Decorado con buen gusto con un toque rústico, este condominio no solo es espacioso sino prístino. ¡Las ventanas Clear Story en la sala de estar agregan luz adicional y vistas del cielo de Blue Tucson y las montañas Catalina! Living rm ofrece un televisor de 60 pulgadas con un 50 en el master. Plano de planta dividido con un rey en el maestro y la reina en el segundo dormitorio y cada uno con un baño separado. Condominio está equipado con todas las sábanas, utensilios de cocina y una vista fabulosa de las montañas de Catalina desde el frente, así como el patio!

So conveniently located to outdoor activities. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything, even little things you might have forgotten. We enjoyed cooking family meals, watching Thanksgiving day football on the large TV, coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise over the mountains, golf and hiking nearby. The host was very courteous and responsive to phone requests especially last minute when our check-in instructions went to spam!

Great quiet location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute of our experience. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen could use a nicer pots that are not forever chemical coated and a few sharp knives or knife sharpener, otherwise it is well equipped. The agency was super responsive and the place was spotlessly cleaned.

Short Stay to meet up with old friends

The property was clean and was fairly easy to access and worked out very well for our visit to the Tucson area. I would mention that you need to climb a flight of stairs to gain access to the property. I would recommend staying at this property.

Wonderdul stay

I am a traveling nurse and my husband comes with me and we loved this condo. It has a beautiful view of the mountains, very quite complex, and spectrum and Jeanine are terrific! I wish we could have stayed evern longer than we did.

Very Nice

This is a very nice, light filled condo in The Greens complex, an excellent northeastern Catalina foothills location, close to great hiking in Sabino Canyon and minutes from Bashas grocery store. The condo was clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics needed for cooking which was very important for us as we cooked our meals every day and seldom went out to eat. We did purchase a few kitchen items for our style of cooking. The master bed was comfortable altho’ there was no blanket for that bed. No problem because we brought our own blanket from home. There was only one twin blanket for the second bedroom. I do not consider the coverlet a blanket. This is a quiet condo complex with many very friendly people and 2 heated swimming pools, although we had to purchase our own beach chairs because of Covid. There is a little road noise from nearby Kolb Rd but the views from the condo are exceptional and more than made up for any deficits. Overall, we were very happy with this unit and the management company and we would rent this condo again.

One is example was...we arrived late one evening and found ourselves needing to go to the store to purchase soap for the bathrooms. We were in touch with Spectrum the following and they took care of the issue. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Perfect Mountain View

I’m a travel nurse and this property it was perfect for me. I usually travel solo and this community help me feel safe. Also after stressful days at work nothing better than wake up with a beautiful morning viewing the catalinas mountains 🥰. Can’t wait to go back !!!
