Recientemente construido, este apartamento de dos dormitorios ofrece alojamiento moderno, fabulosas vistas y estacionamiento subterráneo. La entrada al pequeño desarrollo está en el área de estacionamiento subterráneo privado donde tiene espacio para 1 automóvil, lo cual es un gran beneficio en los meses de verano. Las escaleras conducen a las propiedades. El salón y el comedor dan a la piscina y al mar y ofrecen una terraza para comer al aire libre o simplemente disfrutar de una copa de vino.

La cocina es moderna y totalmente equipada. Hay dos dormitorios, un dormitorio principal con cuarto de baño con ducha y otro dormitorio que se puede utilizar como doble o doble con camas entrelazadas. Esta habitación tiene el uso de un baño completo.

La ubicación es perfecta, está a pocos pasos de playas, restaurantes y tiendas en Carvoeiro. Hay un autobús de subida y bajada disponible desde Carvoeiro a las playas vecinas y hay taxis disponibles si decide no alquilar un coche durante su estancia.

Lovely location

Loved location, cleanliness, decor. Advise where to deposit rubbish. Perhaps an access code for pedestrian gate rather than a key.

Thank you for your feedback, there is a QR code in the house with all of the information relevant to the house including bin locations. We will mention to the other owners about a key pad although the key has not been an issue previously.

Great family apartments

Really lovely apartment with great views across the Atlantic. The accommodation was spotless and the all the linen and towels were very nice indeed. In terms of the tv and and other installed white goods absolutely first class. The TV had sky sports and all the uk channels plus many more. Excellent wi fi as well. All in all this is a great apartment. The only negatives were A) being a ground floor apartment you can often hear the footsteps from the apartment above, especially if there are young kids above running about. B) I got the impression that the pool wasn’t being cleaned every day as there was a build up of sand and other matter building up throughout the week. Absolutely would rent this apartment agin though. Oh - one side note. Because it’s at the top of a steep hill it’s not really suitable for those that struggle with walking or have very young children. The road is very narrow meaning push chairs will be a headache for sure. Cleaning the pool

Beautiful, relaxing holiday

Beautiful apartment, well maintained and location is perfect. The pool and poolside furniture is not as well maintained as it could be, multiple tiles have come off the pool, particularly the steps into the pool.

Perfect appartment with pool close to the beach

The appartment was fully equipped and had very good airconditioning. A lot of space to relax outside in sunbeds and chairs, and the pool was bigger than I exspected and not shared with too many families.

How it was furnished. It has whatever you need. The shower screen in the bathroom leaks water. We saw a cockroach and we use the powder that was in the apartment.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had 10 days in this apartment at the end of May and into June. It was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and was so close to everything. The beds are so comfortable and the air con in the bedrooms was great. A really great apartment, I would book again. The outdoor furniture was a bit old and a proper umbrella would have been great. But they are small issues overall.

Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Modern, clean and comfortable in an awesome location just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops … and a breathtaking view! Our apt was wonderful, clean and comfortable, however it was our only accomodation (of four) that did not have shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The pool and loungers are in need of some repair, and some items for days at the beach would have also been appreciated.

Great Apartment. Would book again.

New, clean, had everything we needed. Great we had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Nice well looked after complex. We stayed in January and the apartment was nice and warm. Mariana from Elite was very helpful. The intercom on the gate wasnt working. Could do with a free exit button on the inside of the property.

Overall the unit was fine. It wasn’t exactly as shown - no carpet, cushions had been changed out. A little more sparse. Beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. Carvoiero is full of great restaurants within a ten minute walk. Communications with property manager were good.

Everything! Location, size, comfort The bed sheet on master bed doesn't fit properly it's not deep enough so ever night it would come off Main shower, water leaks thru screen on to the floor in corner. Had to keep mop and bucket in bathroom to mop up after every shower

Pool with a view

The apartment was stylish and clean, offering a comfortable and visually appealing space for our stay. The shared pool, located right off the back terrace, was a wonderful feature, complete with loungers and tables, making it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Beach towels were provided in addition to bath towels, which was very convenient. The apartment was also well-equipped with cooking tools like a coffee maker, pots, and pans, which made preparing meals easy. Its location was another highlight—very close to the public beaches and a charming little town. The views of the ocean and cliffs were simply stunning, making our stay even more memorable. Despite the positives, there were a few drawbacks. The apartment was slightly more dated than the photos suggested, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, while the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools, there were no basic provisions like tea or coffee pods, which meant we had to venture out and search for them ourselves. The checkout rules were also somewhat excessive. We were required to take out the trash, which would have been acceptable if the bins were conveniently located in the building. Instead, we had to wander down the road with trash bags in hand, which was not what we expected after paying for a nice place to stay. These issues slightly dampened an otherwise pleasant experience.
