Apartamento con aire acondicionado y paneles solares ubicado en el primer piso de la siguiente manera:
-Gran terraza cubierta y reservada de más de 50 metros cuadrados, con mecedora, mesa de madera.
- Cocina exterior completa para cocinar al aire libre sin olores en casa.
- Ducha externa cerrada y reservada, ideal para su uso en verano al regresar del mar.
- Cocina interna con sala de estar, mesa, sillas, sofá cama, TV LED, cocina equipada con horno, cocina de gas, fregadero, refrigerador, aire acondicionado.
CAMAS Y HABITACIONES:
- Habitación doble con camas ortopédicas, disponible solo o doble para parejas.
- La habitación tiene la posibilidad de utilizar una cuna para niños.
-Segundo dormitorio, con dos camas individuales disponibles con literas y dobles;
- Sofá cama doble en la sala de estar.
- Posible cuna adicional, silla alta y silla de paseo para niños (a petición)
- Baño completo con lavadora, lavabo, inodoro, ducha.

Super terrasse

Appartement avec une très grande terrasse qui permet de vivre tout le temps en extérieur. Cuisine sur la terrasse et douche extérieure. L'appartement est situé au nord du centre ville ce qui permet de partir très vite visiter le nord ouest de la Sardaigne. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied et le quartier est très calme. Petit bémol, le matelas du lit double est très mou Très bonne expérience dans ce logement avec un hôte très sympathique.

Ho trovato un appartamento molto confortevole e un padrone di casa super gentile e disponibile. Un mare stupendo a soli 10 min.(Ne abbiamo visitati parecchi ma nessuno ci ha conquistato come quello di Maria Pia nella zona davanti alla "Merenderia") Anche i locali vicini super accoglienti e si mangia proprio bene.("Bontà Sarda"🔝) L'appartamento è proprio in un punto strategico infatti c'è un po' di tutto li vicino. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono farsi una vacanza indimenticabile!!! Grazie Sardegna e grazie Leonardo!

Praktische einfache Wohnung

Praktische Wohnung mit sehr einfachen Möbeln. Ausstattung nicht zufriedenstellend. Terrasse schön groß jedoch ohne die abgebildete Schaukel. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde das Gebäude gestrichen und war eingerüstet ohne uns im Vorweg zu informieren.

A very bad start to a very nice trip!

We are traveling with a baby. -We agreed to checkin time, called 1,5h in advance prior to our arival, and arrived as agreed at 18h. There was nobody at the appartment. Nobody answered the mobile phone. After many tries we reached the owner at 18.40, only to hear that he will arrive in a couple of minutes. At 19.35 he arrived... -When showing us the appartment, he concluded that the gas bottle in the Kitchen is very near empty, but refused to replace it before it is completley empty. It is needles to say that the bottle was empty the day after for breakfast. We did not even suceed to heat up some tee water. -The towels were very old and stained. At home I would have thrown them away a long time ago. They did not look good, but they also did not smell good. -The beds were not very comfortable - The electricity in the house is not working properly. - It seemed that the owner did not expect any further guests this year, and has prepared the property for the winter. When we booked the flat, he did not really try to set it up for the use, but left it conserved for the winter. The balcony furnature was stowed away leaving little use for the nice balcony.

ottimo appartamento.

Ottimo appartamento, situato a circa 10 minuti dal mare. Struttura e località magnifici. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha accompagnato direttamente in allaggio e come da accordi ci è stato spiegato i mezzi da utilizzare per il nostro rientro. La linea utilizzata che ha fermata a breve distanza dall'appartamento sulla via principale è denominata ALFA e il costo del ticket è di solo un euro. l'appartamento nel complesso era in ordine e in buono stato di pulizia, l'ampia veranda è sicuramente il pezzo forte. i titolari sono stati molto cortesi nei nostri confronti al nostro arrivo abbiamo potuto scegliere tra due diversi appartamenti disponibili. l'unica nota dolente forse sono i mezzi di trasporto nella città, è consigliabile muoversi in bici o nelleggiare una piccola auto per poter visitare le splendide cale balneari site a pochi km a nord.

Una sola definizione: SPORCO

Arrivati siamo stati accompagnati all'appartamento e appena arrivati abbiamo notato subito che la casa era poco accogliente perché molto sporca: lenzuola puzzavano e conteneva sabbia, il pavimento sporco con capelli e peli e polvere, frigorifero rotto e sporco, in camera non funzionava la luce, gli asciugamani non erano utilizzabili perché erano sporchi e puzzavano da morire, la casa era sprovvista di posate e degli asciugamani necessari per la doccia. Inoltre non abbiamo mai conosciuto il proprietario e non ci hanno riaccompagnato in aeroporto come da accordo visto che all'andata è venuto un parente a prenderci. Non consiglieremmo a nessuno questo appartamento, decisamente troppo sporco.

Echt empfehlenswert!

Ich und meine Freundinen sind am Flughafen angekommen wo man uns direkt auch gratis abgeholt hat...die Wohnung ist super in der Nähe vom Flughafen, der Junge der uns abholte sprach auch sehr gut Englisch also gab es keine Umstände. Echt empfehlenswert mit einer rießigen Terasse. Zu Fuß erreicht man den schönsten Strand in der Umgebung.

Rilassante, tranquillo, vivibile

Appartamento molto carino fornito di tutte le necessità di base per poter trascorrere una bella vacanza, al nostro arrivo in aeroporto nonostante la tarda ora (siamo arrivati in aeroporto alle 23:30 circa a causa di un ritardo), abbiamo trovato una persona ad aspettarci che gratuitamente ci ha accompagnato nell'appartamento. Da subito siamo stati colpiti dagli ampi spazi esterni e dal fatto che l'appartamento fosse arieggiato e fresco. La zona nel quale è sito rimane inoltre molto tranquilla è silenziosa, con il vantaggio di potersi trovare a pochi passi dalle spiagge e le pinete di Maria Pia. L'alloggio era sommariamente pulito e in ordine (nonostante non ci sia stata richiesta nessuna tassa aggiuntiva per la pulizia), inoltre ci son state fornite lenzuola e asciugamani. Gentilmente siamo stati anche riaccompagnati in aeroporto al nostro rientro nonostante questo non fosse inizalmente previsto dagli accordi. nel complesso i pro sono stati: enorme disponibilià, pulizia, posizione molto tranquilla i contro: in camera da letto non funzionava una luce, per chi preferisce stare vicino al centro piuttosto che alle spiagge la distanza a piedi rimane un pò lunga anche se facilmente compensabile con una bicicletta. Grazie di tutto speriamo di poter ritornare presto famiglia Bardu

Perfect as always!

My wife and both kids love to stay in this house. It is very clean, quiet, and just feels right. The river access is easy and kayaks are the great way to have some excersize. Could not wish for a better place.

Great Spot on the River

The place is great...close to Guerneville, right on the river, with a huge lawn for lounging and playing games. The hot tub was a nice bonus. For a rental house, the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great value!

Beautiful Property Right on the Russian River

This property met and exceeded our expectations! Great location not too far from downtown Guerneville, but yet quiet and secluded among the redwoods. Gorgeous well maintained home with all the amenities to make us feel right at home. We were a group of 6 adults and found the size and layout of this house perfect for our needs, with two bedrooms on the main floor and a cozy loft up a flight of stairs all connected to a huge family room with high ceilings and lots of windows to let in light and river views. Lots of plates/utensils/glasses/etc four our group to use (and not mismatched sets either!). They even provided beach towels which was a nice touch. The outdoor deck area was a wonderful place to spend an afternoon grilling and relaxing in the hot tub all with a view of the Russian River. This property also has a huge lawn area along the river, which was a great place to sit with a glass of wine or toss around a Frisbee. Great location to visit sights like Korbel, Santa Rosa, and Fort Ross. Property owner Mike was very responsive to email and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately when we were booking this property and made sure everything was in tip top shape for our stay. We’re already talking about booking our next stay here.

Warm and Inviting

We arrived the day after Thanksgiving and stayed a weekend. I was with my husband, son, mother and our dog Hank. The house was easy to find and access based on directions and instructions provided by the owner. The house looked just like it did in the pictures. The fire was lit when we arrived which was a nice touch! The home is well decorated. It had everything we needed. the only exception that we were not aware of was that we needed to purchase wood for the fire. Outside of that, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of games and media to keep us entertained. The only downside to the property is that the back yard was not usable since there was no grass and it appeared as if planting was in progress. Luckily we did not have too much of a need for it as it rained a majority of our trip. Also, be aware that although the house is on the river, there is no direct access to it, except for a small path in between the property and the neighbors home. I would recommend this property, especially to a family. I would however check with the owner first about the status of the backyard to ensure any work being done is complete, especially if you are renting in the summer and plan to use the yard.

Even Better in Person!

We decided to spend our Thanksgiving here this year, with our 4.5 year old and 4 month old daughters. It is of utmost importance to me that where we stay is both comfortable and clean, and my expectations were exceeded! We spent two cozy nights in front of the wood stove and did not want to leave. Our daughter had her first experience fishing here, which she has long wanted to do, and I cannot think of a better setting in which to do so. And she loved, loved, loved the sleeping loft. We look forward to visiting again! Thank you!

Warm, Welcoming, and Wonderful

From the moment we walked in we felt that we had entered our home away from home. Wonderful location, view of the river, and the peace of the redwoods made for an idyllic experience. Close to town and many other great activities. The home was sparkling clean and all imaginable cookware. We savoured each and everyday.

Great place for summer fun

We spent a relaxing 7 days here with our two kids. It is a really wonderful property, beautiful cabin chic decor inside, great deck with hot tub, new Weber grill, great level lawn area for badminton or volleyball or relaxing in the provided hammock. Very private, nobody ever bothered us. You can climb down to the river but you need to be young or agile. We did use the neighbor to the left's dock after asking permission. A dock would make this property perfect. The house had everything we needed, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies including toilet paper, shampoo and soap, towels, bedding, beach towels, etc. It is a 3 minute drive to Guerneville and there are tennis courts and a park with playground down the street a mile or so.

The Perfect Getaway

This Russian River home is the perfect place for a nice relaxing time away from all of life's distractions. We've stayed here on several occasions and plan to come back again. The home is very nicely equipped with a comfortable and relaxed feel to it. The description and photos accurately describe everything the home has to offer, is impeccably clean and you can tell the homeowners take really good care of this place. The property is waterfront with a huge lawn for games or for laying around after a quick swim in the river. Kayaks are available too! The hot tub on the deck is perfectly close to the house and with a view of the stars at night. We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxed weekend playing on the river or just lounging around watching television and sitting by a cozy fire. Downtown Guerneville is only a few miles away with plenty of restaurants, including a Safeway for groceries. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

What a View!

I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home. The Russian River is in your backyard and sets the scene for an amazing getaway vacation. This home had everything we needed to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and have a comfortable stay. We made daytrips to Calistoga and Healdsburg. Both great little towns to visit and have lunch and window shop. Korbels is nearby and worth a visit too. Our kids found a rock climbing gym in Santa Rosa for an afternoon of fun and we enjoyed game an movie nights both supplied at the house. Hoping we can make it back and enjoy the river more when the weather is warmer.

BBQ weekend

Fantastic home. Perfect for the weekend. Right on the river, with kayaks to paddle up and down the river. Well kept home and very comfortable. outdoor seating is perfect. Yard to play horse shoes/DARTS. Kitchen is perfect size. Will definitely be back.

Great Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful house! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the living space was spacious, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was large and stocked with lots of the essentials that we needed and the dining room was a good size for 6 people. The only downside to this property is the lack of river access. There is a beautiful large yard leading to the river but no way to get in to the wate directly. There is beach access a few houses down but beach access would have made the stay perfect. Despite that, I would recommend this house to everyone!

Awesome location, relaxing weekend

This property benefits from a great riverfront location. It has an awesome deck that you can sit out on and watch the river feeling miles away from it all! Despite feeling like it is miles from everything it is close to Guerneville and lots of wineries etc. When we visited the owner had just bought 2 new kayaks, I had a paddle up and down the river which was a lot of fun. The only downside to this property is that the bedrooms are fairly small. It wasn't really a problem for us or for our friends as it's not like you spend a great deal of time in the room other than to sleep! I would definitely stay here again if heading up to RRV.

Creek side serenity

We had a fabulous time staying here. The view and access to the river were perfect. Our lab had a great time every morning running outside and taking a quick dip. We stayed with another couple and their dog. The common spaces in the house was spacious. The bedrooms are quite tiny, but private and quiet. All the amenities were great and in working order. The hot tub was delightful. I think the only drawback was the bbq ran out of propane. Also, there are quite a number of stair, so I would not recommend this property to someone who has trouble traversing stairs. Other than that, we had a perfectly relaxing long weekend. We definitely would come back.

we meet at the airport the brother of Leonardo, than we had pick up service free, when arrived in the nice apartment, we have all the information needs to have a nice stay. The accommodation is very quiet and we loved the big veranda. on the corner we found a very nice taste pizza. Wonderful riverfront getaway!

Spent a fun and relaxing 4th of July holiday right on the edge of the river. Wonderful and accommodating owners. The house is lovely and clean with all sorts of comfortable and convenient amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to make wonderful meals and relax at the house and the location allowed us to venture into town easily and often. Mostly, the huge yard bordering the river allowed for lots of fun for us and the dogs. Tip: all kinds of outdoor equipment in the basement (we discovered a bit late and after hauling up our own rafts, racquets, chairs, etc.). Looking forward to the building of a dock since the entry to the river is a bit steep and a fence to keep the dogs in would help with my unruly two but otherwise, a delight!

Great Vacation Rental

Nicely decorated, very clean and very nicely equipped. Beautiful landscaping and sunny lawn, great deck, beautiful view. We really enjoyed the stay - a great Russian River retreat. The only drawback at all is that this season at least, there is not a practical way to actually get into the river from the yard. One great trick we found, rather than fighting the traffic that can back up on 116 and River Road on weekends, was to park at the River Park near Drake and 116, and take the pedestrian bridge into town. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. Lot's of information provided on site, and as an added touch a local contact. We never needed to contact one, but it is obvious they put a lot of effort into making this a great rental. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

Relaxing place

We have stayed in this house for the second time (another stay was last year) and both times greatly enjoyed our vacation. The house is very clean, equipped and offers a tranquil view on the River and mountains. This is the most relaxing place we have found so far. The new owners made some significant upgrades - paint, ceiling, furniture, etc. Jacuzzi with the view is awesome and large lawn in front of the house is great for kids and a dog. In summary - a great place to unwind!
