Nuestro espacioso (52 metros cuadrados) piso tranquilo de un dormitorio en el último piso está situado en un prestigioso bloque con portones en el corazón de Kensington, ideal para explorar todas las delicias que Londres tiene para ofrecer. Todas las comodidades incluyen artículos de tocador Molton Brown, cafetera Nespresso y vainas, sábanas y edredones de algodón egipcio, almohadas de pluma de ganso, TV de pantalla plana de 42 "y reproductor de DVD, pisos de madera auténtica y baño con azulejos de mármol.

Las mejores cosas de esta propiedad son:

1) Ubicación: justo en Kensington High Street, a 2 minutos del metro de High Street Kensington, a 2 minutos de Holland Park, a 5 minutos de Kensington Gardens y Hyde Park. Esto lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para eventos en el Royal Albert Hall, en los museos de Historia Natural, Ciencia, Diseño y V&A, y es fácil acceder a Soho y los teatros del West End de Londres. Maravillosa vida nocturna que incluye restaurantes Michelin, bares y clubes de moda.

5) Fútbol, cricket, pelotas de tenis, porterías, portillos, raquetas de murciélagos, frisbees, cometas y canastas de picnic y alfombras para disfrutar en los parques, tanto Holland Park como Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park están a la vuelta de la esquina.

Lo que no es tan bueno es que no hay ascensor, por lo tanto, no es ideal para personas mayores o discapacitadas, pero hay una terraza privada en la azotea para tomar el sol en un día de verano.

Great time in London

We had a great stay in London and the placement and amenities of the apartment sure helped. It's located just a few minutes walk from the underground station and there is a bus stop right outside the door. Also all along Kensington high Street you will find shops and grocery stores, Mark's & Spencer the best, so you can always pick up what you need either coming or going. The apartment is on the back of the building so you don't hear as much noise as the front, but you are in the middle of a big city so there is noise. The apartment was clean and all set up for our arrival and Moses kept in touch with us during our stay, making sure we didn't need anything and that all was to our liking. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a couple or family of 4.

Great apartment, great stay in Kensington

The appartment is really very nice and perfectly situated in Kensington. Everything corresponds to the pictures and the description. We travelled with 4 (two adults, two teenagers) and had enough space for all of us. It has everything that you need for a city trip or even a longer stay. Buses stop right in front and we also did a lot of sightseeing (parks and museums nearby) by feet. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for the location - although you feel that you in a big city: There is always some "background noise" which did not disturb us at all. Moses is a wonderful host and arranged that we could arrive and leave at our convenience. He stayed in touch with us during the stay ... and we had a fridge full of beverages at our arrival! We would definitively stay here again next time.

Fantastic house

the house has a wonderful location, has everything you need to spend a holiday in the heart of London., nothing maca. The owner is a very sweet person, fantastic and very helpful, we arrived late compared to the scheduled time and also made us find breakfast for the next day excellent everything. I'm very satisfied.

Good Location

The location was very convenient to the tube and to Kensington sights. Everything with the apartment was fine except the WIFI. We had issues the entire stay (never worked). The owner definitely tried to help, stated a couple of times that it was functioning correctly, even sent instructions on how to connect. However it never worked for any of our devices (network never even showed up in the list of available networks). I am not sure if there was something incompatible with our devices (from the U.S.), but we never had issues with any other wireless networks during our stay in the UK. Overall, it was fine - not bad but not great either.

All required amenities and great location

Moses was very accommodating and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for questions. The flat was clean and spacious. It was also very close to the Tube station and there is lots of good shopping near by! There are many stairs to climb but we enjoyed being in the penthouse because it was quiet considering you are near a busy London street. We have family in London so we will look to stay at Moses's place again.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay in the great appartement. We were travelling with 2 adults and 2 teenagers and enjoyed the spacious rooms. The host (Moses) did a fantastic job and is an excellent communicator, we had a warm welcome and good tips for where to go in the local surrounding. The apartment is located perfectly and it is very easy to get with one bus connection to the city centre. I would surely recommend this place and book it again for our next trip to London.

Very friendly host

Moses was great and very responsible. The renter before me was very destructive and the host had to clean up. Unfortunately, the cleaning solution was very strong-smelling and unpleasant. The location was great and everything worked well.

Great Location!

Close to several grocery stores. A 5 minute walk to the underground and about a 30 minute walk to the museums. Close to Hyde Park. A bus stop just outside the building. Nice area. Quiet. Moses was very accommodating with our check-time and was very friendly and helpful. The fridge had drinks and a chocolate bar for us when we arrived. Adequate supplies in the kitchen. Lots of stairs to the apartment, however, Moses helped to carry our bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location and well presented

Great location from tube station and easy to find. The owner of the apartment Moses was waiting to greet us and help us settle in and answer any questions. There was a welcome pack of groceries waiting for us and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need to have a great stay. Moses check in with us the next day to ensure everything was ok in the apartment. We had a fabulous time and when we return to London we will be checking availability for this apartment.

Great Apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is great, very central with easy access to the tube station. Moses was very helpful. He meet us on arrival and showed us through the apartment. He also arranged some extra bedding for us so my son could use the second sofa as a bed. Would definitely stay here again if in London.

Great place to stay, excellent host!

Moses is an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is great, very spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need! Everything was perfect just be ready for the 10 flights of stairs! :D

Nice apartment in a great neiborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this nice apartment on High Street. Small and cozy...perfect for a couple to enjoy a stay in London. It was close to the Underground and many stores and restaurants in the area. Moses was very friendly and helpful. Make sure you are in shape for the 81 stairs though.....

Perfect size, location, and host!

My husband, me and a friend stayed here in October for a few days and it was the perfect size and location. There's one bedroom and a comfy pull out sofa in the lounge. The bathroom was recently decorated and clean, and was stocked with toiletries which was great. We went to London for a concert at the Royal Albert Hall which was walking distance from the flat. And the High Street Kensington tube station is only a few blocks away for traveling farther afield. What really made this place stand out was the host, Moses. He kept in touch beforehand to make sure our arrival went smoothly, and answered all my random questions throughout the booking process. When we arrived, the place was stocked with everything we needed - there was even cereal to eat in the morning! The listing description was accurate, but note that there wasn't a working lift when we arrived (not sure if that's a temporary or permanent issue) so there a quite a few steps to navigate to get to the top floor, but Moses helped bring our luggage up. I wish we were going back to London soon so we could stay here again!

Very nice apartment and very good location

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is very well located in a street with lots of shops, restaurants, parc... Moses gave us a very nice and friendly welcome.

Hier möchte ich wohnen bleiben!

Die Wohnung hat eine exklusive Lage direkt an der Kensington High Street, da sie nach hinten raus liegt ist sie aber ganz ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick auf Stadthäuser. Ubahn ist nahe, und der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus hat zwar keinen Lift, aber die Treppen gehen sich angenehm, und Moses der Besitzer hilft mit dem Gepäck. Er kümmert sich auch perfekt um seine Gäste, fragt mehrmals nach ob alles passt und er hatte ein tolles Sortiment an Essen und Trinken zur freien Verfügung bereitgestellt. Es gibt schöne Restaurants diverser Nationalität in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder!

Wonderful Location, great apartment

We had a fantastic stay in this fab Kensington apartment. It is perfectly situated in a great area, with so many great shops and restaurants literally on your doorstep and the tube station just a few minutes walk away, from where you can easily access all the London sights in a short journey. An easy walk to the beautiful Kensington Palace and gardens. The roof terrace is a real bonus, if you're brave enough! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Kensington

The apartment is fantastic -- even better than in the pictures! It has excellent natural light, and because it's towards the back of the building, has very little noise despite being on Kensington High Street. It has a spacious living room, bedroom, and well-designed kitchen. Finally: You can go on the roof! I had some great mornings there drinking coffee, reading my book, and watching London unfold and wake up before my eyes. The location is also superb: <5min walk to the tube, and <7min walk to two high quality grocery stores (plus a ton of shops in between). Holland Park is 3min away, and Hyde Park about 7. Lastly, Moses is a wonderful host. He would check in to make sure I had everything I needed, anticipate things (such as buying an additional dresser), and was very accommodating. He's easygoing, cheerful, and I enjoyed meeting him. If I'm back in London, I'd stay here again.
