The location was good and the views out to sea were lovely. Apartment complex very secure and quite, pool big Apartment is 1 bedroom with a glass wall round in front of the bed, so you can see the amazing views from the bed , Blinds on windows .

JANUARY IN THE SUN

We have had a lovely break at Santa Clara 1 the location is absolutely wonderful and the view is fantastic. The apartment was exceptionally clean and is exactly as the pictures describe. It is so light and airy with the doors open and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea soothes your soul. The coffe machine and juicer are a nice touch.

Fabulous 😍

Fabulous location with the most amazing view. The apartment was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we required. Easy access via lift to the promenade and Torremolinos shops from either side of the cliff top apartments. The pool area with bar/cafe on the roof is picturesque with a must see panoramic view. We highly recommend and would definately stay here again.

Beautiful view and the folding glass balcony panels. Cleanliness and basic necessities left by previous people. Bin bags, salt and some condiments which are Items too large to buy for a short stay.

wonderful view and a great window-front to enjoy this

Gorgeus view over the sea and the beach - thank you for the wonderful time which we had there. The building is well maintained and this part of Torremolinos is much nicer than the other parts. Really missing an awning in front of the balcon (the yellow blind, which the other apartments have). Suggestion: plastic plants are always a matter of taste, but if they are bleached from the sun, it‘s better to remove them.

We enjoyed the apartment with a gorgeous view on the Carihuela beach and the Mediterranean Ocean. Communicating with Maria is not always easy, I left 3 messages to inquire about the damage deposit reimbursement and no answer. It's been 8 days since we left the apartment and we are still waiting to hear from Maria regarding the damage deposit.

the property was ok, did not like the 'bedrooom' . sofa not that comfortable , worst of all we had no English TV we rang the number given every day but got no reply, (34/650497789) this was the number for the man that took us to our appartment we eventualy emailed waterfront and got a result on the day we were going home; so felt a bit cheated M JONES

Wonderful terrace with beautiful view...

We reserved a 1 bedroom unit with a terrace overlooking the sea. The unit we received was not the unit featured in the listing but a junior suite. We would not have committed to a junior suite and expected a separate bedroom. Our hosts were unable to deliver what we booked. The unit was very clean, but lacked some basics like toilet paper and paper towels .

Dear Bob, the apartment is 40m2 and the bedroom is separate for a wall window, with a amazing views to the sea, but there is a courtain so you can be private in your bedroom with the livingroom. About the towels, sorry , if we were know we will give you more towels. I hope you can repeat again with us and we will give you a discount for compensation. Outdated appartement with nice view

The view Everything in this appartement is old and has to be renewed. No isolation between the windows. Furniture is minimum 20 years old and has urgently to be replaced. The shower is not working really good and the washing machine is really bad! ….and you can hear everything - really everything!! - from the neighbours. Could not recommend…..

Perfect Location

We had the most wonderful and relaxing 12 nights in this beautiful apartment in early April. We loved the location, absolutely stunning views from both inside and outside. The bifold doors make the apartment so very bright and airy- we just loved it. The apartment is very well equipped and we particularly liked the fact it had a full size fridge freezer. All kitchen goods and utensils were spotless and of a high standard. The shower was excellent - top of the range and very powerful. There is a TV with a variety of channels and Netflix etc but we didn't actually turn it on as we preferred to be on the balcony embracing the views or reading, playing games and relaxing with a glass of wine. The lift down to the promenade is a huge plus as is the street level exit to Torremolinos from reception. Maria and Aurelio were fantastic from the minute we booked until we left. This is our second time booking with them for a Santa Clara apartment and we will definitely be back! Hasta la vista! Loved it all!

Excellent location, but there are some

The location was great Communication with the agent was not good, we had to wait 2 hours after checkintime to check in. Had to pay cash at check-in. Kitchen was very poorly equipped, e.g. only one wine glass available, kitchen was not equipped for 4 persons, some of the furniture was about to break down. Only one set of towels for the two weeks, no replacement, we had to wash them our selves. Do not count on a vacant parking place, we could not find any vacant place to park. The residents occupied all. Double bed 1only 50x200. We excepted more of this stay.

Nos han encantado el apto. Las vistas las mejores de Torremolinos, sin duda y conozco muchas. Estás viendo el mar desde que abres los ojos. Cocina muy funcional y camas cómodas. La ducha fantástica y las toallas también.Aurelio estupendo, agradable y resolutivo. Con él se comienzan bien las vacaciones. Espero repetir porque nos ha encantado Por decir algo: algo más de cubertería

Amazing views

The apartment is bright clean and very well equipped with modern furnishings and a wonderful shower. Carlos were really welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing holiday its a lovely place to be and with such a great apartment I'm pretty sure we will be back. This is by far the best apartment we have ever stayed in if you chose it you won't be disappointed. Maybe more kitchen utensils

Gorgeus view over the sea and the beach.

The site and the perfect surroundings. The apartment was very clean and all in good condition and modern. Communicating with the owners at all times very good. I would recommend it to friends and family. You can walk, go to the beach, visit the city and take a transport to visit Malaga. Nearby there are restaurants and bars, there are also supermarkets and shops.

The vacation we were looking for.

We needed a vacation. We chose the best place. First line of beach. Incredible views. Close to the promenade and all the bars and restaurants there are. Well connected. WONDERFUL

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights from Wednesday to Sunday. The apartment is exactly how it looks on the photographs, honestly its beautiful and the views well they speak for themselves. Also in a great place not directly over the main strip so its quiet but literally a 1 minute walk. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when we return. Thank you!!! x

Great apartment, Fantastic view.

The apartment is bright clean and very well equipped with modern furnishings and a wonderful shower. Salome and Carlos were really welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing holiday its a lovely place to be and with such a great apartment The apartment is well equipped, plenty of room for all. The beach and shops are within walking distance, I'm pretty sure we will be back.

An amazing apartment,at the perfect location

The apartment is much better than the pictures, we had two incredible weeks, you can't find a better location right in front of the ocean, Carlos and Salome were very helpful. The apartment is just blocks away from restaurants and night life. We will be back. Totally recommended for family and friends and spend some great days on the Costa del Sol. We are very happy. This property is one of the best because is so confortable , is just in front of the beach and you can go by private elevator and you are directly in Torremolinos center by private elevator too. You will not need a car, just everything is around.
