Esta propiedad de alquiler de 2 dormitorios, 2-baño está elegantemente decorado con muebles contemporáneos y cuenta con un impresionante balcón huelga fuera de la sala de estar. Our stay

As reviews noted the location is good and a Publix is within a very short walking distance (less than a quarter mile). If you plan to cook meals there are only black plastic kitchen utensils and teflon pots and pans if that is a concern to you. (We purchased a wooden spatula and sadly used the teflon cookware.) FYI, if you actually cook you will need to bring or purchase spices. Salt, pepper, and coffee are provided. Overall the unit was clean but could definitely use a deeper clean (baseboards, light switches, etc) Unlike comments read in some reviews we had no issues with the management company, they were super responsive and friendly prior to checkin, provided clear checkin instructions and were very friendly during on-site interactions. Beds are comfortable (We have stayed in better but definitely worse) and the sitting area is comfy. FYI, the pillows provided are on the medium to thicker density so if you desire a flatter feather pillow, you might want to pack it. This unit is street side and you can hear cars drive by, however, overall it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. We had a small group so the split floor plan was perfect, allowing privacy and separate baths. We would consider staying here again but we cook our meals from scratch and it is a pleasant treat when there is a healthy choice for kitchenware and utensils so just those few changes would turn our consideration to stay again into a definitely.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our Volleyball Nationals. We were able to stay with our whole team and coaches at the same location. The ease of getting back and forth to the OCCC was great.

Volleyball nationals

We stayed here because it was close to the convention center where our son was playing volleyball. The location was great, also very close to the vista cay pool, and the rooms were nice.

Adequate

As marketed. The management company stocks the kitchen supplies well and in good condition. Management company very hard to reach - someone actually used a code and came into our unit without permission or cause - couldn’t reach anyone to assist on this or another minor issue. Unit was dated and in need of a good cleaning. It served its purpose but not great in terms of cleanliness.

Nice condo, poor management service

This was a nice condo, great location. Next the pool and walking distance to the convention center. Our issue was with the property management company, Casiola. Our keypad door lock broke after a couple days and it took them over three hours to respond to our pleas. In the meantime we were locked out with the temp 100 degrees in the shade followed by a torrential downpour. We couldn’t leave to get cool because they couldn’t tell us when someone would be there to fix it. Very nice condo, poor management company.

Excellent location

Very nice condo! It had everything we need, was easy to get into the parking lot and unit, quiet, great walking path and pool. The only downfall was all the tv remotes! If I was by myself (without my IT husband) there is no way I could have figured it out!

Love the place...NOT the management compant

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Vista Cay! We have stayed here for several years. The grounds are beautiful and the staff kind and courteous. This stay was not the same. This was our first experience with Casiola rentals instead of Millenium. The help center was never open. You had to email and wait for replies. They did not repair broken furniture or take care of ants and food crumbs left in the unit prior to our arrival. Disappointed in management. The unit was nice. Linens are provided. There are no bath mats for either bathroom. Furniture was nice and comfortable. I think the lack of employees due to COVID may have been part of the issue, but I expected more from a management company.

Beautiful property, poor mgt co

The condo was clean and the property was beautiful. The management company was horrible! They emailed and asked if I wanted a late check out and I replied yes but then I go back to my condo at 11:04 and was locked out. I tried to call and email for 30 minutes with no one available to let me back in. Then when I finally talked to a live person they blamed me and asked who approved my late check out. I gave them the name of the person and then they back pedaled. At this point we sat outside for over 30 minutes in the 95 degree heat so it ruined having a late check out so we left. They did not try to apologize or anything. The only thing they wanted was the extra $50 for a late check out. Terrible customer service! I loved the property but would never book through Casiolo again! Poor management and not available if you need something!

Nice Resort — strange bathroom configuration

The resort was quite pleasant overall — but we were totally put off by the wasted space in the bathroom, strange vanity configuration and the dirty baseboards.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the staff was still cleaning. There was laundry on the floor and in the washer and dryer. The beds weren't made. No pillows on the sofas. Sofas were dirty with some stains. Internet didn't work. They provided the wifi from the condo below. Microwave didn't work. They brought in a small countertop micro the next day. Dishwasher didn't work. Stove heats unevenly. Lights burnt out in second bedroom. Whole apartment needs to be renovated and updated. Bathroom cabinets are extremely low to the ground. Some nails in the walls where things use to hang. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Sheets were not soft. Casiola staff answered a few of my emails the first and second day...after that they stopped answering me. I stayed for 8 nights. After the 3rd night, I asked if there was another condo we could move to. I never received a response. I could never get anyone to answer the phone either. I have stayed at Vista Cay before and I do like the property and the location for my family. I booked with Casiola this time because they allowed me to bring my cat. However, I was overall very disappointed with the condo and the service. I would not recommend to anyone.
