Beach Safari - Casa semi-frente al mar directamente frente al acceso a la playa

Recién decorado, semi-frente al mar en una tranquila calle sin salida; Acceso a la playa directamente en frente de la casa. Disfruta del amanecer sobre el océano y la puesta de sol sobre el sonido. Llegue sabiendo que sus camas estarán hechas con ropa de cama lavada profesionalmente. Para reducir algunos de los atascos notorios que entran y salen de la isla el sábado, la casa alquila de domingo a domingo.

El primer nivel cuenta con tres habitaciones: una MBR, una queen, una doble, un baño de tamaño completo y un cuarto de servicio con lavadora / secadora. Cada una de estas habitaciones tiene acceso a una terraza cubierta. Arriba, incluye un MBR adicional, gran salón, con área de comedor y una cocina bien surtida. Nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina y colchones de cama agregados en 2016.

En el primer piso, disfrute viendo la puesta de sol en una nueva bañera de hidromasaje para 7 personas. Afuera encontrará una gran ducha con agua fría y caliente, y una parrilla en el suelo.

Las cuatro habitaciones y la gran sala tienen televisores, Direct TV, y dos tienen reproductores de DVD. Una silla alta, Pack N Play, tabla de planchar y plancha se pueden encontrar en el cuarto de servicio.

Disfruta de la pesca, el surf, el windsurf, el kitesurf, el paddle, el kayak, el ciclismo y la observación de aves. Traiga su propio equipo o alquile en tiendas de surf cercanas

Great Stay

Ocean Safari was a great spot for our annual OBX trip. There was plenty of room for four couples - we especially loved all the outdoor hangout space (grill! multiple decks! hammock! hot tub!). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils and easy to cook in. The real perk of this place is its location - literally right across from the beach access and close to shops etc. We loved it here and are already dreaming of returning next year.

No Worries, Relax and Enjoy!

This is our second year staying at Beach Safari. It has all the amenities that you need for a stress free vacation. It is nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. Easy beach access. Love that you can see the sunrise and the sunset from the porch. We hope to be back in 2021!

Another great stay at Beach Safari

This was our 6th time at Beach Safari and as usual, it didn't disappoint. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay, including a lovely and well-equipped kitchen. The management company is efficient and responsive, and the owners are wonderful. The house is clean, with a perfect layout for a family and kids, or two families.

Stress Free Vacation at Beach Safari

The owners were very responsive with every email and answered all my questions. The house is perfect for my family. It's well decorated, had all the amenities needed in the kitchen. Beds were so comfortable in all the rooms giving everyone a nice nights sleep. So convenient to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the people that live or are staying there are very friendly. It's away from all the commotion, perfect for a vacation. We are going to book again for next year, 2020. Thanks so much for an enjoyable family vacation!

Can’t wait to rebook

I hesitate to gush too much about this property and then have the secret out, but the Beach Safari house is absolutely perfect. Decor was clean, interesting, and not tacky. Floors were pristine, deck in fabulous shape. Everything we could ever want in the kitchen. The beach access can’t get any closer, and the multi-level deck was great for choosing sun or shade. Little touches like hampers in the closets made it feel more like home. You’re close to the Blue Whale for everything you might need. The kids loved running around in the back yard (bonus) buy watch out for little cactus plants back there. Honestly, if we could have stayed the whole summer in this home, we would have!

Great holiday in a great house

You know a place is perfect when you just keep going back. This summer we spent another 2 weeks at Beach Safari. I think this was our 5th stay at the house! As always, the house was clean and very well stocked with everything you'd need in the kitchen. The layout works really well for families. We've done multi-family and multi-generational holidays in this house and it's great for our groups. We've never been more than 8, and that's perfect. This time we were two adults, two wanna-be adults (21-yr-olds) and an 11-yr-old). The location can't be beat. Uncrowded beaches, lovely sunrises over the Atlantic and sunsets on the Sound. Paddling, boogie boarding, kite boarding, swimming...ahhhh, I'm missing it already.

Perfect week in a lovely house!

We had such a lovely week at Beach Safari! The house was just as advertised-- clean, well-equipped, comfortable, with beach access path right across from the driveway. The week couldn't have been any better. From the perfect weather, to watching fireworks from the deck, to the neighborhood ice cream truck, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it, and hope to revisit!

This beach house was clean, well maintained and in a perfect location.

The house was beautiful and located in the perfect setting for our family. We were all able to relax and head to the beach whenever we wanted. The hot tub was a great treat at the end of the day. The views were spectacular. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we all had a great week. No one wanted to leave. We hope to get back again and will definitely check to see if Beach Safari is available.

Outstanding Rental House OBX

Our family group of 7 spent one week at Beach Safari in Salvo NC. The house is clean and has a beautiful decor. Beds were extremely comfortable. The short walk to the beach and easy access to the sound made this a perfect choice for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after days at the beach. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. Another Great Week at Beach Safari

As always, we arrived to a lovely, spotlessly clean home. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the hot tub is always sparkling. The home accommodated three generations of our family perfectly. But we knew it would...this was our 4th stay at Beach Safari, and the next one is already booked. We never stay anywhere else. The neighbourhood is peaceful, the neighbours are lovely, and there's easy access to both the beach and the sound. Even though the April weather was cool, we kayaked, paddle-boarded and kite-surfed on the sound side, and boogie-boarded and walked the beach on the Atlantic side. We watched dolphins, pelicans, and shooting stars. Another perfect holiday on Dory Road. Can't wait to come back in August.

Another fantastic holiday at Beach Safari

Great location, great house, wonderful owners! This was our third summer renting Beach Safari and it did not disappoint. It's right across the street from the beach path, and only a few minutes walk to sound access on the other side of Highway 12. We paddled, kite-surfed, boogie-boarded and swam. Stingrays and sea turtles popped up to see us. Magical. Salvo is quiet, the beach is never crowded, and the Blue Whale (the convenience store around the corner) has a great little wine selection. The house itself has everything you need, including a newly renovated kitchen. We've already booked for next summer.

Wonderful Beach Home With Great Beach Access

We had a wonderful week in this home. There was plenty of room for seven adults and a baby. We ate family style every night and appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We also loved how clean the house was and found the beds really comfortable. The hot tub was great after windy beach walks and also very clean and well serviced. We like the calmer, quieter towns south of Nags Head. We were able to walk to kyaking across the highway, on the bayside. The Blue Whale is a great local grocery only a block from the house. We highly recommend this home.

Loved this house!

We absolutely loved this home and location! The home is very clean and very comfortable. It was in a perfect location to enjoy both time at the beach and exploring the surrounding island community. We would watch the sunset out the kitchen window as we cleaned up after dinner and then retreat to the chairs on the deck which are perfect for end of day relaxing, and we spent every evening watching the moon rise over the ocean and the stars come out. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate late night family board games and snacks and the beds were comfortable and clean. We had an incredible trip and staying in a home that was well taken care of and beautiful made the trip even better. There is nothing about this house I would change. One note, we happened to have a collapsible wagon with us that ended up making our beach trips much easier as it is a short but narrow path through the dunes to the beach.

Great house in a great location!

We loved our stay at Beach Safari this summer. It was our second time in the house, and we've already booked again for next summer. The house is spotlessly clean and well-equipped. It's right across the street from the beach path, and only a short drive to the Salvo Day Use area on the sound side. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded, even in the high season. Another lovely family holiday!

Perfect vacation spot

We spent 9 days at Beach Safari and we loved it! The house comes with everything you need, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sun rise in the morning, and we could go across the street to see the sunset on the sound. The location is perfect - Salvo beach is quiet and not crowded, even on the 4th of July weekend. It is away from the busy commercial areas but there are plenty of grocery stores nearby and even a place across the street to rent kayaks or paddle boards. It is a little bit of a trek from the house to the beach over the sandy dune but definitely walkable for most people. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we definitely want to return! If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation - this is the place to go!

Great location, and lovely home

Ok, I know I'm late posting this, but better late than never! We stayed a week here last summer (2015), and had a very nice visit. The home was very clean, well maintained, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The beach is a short walk from the house, and the location is convenient to a lot of great sightseeing opportunities. We had a fantastic time here and hope to return again.

It was very nice and well equipped.

We had a very good time. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable.The location was good, all we had to do was walk across the road and we were on the beach access. It was as though we were in a beach front property without paying the extra. I would stay here again.

Wonderful home away from home

This house is wonderful, very clean, spacious and nicely equipped and decorated. Everything one needs is there for cooking and relaxing. The many porches are fantastic, the out side shower, the hot tub, and all the seating and relaxing areas in and around the house are nice. One big advantage is being able to see the sun rise and sun set from the upper level. The walk to the beach is super short and super nice through the dunes. The beach is wonderful and clean and nice. It is such a wonderful experience to have the windows open and smell the and feel the sea breeze and hear the ocean throughout the day and night. We were very very comfortable and happy here. Thanks for sharing your home. Only drawback here is the many dogs that are not on a leash on the beach, and our little daughter was a little afraid of the unleashed dogs. All in all, a great house, a great place and great fun. Also the owners are very nice and helpful. We will return if time and opportunity permits.

Wonderful beach house!!

The perfect beach getaway! This house has everything you need or could want. Situated on a quiet lane directly across the street from beach access, It's just a short walk through the dunes and you're enjoying the waves! The interior is very well appointed and comfortable. The location could not be better (you must have a car though). 30 minutes to Nags Head in the north or 15 minutes to Avon in the south. All the sights of the Outer Banks are easily accessible from Salvo. We really loved staying here and hope to return!

Being from the UK we searched for a suitable beach home for a short break on the Outer Banks, whilst touring Virginia and North Carolina. Beach Safari was far superior and the owner went above and beyond, to provide an extremely comfortable modern home with all the equipment and advice. The hot tub was a wow on the veranda and as only 2 of us we had the choice of 4 bedrooms! The coded front entrance meant no worries about losing keys and inside and out was clean and to just walk across the small road to the beach path was luxury. Local store is a couple of minutes back on the main road by car and if you have young children you can let them play on the ocean side beach, where there are waves or drive towards Avon and there is the Salvo day area where they can play on the Sound side beach and paddle, without the dangerous larger waves or currents. As we're in 55+ age group there are plenty of places to visit, though you do need a car, ie walking the beaches or wetlands of Pea Island or climbing the Hatteras lighthouse, plus information centres, harbours piers and museums, along with a host of shops try the Fudge shop. We ate in the Real restaurant overlooking the Sound towards Waves, lovely fresh food and popular with youngsters for the on site water sports. By including this review we could find that the Owners are fully booked next time we or family or friends wish to take a holiday at Beach Safari.

Fantastic beach house

We had a great holiday at Beach Safari this summer...in fact, we've already booked again for next year! The location is perfect: uncrowded beach, quiet area, not at all built-up (no strip malls!). The house is clean and very well-equipped, and the owners are lovely. When you have two kids aged 8 and 18, it takes a very special place to please everyone. This spot, with the beach across the street, kite surfing and paddle-boarding nearby, and an ice cream truck every afternoon, ticked every box. Their verdict: best family holiday ever.

Beautiful beach home

Beach Safari is a very well equipped beach home. It had all of the amenities of home. Everything is updated and clean. The view of the sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the sound were breathtaking. The area was very quiet and relaxed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Outer Banks. The owners were very pleasant and nice to deal with. If you need to "get away from it all", this is the place.

Clean, non-cluttered, odor free, spacious beach house away from all the tourists/crowds!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Beach Safari. We were 4 couples and one baby and there was plenty of room for us. The baby slept in the laundry room, which was great because he was not disturbed while we stayed up and played games. Beach Safari is very clean, odor free, spacious, and has been newly renovated. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is large with comfortable seating. There are large open decks and a 7 person hot tub which seemed to be brand new. There is a Food Lion about 15 minutes away and there are several restaurants that are just minutes from Beach Safari. There is a short walk to the beach with the access being directly across from the beach house. None of the beach houses, in this area, are directly on the beach so everyone has a walk to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. While on the beach, none of the beach houses are in sight making one feel that you are very secluded. It was wonderful! The owner was great to work with and answered any and all the questions I had. We loved Beach Safari and hope to return in the future!

After renting homes at the Outer Banks for nearly 25 years, we couldn't resist the opportunity to purchase this beautiful home located directly across the street from an access leading to a wide, uncrowded beach. During the past year we have enjoyed remodeling much of the home with new hardwood and ceramic tile floors, as well as new carpeting in all the bedrooms. The colorful and comfortable furniture is also largely all new.
