A ground-level condo with a garage for all of your outdoor storage needs and a private deck and hot tub to be enjoyed at any time. Conveniently located with a short ski-out to the Orient and Morrissey chairlifts and ski back in after a day on the mountain.

Perfect stay

My family of four loved staying at this property. The location was excellent. It’s a quick ski over to Morrissey and Orient chair and there’s a ski out that takes you right to the property. It has excellent amenities. The hot tub was well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there’s even a massage chair! We would definitely stay again.

True ski in ski out condo!

This was a great place! It was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. I especially enjoyed the proximity to the lift and the hot tub - highly recommend!

Great location great place

Host was great. Clear and timely communications. Place is very well laid out and everything was in great condition. Clean and well appointed. Happy to stay again if we are fortunate to return to Sun Peaks.

Perfect apartment for family vacation at Sun Peaks

We had a good time at Brock’s apartment. It is an actual ski-in/ski-out residence close to the Orient lift. Parking is easy. It is a well-maintained home and is friendly to pets. The kitchen and washroom have everything we need. The fantastic hot tub eased the tiredness after skiing for hours. Brock helped a lot when we had questions.

Spring Break 2024

The property was ideal for our family - we really appreciated the extra touches that made a big difference, such as games, lots of food staples, cooking utensils, and even boot dryers in the garage! The space was great, and of course the hot tub was appreciated after a day on the slopes! We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect place for ski trip

The property is in a great location for skiing/snowboarding, super easy to get to the lift and ski back in. The place had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is very well equipped for anyone that wants to cook during their stay.

Just in Awe

We had a truly incredible stay at Echo Landing! This place is perfectly epuipped with every comfort of home we could of imagined. The beds, the pillows is a big part of a comfortable stay for us and it truly didnt dissappoint. We came for a ski weekend and the dry room for our ski gear was awesome. This location is very close to ski in to the chair lift and ski off the slopes. We loved our weekend and highly recommend. Brock was a great host and sincerely wanted us to be happy guests!

Fantastic accomodation for our ski holiday

A great property in a great location. The accomodation has everything you need for a ski holiday. Very warm and comfortable. Ski to the lifts and back home at the end of the day. Well equipped garage for storing and drying your ski gear. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for any self catering and the host was really helpful and communicative. Would happily stay there again.

Very comfortable condo in Sun Peaks

This is a lovely, comfortable and charming place to call home when visiting Sun Peaks. Everything was clean and in good working order. The kitchen is large and up to date. The jacuzzi is wonderful to soak in after a day on the slopes. It's only a 2 or 3 minute drive to the village. We had a great visit.

Excellent condo for our ski trip

The place is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped. Having the garage for putting on boots and gear was really handy. It’s a short walk (20m or so) to the groomed trail leading from/to the lifts. It’s just as listed with no surprises. Brock, was responsive and helpful. We will look out for this place again when next we come to Sun Peaks.

Wonderful home on the slopes!

Ski out to Orient or Morrisey and ski in from Sundance or Orient. Lovely cozy home with all the amenities you're looking for a on ski vacation like boot dryers, a large heated garage to store and air out your ski gear before another day of hitting the slopes. Lots of space to spread out, and a fully stocked kitchen with tea and coffee too! The bed and couch were very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing. Communication with the host was quick and simple. Small hiccup with the cleanliness upon arrival, but our host handled it quickly. Everything else was amazing. We were taken care of like family. It was definitely like a home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location & Amazing space

Brock is a great host and his condo is as pictured. The condo has everything you’d need to feel at home. The hot tub on the deck is clean and professionally serviced daily. The condo is a short walk to the village. The garage is large enough to store golf clubs, ski’s or bikes. Although the unit is on the second floor of a 3 story building, there are no stairs for those with mobility issues. Looking forward to staying here again on future visits.
