Adeje Paradise with sunny terrace perfect for families

Adeje Paradise is a residential complex with 4 swimming pools (one of them heated) located in Playa Paraiso. Our ground floor apartment with garden views is composed of a functional kitchen open to a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, an open double bedroom a bathroom with hydro bathtub a shower room, a big terrace and a laundry room. It has high speed Wifi and Smart TV with international channels. We are in a quiet yet convenient location, near Costa Adeje and the main attractions

Guests will enjoy of a wonderful and modern ground floor apartment:
- Kitchen: It’s very functional and equipped with all cooking utensils for 8 guests (coffee pot, fridge, freezer, glass ceramic hob, oven, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and dishwasher).
- Living room: A bright space composed of a comfortable sofa (it simply folds out to becomes a double bed), a Smart TV with its stand and the main table with chairs. Windows are blackout at night*
- 2 Double bedrooms: Spacious and comfortable double bedroom with double mattress, a big built-in closet and window.
- 1 Doorway bedroom: Small bedroom with a single bed convertible in double. This room has no door and it’s connected with the living room.
- Bathroom: Full bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, toilet and sink.
- “Jack and Jill” shower room: Full shower room with toilet and sink. It’s connected with a double bedroom and the open bedroom.
- Terrace: Sunny area with a table, chairs a sunshade and sunbeds.
- Laundry room: Small room with washing machine and iron.

Everything is designed to the guests’ holidays, you just need to enjoy and relax. For this reason, we supply fresh mattress bases, beddings, blankets, pillows and towels. Moreover, we provide unlimited high speed WiFi and an International TV system (English, French, German, Russian… channels). We have private parking spot for those who want to rent a car (we recommend it because is cheap and more confortable). We can supply a high chair and a cot for babies (let us know before, please). It’s not necessary that travellers bring their towels, they will have fresh pool and shower towels available. Furthermore, we provide salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea and cleaning products (detergent and fabric softener are included).

We do not live on this complex, but we live close. We are at your disposal if something unexpected comes up, help or questions. You just need to contact us. We almost always interact with our guests. We love to make them feel welcome and at home, show them the complex and share our knowledge of the great places to go in our beautiful area. Let me know if you don't want to interact with me and I'll leave you alone quickly :) Gaspar or Mitzzi are responsible to checking in and out our guests, they speak Spanish, French, a little bit of English and Catalan.

Excellent, perfect, well-equipped and beautiful

First of all: I highly recommend this place! We arrived in the evening and it was easy to find the facilities by sat nav. Our host was already waiting for us to hand out the keys for house and parking - so everything was absolutely great. Also the contact in advance was very nice, helpful and I always received answers very quickly. The apartment was a pleasure: very comfortable for a family of 3, the kitchen well-equipped, clean, there were washing machine, games for the kids and with beautiful modern furniture. My child loved the pool and sometimes we had dinner at the pool bar. Nevertheless it was good to have a car, as the region is more calm. But around there are a lot of attaractions, beautiful beaches and places - all easy to reach! I would like to thank our host family once more for the very nice support, assistance and that it was possible to enjoy such a great family holiday in Tenerife. We´d love to come back to your place! Fantástica

Somos una familia con dos niños y pasamos la navidad del 2017 en la casa de Gaspar, Mitxi & Javi. Desde el primer momento Javi nos atendió via email y nos envió toda la información necesaria. La casa es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones y relajarse. Completamente equipada, limpísima y en perfectas condiciones. La atención de Gaspar y Mitxi durante nuestra estancia es difícil de describir, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros y con los niños que les agradecemos muchísimo. Recomendamos la propiedad a todo aquel que valore que los propietarios son encantadores y la vivienda está en inmejorable estado. Las piscinas estaban muy bien cuidadas y la piscina climatizada permite pasar un día relajado bañándose cuando el tiempo no acompaña demasiado. Hemos estado en varias viviendas en Tenerife durante los últimos años y podemos decir que ésta ha sido la mejor.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung für perfekten Urlaub

Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern in Adeje Paradise. Von der Reservierung bis zur Abgabe der Wohnung hat alles reibungslos geklappt! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Gaspar empfangen, inkl. Willkommens-Packet (Früchte, Wein, Süsses für die Kinder). Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz und hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht (inkl. Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder)! WLAN funktioniert prima. Die Anlage selber ist wunderschön und gut gepflegt, die Pool-Landschaft hat unsere Ansprüche mehr als erfüllt! Die Bar am Pool bietet zudem leckere Drinks und feines Essen, sehr zu empfehlen:) Ein Auto (reservierte Garagenparkplatz vorhanden) ist ein Muss, vor allem wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt, sehr gerne wieder :)) Perfekter Urlaub, herzlichen Dank an Mitzzi, Gaspar und Xavi

Good quality apartment and most kind host

The reception of Gaspar was great, we felt very welcome. We were 2 couples and had seperate bedroom and seperate bathroom. Apartment is very well maintained and the is equiped with everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. The resort itself is ok we did not spend too much time because Tenerife is too beautiful not to wonder around each day of your stay. On our departure Mitzzi came to say goodbye and we were also very satisfied. Host are really amazing and they smile at you all the time. Thank you for having us and maybe we´ll see you again. :)

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Gaspar, une bouteille de vin et fruits frais, nous attendait en signe de bienvenue, attention que nous avons apprécié. L'appartement très propre comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire en vacances. Les piscines sont superbes. Épicerie et arrêt de bus à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Tenereife. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Haus, es ist alles vorhanden, was einen entspannten Urlaub ausmacht. Und es war toll, der Kälte entfliehen zu können. Einige Tage waren wir zu fünft in dem Haus und hatten keinen Platzmangel. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder waren begeistert und haben in der Mittagszeit den Pool und die Sonnenliegen sehr genossen. Die Möglichkeit, am Ferienhaus die Ruhe genießen zu können. Sehr schönes,gepflegtes Urlaubsdomizil mit allem was das Herz begehrt in top Lage. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Parfait!

Very comfortable, quiet place and well located

The apartment was very spacious & comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked the location as it was quiet. It was clean and during our stay, we were able to hire a cleaning worker for 1 day. The car parking under the entrance was very convenient and safe. We also liked the pools which were very clean, a good temperature and a good size and seemed to have sun all day long. We also liked the bar and used it most afternoons during the happy hour.

Perfecto

Estuvimos en familia durante una semana en este magnífico apartamento. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy buena. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y la entrega de llaves fue muy puntual. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, bien decorado, muy limpio y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Es de agradecer el pack de bienvenida con agua y fruta. El wifi funciono sin ningún problema. Nos gusto mucho el bar, la decoración y el mantenimiento del complejo. El complejo está situado en barrio muy tranquilo a pocos minutos de Adeje. Recomiendo totalmente esta propiedad! Muchas gracias por todo!

excellent séjour

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cette appartement, tout était impeccable, la maison est superbe, au calme, sans vis-à-vis, avec une place de parking réservé devant l'entrée. Les enfants étaient ravis par la piscine, grande et bien entretenue. A l'arrivée une bouteille eau et fruits était offerte, il y a plein de documentations sur l'île, et les instructions données par la propriétaire pour arriver de l'aéroport étaient très claires. Une location sans fausse note, merci encore!!!

Maravilloso

Espectacular lugar tranquilo pero cerca de Costa Adeje. El trato inmejorable, la atención y el cuidado dignos de admirar. El apartamento y el complejo son preciosos y sus vistas maravillosas. Estuvimos muy a gusto y sin duda vamos a volver en cuanto podamos. Super recomendable. Nada como una copa de vino en esa terracita observando el valle y el mar. Gracias por todo y hasta pronto!

Incroyable

Tout est parfait, même plus! Mitzzi est très agréable, précis et claire. L’appartement est parfaitement propre, équipé (fibre, documents sur ténérife, fruit, lave linge...). Costa Adeje est peut être la meilleur de tout Ténérife. En réservant ce logement vous êtes sur d'avoir de bonnes vacances!

trés agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine au paradis ! La maison est très agréable (les photos sont fidèles!), bien équipée, et idéalement située. Mitzzi et Gaspa sont charmants, discrets mais disponibles, et de très bon conseil concernant les spots, les conditions et les locations de matériel. Nous gardons un souvenir enchanté de nos petits déjeuners sur la terrasse ombragée... Merci pour l'accueil et à très vite!

meravigliosa vacanza

Io e il mio marito abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni nell'appartamento di Mitzzi. Il tutto è completamente accessoriato e funzionale. L'appartamento è molto bello e pulito. Il parcheggio è proprio davanti casa. Nell'appartamento cmq c'è tutto forno, lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc.. WiFi funziona molto bene. Nella piscina comune ci siamo trovati strabene, a partire dai dipendenti del bar che sono delle persone meravigliose, gentili e super alla mano. L'isola di Tenerife é spettacolare, ma la rende ancora più bella proprio l'umanità delle persone che ci vivono, gli aiuti a vicenda, le gentilezze varie, la gente ti vuole subito bene. The perfect vacation

This was a very relaxing vacation. The location of the apartment was within easy reach from the airport. The area was calm, and the pool area was really great, not least for a family. On top of this the hosts, Mittzi and gaspard served us perfectly and made us feel even more "at home".

Greats moments

What a great moment ! house was perfect and the welcome by owner was really nice. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. If I come back to Tenerife (what I expects) I'll come there for sure. Regarding the area, you can enjoy going to the beach, visiting the coast, go to the Teide, ... al lot of things to do (too much for only 1 week). Hope next visitors will enjoy as we enjoyed both the house and the area. It was a gerat experience !

Muy buena elección

Estuvimos en este apartamento durante las 2 primeras semanas de julio con família. El apartamento es hermoso y bien decorado. Hay todo lo necesario para el día a día. Complejo estiloso y tranquilo, dispone de bar. El contacto con los propietarios es muy bueno y rápido. El servicio de llaves y devolución de fianza fue muy rápido. Muchas gracias por todo Mitzi. Recomendamos al 100% este apartamento. Buena calidad precio!

wunderschöne wohnung

Ein wunderschöner Ort! Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und hell, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das resort ist riesig und eine absolute Augenweide (insbesondere die Pools und eine Bar)! Ein großes Dankeschön an Regina und Karl für dieses Stückchen Paradis. Unterm Strich ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und ZU EMPFEHLEN : )

le propietaire et son épouse nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont accueilli comme des amis et non comme des clients. Leur appartement est très bien situé, à minutes de la mer en voiture. Les 2 chambres sont grande, lumineuse. Le lit est très confortable. Les salles de bains est privative et bien équipée notamment d'une grande douche et un bain à remous. Le complexe dispose de 4 piscine est impressionnant et dispose d'un bar! le propietaire et son épouse ont tout fait pour rendre le séjour agréable, n'ont pas hésité à appeler des amis pour nous procurer des informations, nous ont indiqué les bons restaurants et lieux de la région à connaitre. Nous recommandons ce logement et ses propriétaires. Nous reviendrons chez eux à l'occasion.

Emplacement parfait depuis l’aéroport sud… très belles randonnées accessibles en famille. Les routes pour se rendre dans le Nord sont impeccables. Le logement est propre et très fonctionnel. Petit bémol sur l’isolation phonique mais rien à dire du reste.

Great Location easy to access the island

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The appartment is stunning and has a great sun terrace. Super easy access to the pools with underground parking. The location is excellent with access to mains road for day trips etc. Communication with the host was easy and everything was ready for when we arrived

Très agréable séjour
