Buena elección en Alvor

Muy buena opción para unas vacaciones con niños. Propiedad excelentemente situada dentro de la urbanización por estar en una esquina, lo que convierte al jardín común prácticamente en privado. El apartamento es nuevo, amplio y está muy bien equipado, desde el principio tienes todo lo que necesitas para una estancia muy agradable. La playa está cerca, así como el pueblo de Alvor, pero al mismo tiempo estás lo suficientemente apartado para estar tranquilo. Totalmente recomendable.

Outstanding facilties, super clean, 1 minute walk to the lovely pool in the centre of the development, where it was never crowded.10 mins from beach or town.Could have moved in and lived there forever!!

Fabulous apartment!

We had a fantastic holiday in Sandra’s apartment. The apartment is brilliantly located close to the beach and the village. We especially liked that the apartments were gated and only residents could enter with a key. Sandra provides everything you need, including an umbrella and towels for the beach. The air con was a godsend during the recent heatwave! To pool is beautiful and was never really busy when we were there. No more rushing to get a sun bed like many resorts. Couldn’t recommend enough and we will definitely return

Two weeks in Alvor in June

Had a fabulous two week stay at Sandra lovely apartment in Alvor. Visit Alvor every year but this is the first time I have stayed at Sandra's apartment. It was really spacious, well equipped and had the added advantage of being on the corner where no one passes by. Sandra is a great host and communication was excellent Will be back next year.

A fantastic all round experience.

A wonderful, clean, well equipped and perfectly located property. It has the benefit of great ground floor space outside all within a safe gated complex that has ample parking. To add to our wonderful experience our hosts were always available and responsive. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. We will be returning as soon as we possibly can.

Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Sandra's apartment; it's a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious lounge and the lovely wrap-around terrace made it ideal for alfresco dining or a glass of wine in the sun. The apartment is very private, it felt extremely safe and the location is great, close to both the village and the beach. We were celebrating a 50 year wedding anniversary whilst we were there and this apartment made it all the more special. Sandra was a perfect host, very helpful, understanding and so kind - thank you! We hope to be back very soon.

Best Ever

Without doubt the most impressive apartment we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve been travelling for almost 50 years. Sandra provided everything you could ever require and some of the touches were so rare e.g. a pull along shopping trolley ( would never have dreamed of using one at home but better than carrying those big bottles of water) and an iron that was absolutely pristine, we’ve been to so many where the iron provided was ancient and covered in burnt material. Small details but so important and impressive. Location of apartment is spot on both in terms of where it is within the complex and where the complex is in the resort. We’ve already booked again for next year.

A lovely apartment

This was our second stay in this beautiful apartment. It was very clean. The location is fantastic with just a short walk to the town and beach. The kids had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool too. Hopefully we will be back again!

8 days in Alvor

Apartment was exactly as described. Communications with the host Sandra in advance and while there were quick and excellent. Complex is lovely, gated and really well maintained and clean. 5 mins walk to beach and not much more to the main area for restaurants etc.

Home from home

This was our third time staying at this wonderful apartment. Such an excellent location. Close to the town for the bars and restaurants and also a short walk to the beach. What a great plot on the corner with lots of outdoor space for dining Al fresco or using the sofa and chairs for relaxing on the patio. Highly recommend this well equipped apartment, it has everything you need.

Great time away good weather but accommodation ideal for our family. Clean very well equipped and spacious had everything you need inside and even choice of pool side toys for the kids. Great private corner spot with small garden and table and separate sitting area to chill out also. Great equipment in kitchen area. Area and pool great size plenty of space and sun beds everyone very welcoming no loud noise very respectful people during our stay. Close to shops and supermarket and very near to the beach. Booked again for 2024 even before leaving Alvor this year!. Host at hand and local and good contact and the arrival process very smooth shown around the site and everything within the apartment any quest answered but most covered during comprehensive welcome.

We arrived earlier than our check in time, Sandra was more than happy to allow us earlier access and was waiting at the gate on our arrival to let us in. The apartment was bright, specious and spotless. Sandra had also got us some supplies in, milk, water, tea, coffee, wine and ice pops for the children. The apartment is at the end so gives you alot more private garden space than others. There can be a bit of noise in the evening, traffic, people chattering and the wee chu chu train. But this never interfered with my children sleeping or us. The pool area is gorgeous and just up the garden from apt. Always plenty of beds and umberellas. The water is very chilly, but we climatised over our stay!🙌 The beach is stunning, beautiful sand, clear water 🏖 and only a few minutes away. There is an intermache just down the street along with lots of other wee shops and bars. The strip is only a few minutes walk away, lots of wee cobbled streets with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and a small but stunning church at the top of the hill, above the fishing marina. The fishing marina is just down from the strip and apartment, a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, there is a little beach area that my children loved playing in after we had dinner. Plenty of wee bars and restaurants and some amusents for the children to enioy. Overall we had the best time in Alvor, apartment was perfect and had the perfect location. We will definitelt go back and would highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in an ideal location close to the town and 500 metres from the sandy beach. A ground floor apartment ideal if you have children with two good size bedrooms, a family bathroom plus an en-suite. We have made every effort to ensure that you have as many creature comforts as possible including free WiFi, UK and Sky Channels available, flat screen and sound bar.
We also have a variety of books available if you fancy staying in and relaxing before heading into town to enjoy the many different types of restaurants and bars on offer.
If you need it, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and air-conditioning in both the main living area and both bedrooms.
The apartment is in a secure gated complex with remote opening gates for your car and additional keys for side gates.
We love it here, and really hope that you enjoy a fantastic holiday, be sure to have a drink at Restinga on the beach. We always start our holiday here with a cold drink enjoying the beautiful scenery.

It has two bathrooms, one with a full bath and the second a recently renovated en-suite shower room off the master bedroom.
It has a lovely large living room with a wrap-around south facing sun terrace. The comunal garden leads round to the fantastic Swimming Pool with a seperate childs pool.
