Nos complace ofrecer un dúplex de 3 habitaciones y 1 baño, ubicado en North Myrtle Beach, para albergar las vacaciones que ha soñado. ¡Es la casa de vacaciones perfecta para su familia y presupuesto! Esta casa tiene capacidad para hasta 8 personas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra de la playa.

Esta casa también cuenta con una gran piscina privada enterrada en el patio trasero para su disfrute. Después de un día de diversión en la playa, ven a 'casa' donde encontrarás muebles cómodos, una cocina completa, mucho espacio para relajarte y jugar, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Para los gurús de la parrilla hay una parrilla en el patio trasero para que muestres tus habilidades. Tienes que ver el pabellón recientemente agregado, con sonido envolvente para relajarte junto a la piscina. Es una visita obligada! Finalmente, para su conveniencia, todo está en un nivel.

As described

This was an affordable place to stay for my large fanily group. I have no complaints and descriptions were exactly as described. Easiest check in process i've ever done and the host was always quick to respond.

Family Vacation! Perfect location!

The location of this property is PERFECT! Close to everything! Just a very easy and short walk to the beach! The private pool was also so perfect! We checked in and I was disappointed at one side of the property, it was in rough shape, but I contacted the owner, and he was very responsive and addressed my concerns right away! Which leads me to give it 5 stars. You can tell that the owner truly wants you to enjoy your vacation and I very much appreciated that!

Great location

Great location. A few small issues but they were fixed quickly. Joshua was very good with communication. The units were very clean. Pool was also clean. Would definately recommend.

Great stay!

Great location! Love the fact that the property is just a short walk to the ocean and has a private pool in the back! There is enough space for a large family and and it is located near local shopping centers (Tanger Outlets and Walmart) and has plenty of restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a rental for you and your family without being too far from entertainment and the ocean, this is definitely the spot to book!

Best experience

This location was awesome and very spacious. We was excited to be so close to the beach. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to book again to take advantage of the pool and comfortable lounging area. This place felt like home away from home. I’d highly recommend and we will be back very soon. Such a great location.

Vacation with Family

The location of the property was perfect. The house was not that great. Several things didn't work (hot water heater, oven didn't work, fridge had no handle on it, lights didn't work in the kitchen and in one of the units the dryer vent was not routed outside but inside the house. The owner is a very nice man and very responsive. I just wish the condition of the house was much better than it was.

Great experience, very close to the beach and other attractions/restaurants. Was in the process of being remodeled/updated I think, so everything wasn’t perfect but it served its purpose for us and host was very responsive.

Great place to stay at the beach

This was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for a couple nights. Liked the pool area out back. Seemed clean and property owner was quick to respond.

Great location!!

We had a great time everything you needed was supplied from kitchen items towels plenty of blankets and pool!!! I wish the bed in the master was more comfy but other than that and the previous people must have taken the cord for the roku in that room too because we couldn't watch TV everything else was great. Great location!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and bigger than I thought. Great place!

The house was clean and spacious. The only thing that couldve made the place a little better was a shower for coming from the ocean or even a hose pipe. Other than that the place was great. I would reccomend and stay again. Joshua was great and very helpful.

House was still under renovation so lots of junk in the yard.

This property is in a great location and will be great when it is finished. Not recommended for small children without close supervision as the pool is not enclosed.

Pleasant,sufficient, enjoyable

The location was great. The area was quiet. The house was sufficient, but there were a few issues with plumbing (the hot water in kitchen sink did not work. the hall bathroom toilet did not always flush completely.) It was great to have laundry facilities. Communication for check-in was difficult without a smart phone to download the app. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

DISAPPOINTED

The owner was informed of issues upon arrival, but chose not to correct them. There was no hot or even warm water coming out of the kitchen faucet because it wasn't functioning, neither was the disposal. Every time we washed dishes, the sink would back up, not to mention I had to boil water first to be able to properly clean the dishes. I have never stayed at a rental that didn't include cable, yet this one did not. Just ultimately disappointed with with the whole scenario...

Awesome property. Close to beach and many attractions. Look forward to staying again.

Property was perfect for our party of 5. Pool was great. The house was very spacious and the bedrooms good sized. The owner Josh provided pretty much everything. Thank you Josh. The only downfall that couldn't be helped was the many days of rain which didn't allow for much swimming or outdoor activities. We had a very special needs child with us (epilepsy, autistic, ADHD) that caused some issues amongst us but we made due. All in all a wonderful vacation. I look forward to renting there again without him.

We were 2 moms vacationing with our 4 teenagers. The location of the property is superb. It’s one block from the beach and you can literally see the ocean as you pull up. There is plenty of parking outside for two or three cars. First I mpressions of the house, were that it was clean. Not spotless, but not dirty or dingy either. Linens smelled clean and fresh. Unfortunately, small details keep this house from being better. The mattresses were terrible. The bed I slept on creaked with every movement and felt like we were sleeping on box springs that had a big dip in the middle. You couldn’t actually sleep on one side of the bed because the dip was so bad, it would roll you inward. My kids slept on the couches because they said their bed was so uncomfortable and the third bedroom said theirs was the same. No mirrors in the bedrooms made it hard for everyone to get ready. The linens, although, clean, were old and worn down. The comforters were paper thin, as were the towels. A few upgrades like a new bath mat (the current one looks like up s been there quite a while) and shower rod (the current one is rusted) would be good. Additional and newer towels, again would be nice. As far as the kitchen amenities go, it could use a restock if items. No can open enter, few utensils, 3 coffee cups, three bowls, plenty of plates. We chose this place mainly for the location and pool and the pool did not disappoint. The kids stayed out late each night to swim. It was clean. I was worried about being to loud with the neighbors, but the were nice and told us they were used to vacationers and not to worry about it. There was one incident the night before we left when they apparently got into an argument and we could hear them fighting through the the wall, but I’m not going to hold this against the place, as I said, we spoke to them several times. They were nice, friendly and put up with our kids playing music at the pool late at time. All other reviews say the same, so maybe this was an isolated incident. Joshua, the owner, was accommodating and easy to work with. We never addressed any issues with him, as I’m the type that goes with the flow. Overall, we had a good time. Enjoyed the beach and pool. With a few upgrades, it really could be a nice place v

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very nice and quick to respond back. Very close to the beach and private pool was a plus. The place was clean, and had everything you needed. Location, location, location.

This house may be located in the best area of North Myrtle Beach. The back yard and pool are very peaceful, quite, and relaxing. You would not know you are in the middle of Myrtle Beach while here. And, the beach is not crowded, and very family oriented. This location was perfect for me as it was like being in the mountains while being at the beach.
