Absolutamente hermosa y espaciosa casa de estilo Charleston. Segunda fila 5 dormitorios / 5. 5 baños con piscina. Fantásticas vistas del océano. La ubicación muy conveniente puede caminar al supermercado, restaurantes, etc. Cherry Grove es, en mi opinión, la zona más bonita de North Myrtle Beach. 2 terrazas grandes para disfrutar de la vista y relajarse después de un día en la playa. ¿Por qué pagar frente al mar cuando puede tener un lugar más agradable a un mejor precio? Lugar perfecto para golfistas. Lo sentimos, no GRUPOS DE ESTUDIANTES. Todos los colchones nuevos y parrilla de gas 5/2019.

Great location!

Place was perfect to hang at the beach and hit restaurants and shopping. Was great not having to drive and being able to walk to groceries, bars, restaurants and the beach. Some minor issues with the house, but nothing that would be a deal breaker. I’d stay here again for sure!

Great place to stay, but those stairs are not for the weak, and the elevator is not for the fast at heart. Other than that, I will go back again

Great place! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. We could even watch our grandsons swim in the pool from the balcony. It is a short walk to the beach and a big plus to have a grocery store literally next door! The biggest plus for my family is that every bedroom had a bathroom- no one had to wait on taking a shower after leaving the beach. We would definitely rent this place again.

Can't Beat The Location!

Best part of this house is the proximity to the beach (right across the street) and the grocery store & restaurants. House was as advertised and perfect for our needs.

Excellent Beach House

We celebrated one of our besties wives turning 40 with our closest friends. five couples, all leaving behind children to enjoy much needed adult only quality time! It was spacious, clean, and great location! Will definitely stay again.

Across the street from the Cherry Grove beach, a block away from Grocery store, liquor Store & Tiki bars. Private pool just below the house, good parking area, clean house, 2 level deck area. Great location, Great place to stay, Quiet location. Easy location to find.

We loved the location but upstairs is very dated not enough silverware and not clean enough Beds were very comfortable .outdoors the areas by the pool is very muddy.

Great location

Clean and easy to get to beach. Had everything we needed. There is not a hot tub and the pool is shared with 2 other homes. The walk to the beach is just across the street and it is also very close the the large IGA grocery store. Bedrooms well equipped and each has a bathroom. Comfortable furniture and nice balconies as well.

Fabulous Stay

We had 6 children and 5 adults and the house still felt Roomy . The location is unbelievable, right across a 2 lane street from the beach . We used the kitchen and grill for most of our meals, Costco is about 30 min away . The beds are comfy, the view from the deck gorgeous , the beach and water perfect . Love this house and would rent it again in a minute .

Great location

This house is in a great location with an IGA just across the street. The house was great, we did have to address one of the light fixtures above a shower bc it was not flush with the ceiling, and hanging down but the manager said they would get to it as soon as they could for the next renters. The house was spacious and the elevator was amazing for when we were packing and unpacking our stuff. My family would stay here again. 😀

Perfect family getaway

This house was exactly what we wanted for our vacation! Not only was it beautiful but it was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The walk to the beach was literally across the street and the beach was never crowded where we were. Every night we sat out in the balcony enjoying the sound of waves from the ocean! We had an amazing vacation. Unfortunately the house information said there was a hot tub and a jacuzzi tub, but had neither. There also were no fans on balcony like the house Nextdoor which would have been nice. Other than that it was perfect!

Nice-ish

The hosts were so easy to communicate with and helpful with questions prior to our stay. The house is in a perfect location and had a nice layout for our family. The elevator made packing and unpacking the house so much easier and allowed older people to easily get to the top floor. The pool is not private but is shared with two other houses which was fine. My only huge complaint is that the house was not clean. The floors did not look like they had been vacuumed or mopped. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Family Time

This property is in a good location and has good bones and a great view but it needs some serious updating. The floor in one of the queen bedrooms has bad water damage & is about to fall through, the beds need to be replaced, the dryer needs to be replaced, bugs of every kind were about. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job, someone left their underwear on the laundry room floor, socks and other items were under the beds, the shower curatins were full of mildew. It was just not a very clean place. I have rented through VBRO for several years and this is by far the worst house we have ever rented.

Outstanding Cherry Grove Beach House

Charleston Court is really an outstanding place to stay for your beach vacation or golf outing. This house is large enough to comfortably fit several people or multiple families without feeling cramped for space. Each bedroom has its own private bath, large closet, flat screen television - plus, french doors leading out to a Charleston style porch with fantastic views of the ocean. The house was spotless and the lovely furnishings, carpet and wood floors looked brand new. WiFi was also available which kept everyone happily connected to their laptops and kindles! My family loves the location of this beach house since you can literally park your car and walk to so many different attractions in Cherry Grove such as the fishing pier, several restaurants, ice cream shops, the famous Boulineau's, putt-putt golf, and for great live music - Harold's on the Ocean. Easy access to the beach was a BIG plus too since the walkway is just across the street. It was also nice having the option to use the private pool as a way to soak-up the sun and cool-off when you are not on the beach. I promise that this house will truly be a delight to stay in. We highly recommend it, and plan on returning on a regular basis.

House needs a deep cleaning

the house was nice and we realize it was the end of summer and Hurricane Florence just left but.......Had a tough time with the door for the elevator but was finally fixed. Several of the rugs needed cleaning and some pillows needed to be tossed due to stains. The light fixtures in the bathroom needed wiping down. The outdoor furniture had been put inside for the storm. But it should have been put back outside before we got there. When the metal tables were turned over to place back outside, rust fell off of them and we had to vacuum the carpet. The oven door could use a paint job, lots of rust. Had a problem with the ice maker that was never fixed. Found a couple of ice trays and made ice. hard to fill a cooler for the beach with that. We did enjoy the beach and lack of traffic was nice for driving although we realized lots of places were closed due to employees couldn't get there. It made for a quiet week. Except for those few items in the house, it was a nice week staying here.

We need to point out this stay was days after the hurricane went through the area. The items mentioned are minor and will be addressed but the review does not represent how nice this house is. I was told by the property management company the cleaning people had trouble getting into the area immediately after the storm.

Loved this house and location!!!

This home was the perfect fit for our family vacation with our sons and their families. The close proximity of the beach access across the street and Bolineau's makes the location of this property just perfect. All of the beds were very comfortable and the private bath for each bedroom is a definite plus. The large family living area is great and the kitchen counter with stools is a great place for everyone to gather and talk about the day's activities. When we arrived, we could not get the elevator to work and after a call to the property manager, the maintenance man arrive within 5 minutes to assist us with learning how to operated the elevator, which was a life saver for my husband and his arthritic feet. Very impressed with the quick response! The deck area is so nice to have your morning coffee and enjoy the ocean views. This house is by far one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. I am giving this four stars only because of some issues with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were black after being there only a short time. The deck furniture could have been cleaned better, and there was a garlic bread left in the oven, which indicated that this wasn't checked by the cleaning team. I am sure that this is not a reflection on the owner, as the decor and the attention to detail in the house made us feel so comfortable. We did notify the property management company about our concerns, which they assured us would be addressed. We truly loved this house and will be looking forward to staying here again on a future vacation to Cherry Grove!
