Oceana Villas - Townhouse de lujo (construido en 2007) Front Unit Facing Ocean, en Seaside Heights, Nueva Jersey. 4 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, 1 medio baño, tres balcones (vista al mar desde el balcón superior), aire central, lavadora / secadora, encimeras de granito y garaje para dos autos. Cable y WiFi.

Nivel n. ° 1: 1 dormitorio (2 camas matrimoniales, capacidad para 4 personas) con TV, baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje (No funciona) y balcón.

Great place to stay with your family, easy and close walk to the beach and board walk. This place also has some pretty good restaurants right next door. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great despite weather. The host really saved our vacation from our other original plan that didn’t work out. The day before we were supposed to be heading there. Check-in was quick and easy. Boardwalk and beach is a quick two blocks from the house. The house is big enough for a large family or two families. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. We had a blast and would defiantly stay again!

Seaside Heights townhouse

The best rental experience I've ever had. The owner provided every detail yet remained distant enough to provide privacy. We love the town of Seaside Heights NJ and feel we have found the most luxurious and convenient rental of all. The garage with security access was a bonus you don't usually find at a NJ shore rental.

Loved it!

We were a mere 5 minute walk from the water. The condo was lovely and huge! We had 8 adults and 5 children and still had plenty of space. The owner was so nice and immediately text me back any time I had questions. She gave us suggestions for where to get groceries, adult drinks and more. We had never stayed at the Jersey Shore until this trip and we loved it. We will be back. ;)

I had to wash all of the sheets.. there was hair on them. The highest level was super hot and the windows had minimal shade which doesn't lend itself to resting on vacation

Seaside Heights

This property is a great location for a week on the Jersey Shore. Great for families with kids that enjoy the beach and boardwalk! Home is spacious so that the 2 families (w/ 7 of us) never felt “on top of each other”. Great communication from the owner which helped make our stay positive & would definitely recommend others to book.

Problems from the start

When I arrived, I found two dining area chairs broken. I contacted the owner and was told that there was also a broken bunkbec. They would be coming by with a replacement. This was the first we were told that the bed was broken. The previous renters had either not run the dishwasher or it did not work properly because the dishes were still dirty. When we looked under the sink to find dishwashing tablets, everything was wet under the sink. I contacted the owner and she said they were coming to deliver the bed and they would check it out then. We arrived on Wednesday and the bed was delivered on Friday. My daughter went to raise a blind in the bedroom and the whole top window fell down in between the screen and the bottom window. I had to contact the owner again. The owner informed me that they had a new cleaning company who was proving to not be very reliable. The entire house has dirty, slippery plastic strips covering the carpets. While there is a sign asking you to remove your shoes as you enter, If you walk on these plastic coverings, your socks and/or feet get filthy. The unit faces east, which is lovely, but the bedrooms are all in the front of the unit so as soon as the sun comes up, the bedrooms are lit up because the window treatments are too transparent. They need some sort of room darkening shades added to the windows. There is a bar located directly across the street that was open afternoons and evenings. The bedroom windows all face the bar and it can get very noisy. Upon inquiring about our security deposit refund, I was told we would not be getting it back since we “broke” a small couch in the living room. Apparently, the non reliable cleaning company included that in their report. The couch was missing a leg when we got there. That is even evident in the photo the owner sent. The missing leg caused the couch not to be usable. We did not break it, but I am out $400 in my security deposit. Thank goodness, we took out property damage insurance. I have now had to file a claim with the insurance company. I think the people who rented before us broke the couch in light of the other damage we walked in to. I am very disappointed in the whole experience. I was willing to overlook many if the negatives, but not getting the security deposit back when we took good care of the property and left it in good condition, considering the condition it was in when we got there, has left me very discouraged.

Awesome Weekend!

We had a blast!! It has more than enough room for a big family, a beautiful kitchen, huge living room and plenty of bedrooms with multiple beds. 2 blocks from the beach!!! We loved it and would definitely stay again!!!!

Great location near all attractions and Boardwalk.

Great place... plenty of room for family and friends. Balcony on each floor was great floor relaxing and all necessities needed for cooking were available in the property. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were very clean. Walking distance to beach and Boardwalk. Lots of stairs to walk up and down be mindful.. Overall a great property for kids and family

An excellent "Jersey Shore" stay two years in a row

This villa is the perfect solution for a Jersey Shore vacation. It is large enough to fit our whole family (our children, their spouses and grandkids). It is clean, well-kept and the owners take great pride in keeping it that way. On our second stay, we noticed that most of our suggestions for improvement were considered and implemented. Nothing beats a vacation where you can park your vehicle for the duration of the trip and have pretty much everything you need within walking distance. By car, grocery stores and the like are just a few minutes away. Considering its close proximity to the boardwalk, we found that noise was not a problem. The villa offers all the amenities you could ask for which provides a feeling of being at home. Mother Nature greeted us with the most beautiful weather two years in a row making the trips even more pleasant. I highly recommend this villa. For our family, these past two vacations will be quite memorable and we look forward to more stays in the future. Everyone enjoyed them immensely. Dan and Tina - Mount Arlington, NJ

Perfect beach villa

This townhouse is so beautiful,it's spacious and very well keep. I have 3 children and they enjoyed every minute there it's so close to the beach and also to the boardwalk. The house is also furnished with plates and everything, all appliances are updated. Jolynn (owner)is very nice and helpful and so easy to work with, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone. I will definitely make this my yearly vacation property.

Perfect Vacation

This townhouse is gorgeous, moderned, beautiful place. Our family had a great time here, the balconies were awesome to sit, hang out, relax, talk, etc. It is in the center of everything, we walked to beach, boardwalk, waterpark, restaurants, arcades, amusement park, stores, etc. It is perfect for a family and even our teenagers had a great time, its only a block and a half from the Jersey Shore house, they got to see camera people and the cast walking their dogs. The pictures do not justify how nice this place is !!! We are definitely going back ! i totally recommend it

I love this townhouse!

This is our second year renting this townhome. The owner is very easy to work with and very accomodating. Beach/boardwalk and yet far enough away to not be disturbed by noise. This is truly a wonderful place to stay and I will keep renting this unit when we stay at Seaside! LynAnn
