations for a simple place, with great A/C, pretty good beds and close to Topock bar and Pirates Cove. We will stay again...

River views

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tolle Park, I would recommend this. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Easy to back a trailer in and park behind the gate. Host was super friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.

Great stay!

This rental is simple but cozy. It served it’s purpose for our river trip. The host was great with communicating and very friendly. The kids loved seeing the donkeys in the neighborhood. The launch at Topock is not far and the mini mart for ice and gas is just a couple minutes away. We enjoyed staying here! The place is clean and the beds are cozy!

Inside ok. Outside not

Inside the house was adequate . Outside was not exactly what the pictures show. In a neighborhood with many run down trailers and shacks.The mandatory insurance policy was odd especially since the place was not as nice as most we have stayed in other times.

The insurance is not mandatory. They give you a choice between paying a refundable deposit or paying the Property Damage Protection. It is in case something gets damaged, you do not have to pay for it. You may not think the things inside our house have any value but the next guest may want to use them. My father has told me that there are a couple of vacant shacks in the area. Our place is not a resort and this is reflected in the price. I think most of our guests understand this and are happy with a basic clean place. We keep up our house for ourselves and for our guests and the photos posted are representative of exactly what our house looks like inside and out. I know because I took them! We have no control over what the neighbors do. We just know that they do not bother anyone, it is safe, and quiet. I think our house is good for people who want to enjoy the Colorado River, Lake Havasu, The Bird Estuary, and other natural wonders in the area. If you are concerned about what the other houses look like, our place is probably not for you. Please feel free to ask any question before booking, and if I do not know the answer I will ask my father who is the owner of this house. We aim to make you happy while you are at our place. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant while you are at our home, please let us know and we will do it. Somethings are unfortunately out of our control. P.S-Someone told me the photos don't do the place justice.

Basic w/ super comfy bed

I feel like it’s always either a really nice place with terrible mattresses or great mattresses and not such a nice place. This home was very comfortable, although basic. It was just me on my own, visiting my dad. Tempur-pedic type mattress made my visits so much better. If you’re just looking for a place with a kitchen and a comfy place to sleep, this is the perfect one. I also think it was affordably priced. Great communication with the owners, responded quickly with a couple of questions. Seem like lovely people. I would stay here again when I visit my dad. Thanks Lisa Ann!

We were checking out the area to see if we would like to spend a few winter months in Arizona. We chose this rental because it was pet friendly and Ann was prompt in returning our messages. The house was as described. I was impressed with the cleanliness. There were only two of us, so we only used the master bedroom, but there was room for several more people. The kitchen was supplied with sufficient plates, utensils, pans and etc. The area was quiet and peaceful. I am a geocacher and there were a lot of caches in the area. We would consider staying here again.

easy access to all that Topock/Golden Shores as to offer

We were greeted by Cindy, a very friendly greeter who went over all the amenities of the property and shared with us some of the activities that were going on in town. The house was simple and clean. Ample room for people to sit and visit in the house. Would have been helpful to have a patio set of some sort on the covered patio that faced the river. Awesome view and very quiet in the morning but no place to sit. The property itself was can and maintained . Beds were clean and for the price point of the property were acceptable. Futon that doubled as sleeping location should really only be listed as a couch, very uncomfortable as a sleeping bed. Kitchen was well appointed and we had many towels available in bathrooms. Owner was quick to respond with answers to questions and prompt.

Location has AMAZING VIEW - Fence goes all the way around the house - PRICELESS!

There are several VRBO houses in the Topock/Golden Shores, but this house HAS THE VIEW!!!!!! AND having a fence all the way around the house made it so easy to relax with our dog. The house is higher up and we could sit and watch the wildlife refuge, trains, I-40 traffic off in the distance. AGAIN!! THE VIEW WAS AMAZING!! We could sit in the backyard and enjoy the early morning with a cup of coffee. The quail ran all around the lot next door every morning. We could sit on the front porch or in the living room and watch the sunsets at night. It was so peaceful and quiet. The fenced in gravel area is large. We felt comfortable parking our mountain bikes and baja bug out at night. The house has all the amenities we needed. It was big enough that everyone could be responsible for fixing their own breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our family dinners together at night. Master bedroom is on one end of the house and the guest bedrooms on the other. This helped make our 2 month stay relaxing. We enjoyed our daily walks with the dog. It was a great area. There was a trail across the street to go onto the wildlife refuge. The trail was clear enough and the dog (bichon) rarely got any burrs in his fur. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. If my elderly in-laws want to travel again next winter — we will be back. Topock is a fantastic area to go off-road. It’s also a rock hunting area.

Great a lot for enjoying the river

Had a blast, everything was easy to use and the AC was ice cold inside the home. Plenty of space to relax inside or outside. Minutes from launching at pirates cove. We will be back!

Great place to crash. Was exactly as described and the owner was very communicative. Very nice mattresses and plenty of supplies for all. We had everything we needed and had a great time.

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was better than last time! Had everything we needed and more for a great river vacation. Close to the launch ramp, nearby stores with everything you need (including hardware for those all too often boat adventures), gated parking for my truck and my boat, BBQ, and an excellent view of the nearby lake. Great place for a family getaway, and nice and quiet at night.

Great River House

If you are going to the river this is a great little place to stay. First the owners were great. The house is nice and quiet and not much outside nose at night. It’s maybe 10 minutes to Pirates Cove which is wonderful and even closer to Topock. The house was extremely clean, the carpets seem new, the beds are comfortable and the shower has pretty good water pressure.... oh and the AC is aaa-amazing! Anyone who goes to the river knows a good shower and AC is your best friend after a long day on the water. There is parking inside a fence with enough space for a large truck and 28ft boat, and more area to park outside the fence if you need it. Plus my boys got a kick out of the local wild donkeys! We will for sure stay here again.
