The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a magnificent building in the historic center of Madrid.
In a historic building dating back to 1919, this 160 m2 apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (all of them en suite). Completely renovated at the beginning of 2019, it has been decorated with love to make your stay cozy and equipped with all the comforts such as air conditioning throughout the house, TV in every room, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote working, and fully furnished and equipped for temporary residential use. South facing, it is incredibly bright.
The building has three elevators.
It is available to rent for months and long stays, so please do not hesitate to request a quote.
The stay is formalized through an individualized short-term rental contract, in accordance with Article 3 of the L.A.U. (Urban Leasing Law).
It will be necessary to prove the temporary reason for the stay (cultural reasons, work, studies, health, teleworking, or other causes), as well as to determine in writing the exact duration of the stay, without automatic extension.
LIVING ROOM
Large living room of 60 m2, with large windows that flood this room with natural light. It has a dining table for eight people, and a rest area where you can enjoy a large TV.
BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms (all of them with bathroom en suite), with fitted wardrobes and TV.
BATHROOMS
Three large bathrooms with shower. We provide gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN
Spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need in your stay such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction plate, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and iron.
Of course, all the necessary equipment for your enjoyment, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans, bowls, serving dishes, etc., and other basic utensils for temporary residential use.
TERRACE
30 m2 of terrace to enjoy! It has a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and two sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a shower will serve to refresh us. Although the house is located in the heart of Madrid, you will enjoy a quiet and difficult to imagine silence.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the Centro district of Madrid.
The Gran Vía is the most well-known street in Madrid and in it you can find atmosphere at any time of the day throughout the year. In its 1300 meters in length you can see buildings such as the Metropolis, the Palace of Music, the Lope de Vega or the Coliseum and thus discover the architectural wealth of this area. Only in this street, you will find stores like Loewe, Zara, Primark, Bershka, Stradivarius, H & M, etc.
Being in the center of the city has all the historic and monumental Madrid, as well as the most important museums (El Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, Reina Sofía, etc.), theaters, musicals, parks such as El Retiro. or the Botanical Garden, and countless bars and restaurants.
Crossing the Gran Vía you can enter the Chueca neighborhood, the most cosmopolitan neighborhood known as the Soho of Madrid. Full of bars, restaurants and shops, it stands out for its life both day and night.

The apartment is in the heart of the city so the best way to get around is by foot. Everything is close!
In any case, the Gran Vía subway stop is only 40 meters away, 10 bus lines have a stop less than 60 meters and hundreds of taxis pass through the door every day.

Check-out must be before 11:00 a.m.
In order to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes the obligations for record-keeping and reporting of guest information to the State Security Forces in lodging activities, all guests will be required to complete the relevant official forms.
The formalization of the rental requires the signing of a temporary rental contract by both parties prior to check-in, which will state the temporary reason justifying the stay and the agreed duration.
HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, never inside the apartment.
- Parties, loud music, shouting, or any behavior that may disturb the neighbors at any time of day or night are strictly prohibited. Please respect others’ rest as you wish yours to be respected.
- In the event of justified complaints from neighbors, 50% of the security deposit will be withheld, and if the behavior continues, the guests will be expelled from the apartment without any right to reimbursement for unused time, and the deposit will not be returned. The owner reserves the right to call the police if neighbors file a complaint.
- Pets are not allowed.
- It is forbidden to throw objects, cotton, sanitary pads, makeup wipes, etc., into the toilet, as this may cause blockages in the building’s plumbing.
- If minor damage occurs to low-value items during normal use (e.g., a glass, a plate, etc.), the deposit will not be affected. Any other type of damage will result in a deduction from the security deposit equivalent to the replacement value.
