Apartamento recientemente renovado (año 2017) ubicado en la ciudad de Terricciola, en Aia Bianca di Sopra, a las afueras del pueblo de Soianella, en una tranquila zona residencial, en el primer piso, que consta de dos habitaciones dobles, una con una cama individual adicional. , habitación individual (doble si es necesario), cocina / sala de estar, baño y terraza con vistas a la piscina y al que se accede a través de una preciosa escalera de caracol. The place is just as described in a beautiful location. The villa felt very private and the host is knowledgable about the local area and gave great recommendations. He kindly gave us homemade wine and olive oil, both were delicious.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great 5-day stay with our children (ages 7 & 9). The apartment had everything we needed, and communication was excellent both before and during and our stay. This a great basecamp for exploring—we did day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Bolgheri, and Volterra and then spent every afternoon at the lovely pool. Thank you Massimiliano & Roberta!

Garden like an oasis

Very nice and spacious appartement. An absolutely beautiful garden with private pool . We had a wonderful holiday in Robertas & Massimilianos appartement. Such a nice family and very helpful. If our holiday goes to Tuscany again, we will definitely choose this place again🤗

We had a great time here and can highly recommend. We spent a lot of time at the apartment, and for 3 of us there was plenty of space to do this. (The living area might be more of a struggle for large groups, but I suspect most people would be out and about more than we were). The bedrooms are all a good size, and have plenty of storage space for clothes.We used the pool every day which was great and is kept very clean, and there is shade available both in and out of the pool. the spiral staircase down to the pool is fairly steep but completely manageable.There is air conditioning in the double bedroom, and living area, but with use if the shades and keeping doors open we were able to keep the whole apartment at a reasonable temperature without needing it on all the time. (It was around 35C when we were there)The balcony was very nice with a lovely view, and a nice view of the sunset on an evening. (This is accessed via the single bedroom, and the stairs down to the pool are from the balcony)Yes, the shower is a bit small, and like pretty much anywhere I have ever stayed could benefit from a shelf to put your shampoo on! But nowhere is perfect! We also found that if you had the kettle and the oven on at the same time it tripped the fuse (just behind the front door to reset) Overall the apartment is great, but as it says in the details you do need a car, so if you are looking for somewhere with lots of bars/restaurants in walking distance it probably isn't for you.

Lovely house and pool in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

Everything was great at Roberta and Massimiliano’s lovely house. Communication prior to booking was quick and easy, check-in was also trouble free as they live on-site. The house and garden had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, perhaps the only other thing that would have been helpful was an electric kettle, but we were able to boil water for drinks on the stove. The shower was great and all the beds were really comfy. Massimiliano is very friendly and told us about everywhere that was recommended for a visit and he has even put together a tourist guidebook for residents to use. Thank you Massimiliano, if we are back in Tuscany, we will definitely return.

Perfect Italian base to explore Tuscany

Good communication with the owners from initial booking enquiry. Description and photos on advert are exactly as advertised. Massimiliano was extremely welcoming, informative and friendly, he shared his home made wines and olive oils with us, along with produce from his father's garden, all of which were greatly received and enjoyed. We had our own parking space alotted to us, which was fantastic. The pool is fantastic, clean and a perfect size, absolute delight after a day of exploring. The garden is immaculate and well kept, a joy to sit in the sun. The owners have also 2 tortoises which we loved to watch on our way to the pool. We also loved sitting on the balcony of an evening watching the sun go down over the Tuscan hills while savouring a lovely glass of wine. Great base for exploring the neighbouring cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno and the beautiful countryside. It has been a perfect Italian adventure for our family of four and would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Perfect Tuscan Stay Experience

In the heart of a small village, this extremely clean and comfortable property had commanding views over the valley and to watch glorious sunsets, while dining or sipping Tuscan wine from the balcony. There was plenty of space for our family of 3, and sleeping was very comfortable (AC was a bonus). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals through our week long stay. We explored nearby towns and cities (all within easy driving distance), during the days (aided by excellent recommendations from Massimiliano), before returning to cool off by the perfect, very private swimming pool late afternoon to dusk. We felt we got a true taste of small Tuscan village life, hilltop towns (San Gimignano, Terricciola and Volterra) and bigger cities (e.g., Florence and Livorno), as well as a Sunday beach visit to Cecina with all locals. We had a very memorable dinner in nearby (5 minute drive) Casciana Terme on our last night at Garibaldi Innamorato. We enjoyed the tour and wine tasting at nearby Azienda Agricola Castelvecchio. We thank Massimiliano and his family for allowing us to have this experience in their well maintained and thoughtfully laid out property. Massimiliano was very accommodating, very responsive to messaging and was easy to communicate with. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. We would return.

Relaxing Bliss In The Middle Of Natural Beauty

Communications with Roberta and Massimiliano were both easy and swift. I always had a reply within a couple of hours of sending a message and that is very impressive. The property is attached to their home but it is cleverly separated and you get your own front door (climbing one flight of stairs) and your own landscaped garden with a fantastic pool (reached via metal spiral staircase), Inside are three well sized bedrooms (double, double with single and a single), a well proportioned bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and basin. They supply all towels and bedding and these are also good quality. They also provide toiletries like shampoo and there is plenty of storage space. The living room is a little unusual as it encompasses living room, dining room and kitchenette area. Big sofa but I'm not sure it could fit 4 people. The dining table is in the middle of the room and sits 4 and on one side are cupboards and hob including large fridge and separate freezer, microwave and oven. On the opposite side is a small alcove with sink and drainer facilities, Set up is a little odd but you soon get very used to it. The outside garden is reached through the small single bedroom and there is a lovely balcony that gets early morning shade and there is a table and four chairs for those who want breakfast al-fresco. Down a steel spiral staircase gets you to a cordoned off walk-through to the garden and pool. This area is well maintained and very peaceful during the day. Areas of shade are available for those who want protection and they also provide some sun loungers and chairs and table. Pool is good size and great fun. The actual village is small and compact with only a small store about 150m uphill walk away. However, there is a well stocked supermarket just a five minute drive away. There is public transport that is close to the property (bus stop 100m uphill) but we had a car and we had a dedicated parking space (even under a little tree so you get some protection from the blazing sun). This is over the road from the property and easy to get in and out of. The location is great and central with Pisa about 30mins away, Florence (Firenze) is just over an hour away and we visited Lucca which is recommended (40 mins). Tourist info book is also in the villa and details lots of local places to visit. Village has lots of dogs which sometimes we heard but noise was not excessive. We had a fantastic stay and Massimiliano & family are very welcoming.

Die Wohnung und auch der Garten ist toll, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und gezeigt. Wer jedoch geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, da ein Schlafraum zu einer frequentierten Straße raus führt und jede Nacht stundenlanges Hundegebell und andere Geräuschquellen aus der Umgebung zu hören sind. Dafür kann leider der Vermieter nichts, doch es hat unseren Erholungswert etwas beeinträchtigt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig(an vielen Stellen kaputter Laminatboden). Die Dusche etwas eng. Der Balkon zum draußen essen für uns drei gerade ausreichend bei mehr Personen kann es eng werden. Der Garten und der Pool sind Top gepflegt. Und Massimiliano ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber mit vielen Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir (Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern zw. 3 und 5) haben den Aufenthalt bei Massimiliano sehr genossen. Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und viel von der Umgebung erzählt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut für Ausflüge ins Umland. Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag ist die Entspannung im Pool ein Segen. Der selbstgemachte Wein und das Öl sind super lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane

Appartement très propre, bien situé pour visiter la Toscane. Bel environnement de collines, proche également du réseau autoroutier pour rejoindre Pise et Florence...Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et très discrets. La piscine est très agreable.

Wunderschön und erholsam

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht (für heiße Tage auch Klimaanlage). Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Einkaufen und Restaurants schnell zu erreichen. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge in viele Ecken der Toskana. Und unschlagbar natürlich der wunderschön angelegte Garten mit dem Pool. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La maison correspond à l'annonce et la vue du balcon est très belle. Nous avons ete très bien accueilli et bien conseillé par Massimiliano. Urlaub in der Weinstadt

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in dieser tollen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sie war besser als wir erwartet hatten. Die Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer) und der Pool sorgen für herrliche Abkühlung. Massimiliano säubert den Pool jeden Morgen und wir hatten den Garten immer für uns als Familie. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten geschätzt. Auch die Empfehlungen von Massimiliano und die Weinverkostung waren wertvoll. Wir konnten sogar die Weinnacht miterleben. Für das selbstgemachte Olivenöl und den selbst hergestellten Wein sind wir dankbar und haben noch eine Flasche Öl gekauft. Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war einwandfrei. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Unsere Familie mit vier Kindern hat den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und unsere Fragen zwischendurch hilfreich beantwortet. Obwohl die Gastgeberfamilie direkt unten drunter wohnt, haben wir fast nichts von ihnen gehört. Der Garten und der Pool sind einfach klasse! Hier kann man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen. Unsere Kinder haben jede freie Minute dort verbracht. In der Wohnung gibt es ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Einzig eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst, aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist großzügig und neben dem Wohnzimmer ebenso klimatisiert. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit drei Betten und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett. Dieses Zimmer ist gleichzeitig auch das Durchgangszimmer um über eine schmale und steile Wendeltreppe in den Garten zu kommen. Das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, was für uns aber keinen Punkteabzug bedeutet, denn es aktiviert einen eher das Handy weg zu legen... Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, die Toskana, so wie man sie sich vorstellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf, welches touristisch nicht überlaufen ist. Man lebt hier wirklich mit den Einheimischen zusammen. Die Gastgeber haben ein kleines Heft mit Tipps für Ausflüge und sonstigen zusammengestellt. Meistens waren wir etwa eine Stunde unterwegs zu den verschiedenen Ausflugsorten.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage!

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber und einfach nur schön. Massimiliano hat uns mit selbstgemachten Wein und Olivenöl begrüßt, seine Tipps für die Pizzerien in der Nähe waren super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die vielen wunderschönen Städte (wir waren in Lucca, Lari, Sienna, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florenz). Dabei sieht man auch viel von der wunderschönen Landschaft. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit. Dank der Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung und des traumhaften Pools, ließ sich auch die Hitze gut aushalten. Also, volle Empfehlung!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter und viel gesehen

Lieber Massimilliano, liebe Roberta, Vielen Dank das wir in eurer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung unseren 1Toskaner Urlaub verbringen durften. Die Wohnung ist wirklich so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch, für das sehr leckere Olivenöl und den Wein. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen, ohne extrem weite Strecken zurückzulegen. Alle Highlights wie zb Pisa, Volterra und Siena sind recht schnell zu erreichen. Tankstellen gibt es auch ausreichend in der Nähe. Selbst zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Zu erwähnen ist noch der tolle Pool, an dem man wunderbar die heißen Temperaturen ertragen kann. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sowohl tagsüber als auch abends einfach Klasse. Alles in allem hätten wir es wahrscheinlich nicht treffen können und würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen, denn wir haben noch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten auf unserer Liste. Très bon séjour en Toscane.

Assez bien placé, 30 minutes de Pise et 1h de Florence. Beaucoup de choses à visiter et région très verte vallonnée.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Für die Kinder waren Spielsachen vorhanden und auch Ausrüstung am Pool. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Supermärkte im Nachbarort, Florenz, Pisa und das Mittelmeer nach kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
