Este hermoso lugar es para disfrutar del océano. Salir del condominio y en la playa.

Condominio moderno totalmente amueblado frente al mar. Disfrute del océano porque no hay estructura entre el condominio y el océano. No hay escaleras, solo camina hacia la playa. Hay vistas al océano desde todas partes en el condominio y las puestas de sol son impresionantes para ver.
Dos balcones frontales para disfrutar de la brisa del mar. Disfrute del café de la mañana sentado en el balcón mientras escucha el Surf o simplemente lee y se relaja.

Great location and beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked for next year. The location is great right across the street from the beach with views of the Oceanside pier. During our stay the water heater stopped working and the host had a plumber replace it the same day. Highly recommend this place for the views and convenient location near freeway access.

We love this VRBO! The views of the ocean, pier & sunsets, can't be beat! The owner Jai is a delight to work with! We have stayed here 7 years in a row & have next Jan booked again!

Paradise

This is the third year we have rented this condo for 2 months. The location and the gorgeous view of the ocean cannot be surpassed. It’s fun to people watch from the balcony. The owner Jai, is readily responsive to our needs and requests. We look forward to next years stay.

The place had pretty much everything we needed. The host was very quick to correct anything when needed. We enjoyed watching the surfers from the large windows.

A month at the beach for rest and work.

Only a few steps to the beach, you literally can't get closer. On the plus side: a very well maintained property with super-convenient underground parking. Nice Hot tub on the grounds with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards included with the rental. Kitchen was well stocked and very useable - we cooked in almost every night. Jai, the host, was very kind, responsive and helpful. We needed to work from the property during the month and found the wifi struggled both in signal strenth and data rate. This really might be one of the best-located properies for full immersion into the Strand experience with extraordinary sunsets every night. A note to light sleepers, this property is no more or less quiet than any other Strand-front property. It is a very busy and exciting scene with interesting people watching and classic cars parading right in front of your balcony. The volume of the sea, car stereos and people are a constant. This property is best suited for those who want to be fully immersed immersed an O-side experience.

Summer Escape

This condo is in the perfect location for watching the surfers. Also, it was such fun watching the families come to the beach with their little ones. The condo was delightfully furnished with all the accommodations of kitchenware. Good TV reception and WI-FI. i can hardly wait for next years stay.

The best view of the ocean is right outside your door. Location, location, location!! Once you get here, you don’t want to leave. Jai is great to work with. We will be back next year.

We love this condo. Great location! Walk out to the beach & a 5 min walk down the beach to the Pier. Jai the owner is great to rent from with excellent communication. We highly recommend Jai's condo!

Property was very nice, and communication with property owner was very good. Location is exceptional. Within easy walking distance of the harbor and many of the restaurants and taprooms in O’side. Spent many hours just watching the surfers and various activities on the Strand. The intersection of Surfrider and the Strand is quite active, particularly on weekends, so light sleepers may want earplugs for Fri/Sat nights.

Oceanside Vacation

We loved our stay at Jai's condo. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere for the entire month. The condo is very large and the view of the ocean cannot be beat!

It was a pleasure spending time in Jai's beach condo. The location can't be beat. He was professional and courteous during all phases of the rental. Our top four comments are: superb location, exceptional covered parking, secure and comfortable condo, and well-kept complex.

Steps to the sand...

This is about as close to the beach as one can get. Excellent for people watching. Surfers walk by every morning and afternoon. Very good sized condo with all the amenities anyone needs. Very good communication with owner throughout.

Great Location

Very secure facility right on the beach. Loved being able to walk to movies, live theater, the pier and great restaurants. Tons of day trip opportunities and two slots in the clean underground parking area. Great sunsets from almost every room and both balconies. The owner, Jai, was very helpful and even bought a small gas BBQ grill upon my request. Will come back when in the area!

Overlooking the beach, ocean, Oceanside Pier! Couldn't ask for a better balcony to people watch & watch the classic cars cruise The Strand! No stairs! Easy access to condo from underground parking. Jai was a pleasure to deal with!

Great Stay in Oceanside

Awesome property if you want to be in the action! The Surf Contest (Girls Pro) was the last weekend we were there and it was fun (packed but fun). The condo is perfect, open kitchen overlooking the ocean. While I worked I would see the ocean, while I cooked, while I enjoyed the sunset. Having two bedrooms was great for guests that came down to visit. I kinda wish that the round-a-bout wasn't used as a hang out but hey, when you rent on the beach, you can't control the crowd! Overall, the best place yet!!!

Great Condo in Oceanside at the beach

We loved our stay here in January. The views are amazing! I don’t think there is a better spot on the Strand to stay. The pier is a short walk away. The condo was spotless when we arrived and Jai was there to meet us and show us around. He was available and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future.
