Location had amazing view of the Bridge. We had no problems at all. Ended up parking boat at London Bridge it was easy walk. Parked boat in day on beach and had a great Thanksgiving with family.

Perfect Spot for 4th of July Fun with Incredible Views!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it! The view of the London Bridge and all the channel activity from the balcony was amazing—we spent most of our time out there when we weren’t enjoying the water right in front of the building. The location was ideal: just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping near the bridge, plus easy access to the ferry that takes you right to the casino across the water.The whole experience made for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness of condo

When we first arrived, we noticed a lot of the things in the condo were dusty, and there were a few broken items things that probably should’ve been fixed, like broken blinds and a closet door that fell on me when I try to open it.

Excellent location

Great stay right in the heart of the action of the channel. Only critique of the property would be the master bedrooms blinds need to be replaced.

Dirty, not updated; would not stay again.

Dirty w/ cobwebs. Rear screen door just falls off the rail and is flthy. The place is not taken care of with no upgrades, carpet, blinds, cabinets, tables are cheap, old and barely work. Mattress is uncomfortable.

Fun Stay

This was a fun location. The condo needs a good cleaning. I thought it was on the lake, but it was not. That is my fault for not fully looking at the pictures, kinda seeing the roof of the condos in front. The pool also was not heated as advertised. Still a fun trip and fun location.

Kings view Condo

Great room except there was not a blender and the toaster was broken. It was nice to have the toaster replaced quickly though. The toilet in the master bedroom also was loose and would leek if you leaned at all on the seat back. Overall we love this place and will always come back. Small maintenance and up keep of the condos would be greatly appreciated!!!

Lack of dishes in kitchen , found a set in guest closet! What?? Towels, bath rugs , sheets all past their expiration date. Dust on all surfaces , had to wipe bar it was filthy. Place needs thorough deep clean.How difficult to fill bath soap dispensers? Also door open on arrival with one key that could’ve been taken. Called rental co.

Lake Havasu vacation

Perfect location. Love the space, the patio, very comfortable. Talked to the owner a few times. She was very supportive. Don't know who the property manager is. Will stay here again.

Had a great time, kitchen pots and pans were really clean. BBQ pit worked excellent. Linens were clean. I’d come back to stay again!

Lake Havasu fun

What a great place so much fun! Great location next to everything restaurants shopping the lake front property was awesome! Very clean and the office was so helpful they were able to help with all my needs I believe it was Mary or Michelle but whoever I spoke to on the phone was a great help very friendly and kind! Thank you all for letting me stay at your great location! PS If anyone need a great spot try this place Michael Morrow

Misleading

The condo was nice. Good views of the London Bridge. The advertisement was misleading. We thought we were going to be on the beach front, but we also had a nice view of the roof top. Needs new towels and couches. We found dirty pillow case in the closet. Other than that we had a nice time.

healthcare getaway

absolutly beautiful condo. Bbq grill was not working but our neighbor was gracious enough to let us use his! very comfortable. we all are healthcare workers that had a well deserved vacation. Will certainly be going back!!!

Nice place just note a couple things

When I booked this specific condo I thought it was a beach front. Meaning I could look directly down on the beach to see my boat, belongings, etc. It’s still a nice view, you can see the channel, but it’s the set of condos behind the beach front. Also, I should have brought coffee bc there was none provided. They have a coffee maker but don’t forget to bring your own. Lastly, this may have been a fluke but there was a live cockroach by the sliding glass door in the condo. It was in between the blinds and the glass and I was not thrilled. It may have been from the patio (I didn’t find anymore) but that made me a little uneasy the rest of the stay. Also, they had a basket with kitchen towels and when I went to use one it was folded but completely dirty. They should probably do a deep cleaning there sometime soon. Not awful but wasn’t the best.
