Y un área de bonificación de un dormitorio grande en el 3er nivel con sofá cama Queen y futón completo. Nuestra zona favorita de la casa está la malla en porche con vistas a la ciudad el 3 de nivel! 2 1/2 baños, espacio de oficina, amplia cocina y comedor. Cercado en patio delantero con 2 plazas de aparcamiento. Camina hasta el estadio de béisbol Sounds! Sólo 1. 5 millas al centro de acción. Divertida casa de fiestas con amplias zonas comunes.

Great spot!

Very nice place! German town is a cute area. Spacious family room and kitchen, good size rooms. Quick Uber to Broadway, 10-12 minutes. Grocery store near by. Would recommend this place!

Great stay!

We loved our stay in Germantown! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to fabulous breakfasts and dinner. We also walked to the park farmers market and history museum. The house was quiet and set up well. We would definitely stay there again if we could. Loved it!

Beautiful house in the best location in town

This house has every thing you need to enjoy Nashville. Very spacious, open floor plan, and fun! The top porch is perfect for hanging out and the rooms are big and comfy. Highly recommend this property and the hosts are happy to help with any questions.

First Time Visiting Nashville

Had a blast visiting Nashville and Graceland for our 40th Anniversary. Our daughters and their spouses joined us, and there was plenty of room and then some. House is wonderful! Owners were easy to communicate with. Everything was close by and easy to get to. We would definitely book this house again! Thank you!

This was a great place for my family. Everyone had their own space plus awesome common areas. House was clean and easy contact with manager. Location was quiet and easy Uber to downtown. Parking was nice and easy access to get around the city.

Awesome house to experience Nashville!

Wow we had a fun time in this house while visiting Nashville. It was spacious and beautiful. Loved the hang out areas and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The owners are available to answer any questions too!

Favorite things

Great choice for Nashville VRBO. Favorite parts: Lots of outlets Upstairs screened porch/ sitting area Good kitchen with quality tableware Unlimited Keurig cups Terrific communication We were 7 but 10 would have been comfortable.

Amazing Stay

We totally enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Within walking distance to many things, including Broadway. Slept like a dream. Lots of personal space and lots of group space. The property manager and owners were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for that great getaway while visiting Nashville. I know that I will be reaching out to them for my next stay in Nashville.

Celebrated 40 at the grand ole opry!

It was our 40th birthday! We needed a place that was close enough to downtown but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle! This was perfect! The beds were so comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house was immaculate!! Thank you so much! We will definitely use this house on our next trip back!

Perfect landing pad for all things Nashville!

The house is in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. We were a group of 7 women in town for the P!NK concert and made great use of the entire house with each of us having our own private spaces but communing together in the kitchen/ living pace on the first floor. We came and went to different attractions/bars/restaurants some within walking distance and others a quick and easy Uber ride. The cold plunge tub was a bonus! Definitely recommend the house for groups or even families with (not too little) kiddos.

Great house for a great visit

The house is even better in person. Neighborhood seems safe and is very quiet, while house is large enough for 8 or more people and fully stocked! We didn’t eat them, but there were even snacks in the pantry. Coffee is via keurig and there were plenty of pods. This was a very nice place to relax after the madness in town each evening. Ubers to downtown were around $10 unless it is raining then around $20. Already planning a visit in the Fall.

Very convenient

Our main purpose for visiting was for a concert at Nissan stadium. This place was in the perfect location to avoid all the “red” in traffic! We parked in lot F and was able to dodge all the busy traffic and have a pretty easy walk to the stadium! The home was clean and exactly as described (minus the cold soak). Check in and out was very easy and hosts were good with communication. We loved how all bedrooms were on the same floor with everything else on top and main floor. It was a very quiet area while we were there with not a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. The beds were decent and the pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of supplies available in kitchen and bathrooms. The string lights on top patio need to be replaced (only a few bulbs worked). We parked in the space in the back which was great to not have to park on the road. Overall, we loved it and would stay again!!

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

This house was exactly as described. It was beautiful, full of character and very clean. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was cute, we felt safe and close to several restaurants that were great. A quick Uber ride to Broadway, SoBro and The Gulch. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay convenient location

Had a great time at this property felt like we were close enough to walk or get a cheap Uber ride to everything we wanted to see in town. The rooms were comfortable and the living spaces were spacious enough for our whole group to spend time together. Will be recommending to friends and family that visit Nashville in the future!

Great Place!

This place was great from the time we arrived until we left . Zero issues and host always very attentive if I asked a question . We walked to 5th and Taylor for dinner and it was amazing . We loved the screen in porch on the 3rd level . Uber was always there to get us in 3 min time . Last but not least everyone raved about the toilet paper not being super thin lol . We will be back !!!

Nash-Bash 50th

This was the perfect location for our trip! We walked to dinner in Germantown, enjoyed a short walk to the Red Bicycle for morning coffee. The house was perfect! The screened in rooftop porch was perfect for drinks and views!!! The host even helped with a surprise champagne toast for the birthday girl!!! Hope to be back soon!!!
