Nice beach house close to beach!

The house was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and Bonnie was very responsive to any questions we had. we would return and stay again!

Great house!

This house was perfect! The inside is very nice with plenty of room for guest. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Having a washer and dryer there was a great plus, as was the outdoor space for grilling. The location was perfect, close boardwalk and beach. The owner was also great!

A lovely beach home

Great location and clean. We had a very nice stay. There was ample space for my family. It's close to the beach and walking distance to to the farm stand, CVS, boardwalk, coffee, etc. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Also, the air conditioning here was top notch!

Great location, great house and great host...we will return.

The property was great for a family or group of 8 or 9 to stay House was very clean, very cheerful, decorated very nicely and had a great kitchen for cooking and sharing family time. Great location with less than a block to the beach, couple of blocks to restaurants, bakery, farmers market, boardwalk. . Most of all, Bonnie was a fantastic host and very accommodating with our schedules.. We will be back very shortly, and our family plans to book every summer.

From check-in to check-out our stay was very enjoyable. The house was well appointed, the location was great, and best of all the weather was wonderful. Bonnie was a pleasure to communicate with and responded quickly.

Wonderful summer rental!

Had a great week down the shore. House was great nice and clean beach block couldn’t ask for anything more. Only downfall and not even a downfall only 2 beach badge’s we had to buy 4.

Clean house, convenient location

House was clean, everything relatively new. Great location. Short walk to Jerry's market for fresh produce and grocery items and Fumosa bakery for fresh baked bread and pastries. 15 minute walk to Seaside Boardwalk means no driving or paying to park. Beach entrance is a 4 minute walk. Only downside is upstairs rentors could be noisy through the night.

The rental was bigger than we thought. It was so close to the beach. Everyone had a great time. The house had everything we needed for the getaway.

Getaway by the Beach

The property was just as advertised. Close to the beach and very well maintained. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this destination and will definitely be staying here again.

Great location

The house was great for what we needed. Reasonably priced. The location was a short walk from the beach, close to the supermarket and CVS, and you could walk over to the boardwalk at seaside heights.

Great Beach House!

My family and I loved this house. It had all the amenities you could ask for and was very clean, spacious, updated and a short walk down the street to the beach! I liked that you could buy additional daily and weekly beach badges (2 seasonal badges are provided) right where you enter the beach. The house is in a great location: walking distance to a bagel & pizza shop, farmer's market, Seaside Boarkwalk and many other places:-) The kitchen was well-stocked and had a great island we could gather around and provided lots of extra counter space to prepare meals. We thought the beds were comfy and the outdoor shower was great. There was always plenty of hot water! It was a huge bonus to have a washer and dryer in the house and we used them almost daily. The outdoor grill worked well for us and the brand new smart TV was super nice. The wifi worked very well, too, and that was extremely important to the kids! Bonnie was great to work with and answered the few questions I had within minutes! Overall, I would highly recommend this house to family and friends and would love to stay again next summer.

Good Place In The Beach Block

This is a nice first-floor half of a house, and it could easily sleep more than 6 if needed. Everything works as expected, the appliances are new, and there's laundry in the unit. The kitchen is recently remodeled and very nice, although it could be better stocked - there was no cheese grater, just for one example, and not enough wine glasses. Wifi worked well. The TV is very old, not that we really care about that.

good location and room for extended family. good facilities, working appliances, etc. would recommend owner think about new mattress in master BR. easy to get everywhere, nice beach. sorry had to leave early due to hurricane and family in FL.

Great House!

This house was perfect. We rented the lower apartment and the Kitchen was great, great BBQ grill (Weber) and having washer and dryer was nice. The outside shower was nice as were the bathrooms. We had 7 people stay for a few nights and it wasn't cramped at all. The neighbors are great too, and the distance to the beach was exceptional. We will definitely be renting there again! Bonus- The owner was always very responsive and helpful!

Super house and location. We had the lower apartment and it had everything we needed. The place was clean and ready to go on day one. No problems at all, great communication with owner during the entire process. Would definitely rent again!

Had a great time at beach

We had a great time at the beach. The location is great. Very short walk to beach, kitchen spacious, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and young children. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the toddlers clean as there is no bathtub. But overall we had a great time and we were close to everything. Would definately rent again!

satisfied summer renter

We have rented this house for the past 3 summers for 2 weeks at a time. It is a short walk to the beach and also in walking distance from many other activities (boardwalk, miniature golf and an arcade). Bonnie and her family have been nothing but nice and helpful and are there if you need them. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will continue to do so. It is a clean and well-maintained property.

A pleasant Vacation stay.

This rental was very neat and clean. Central air was great to have as it was in the 90's. The bedrooms were comfortable for us(5). The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Quick clean up, not much time in the kitchen. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer, too. The best part is that it is located on the block right next to the beach. We had a great time!

My family has been renting at the Jersey Shore since I was 7. It's my home away from home. One rainy day while vacationing, my husband and I decided to see what homes were on the market. We found 61 Fielder and it was exactly what we were looking for. Needless to say, the home needed major work. It took us a year to accomplish the renovation. From plumbing to new sheet rock to a new heating system etc. You get the picture. It was a long year, but the efforts paid off. We decided to rent one unit and stay in the other, but it turned out to be such a demand for rentals that we decided to rent both floors. We have owned our home since 1999 and would do it all over again. Sadly, Hurricane Sandy has changed our lives. Our precious home had 5' of water. Nothing was saved but instead thrown in the garbage. We started to file the necessary paper work to lift our home and the long process began. Now we are ORTLEY STRONG!!!
