El condominio se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada de 78 acres del complejo de condominios Oceanwalk con estacionamiento seguro en garaje cubierto. Awesome stay

Great place to stay! Very good size condo and very spread out. Best of both worlds, trees and woods off the balcony then the ocean across the street. Comfortable bed in master bedroom, nice size master bath. Pull out sofa was soft. Other bedroom and bathroom were great as well. Located in a good spot. Both pools were very nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be in touch to stay again. Only recommendation would be to have the main living room tv as a streaming tv like the bedrooms, to where each guest can log into their own networks to watch their shows. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to stay here!

10 min walk to beach

We stayed in this same complex 2 years ago, but a different condo, because it is close to family. It is close enough to the beach to walk there, although, we mostly drove. A great plus to keep the car in the garage, out of the sun & heat! Never had a problem finding a spot to park. The condo was situated ok for our family, but bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom would be helpful. The pullout sofa sleeper worked fine for the kids, tho, just no privacy in the living room. Also because I slept in the 2nd bedroom 2 nights, it wasn’t restful due to the security light shining brightly through the blinds & thin white curtains. I woke up at 4 am & thought it was daylight! Blackout curtains would be nice here! Also no boogie boards, just some beach buckets & shovels & a small styrofoam cooler. No chairs, but small umbrella. I’m sure these items change frequently due to whatever is left behind (or taken) by the guests. I gave a notch down on communication because I had to send several messages to determine check out time. He knew I wanted late check out, & that was fine, but he didnt let me know that. He finally did call & grant my wish, which was much appreciated! Would stay here again. The screened in porch was also nice to have! ☺️

Love this place

We love staying here! This our third time staying in this gated community condo. Love the parking deck. It is spacious and comfortable living for the 5 of us (parents and 3 kids). We cook a lot and the kitchen has everything you need. Both bedrooms sleep well and have adequate space with big closets, lots of pillows and bedding, and tvs in both rooms. We love having the laundry room too! The jacuzzi tub is so great! Bathrooms are well furnished with lots of towels and bathmats and storage space. The morning coffee on the screened in porch looking out over the mangroves is so relaxing. The beach is a short walk and the community pool area has a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness room-very well kept. There are chairs and sand toys and boogie board available in condo as well. The owner is fantastic and is always a text away if you have questions.

Great stay this condo.

We had a great time at the condo this week. The condo was as advertised and in good clean order. It took a few minutes to figure out the keys left there. As mentioned in previous reviews, the sliding doors were hard to operate but manageable. The hall bathtub has a slow drain, possibly from sand in the drain. The kitchen was well equipped, and bathrooms had plenty of towels and even some travel size soap for our convenience. The walk to the beach was a little farther than expected, but we figured out to park in the gated parking area which made for a much shorter walk. We would most definitely stay here again.

Great condo- horrible neighborhood.

The property owner is fantastic! He was so sweet, Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, I have nothing but nice things to say....HOWEVER. The property, the pools, management and the other residents- almost ruined the trip. Constantly scrutinizing the kids, our group, the food, the air conditioning- THE TRASH. This is not a resort. Its a retirement community. It would be ideal for an older couple, but I have to recommend that families with children consider staying somewhere else, which is unfortunate because we loved it there.

Ocean walk condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was a beautiful unit, and everything we needed was available. We loved the seclusion of the unit, and how well kept the place is. This is one of the very best places we have ever stayed on vacation. The walk to the beach is peaceful, and we parked at the end of the parking lot and then walked to the beach it was closer. The amenities were wonderful, and our whole family loved them. We plan to stay here again as soon as we get another chance. I would recommend for anyone! The host even called us to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything. We use VRBO every year, and this is the first host that checked on us like that! Thanks for the wonderful visit and sharing your unit with us.

Great Condo - Short Walk Away From Beach

The condo that we rented from Esaias was very nice and matched up to all of the pictures that are listed online. Esaias was available the entire time we stayed there and answered his phone every time we called. He also covered all of the little extras that you needed for the trip which was a nice touch. He provided such things as linens (sheets and towels), soaps, items for beach and pool, coffee filters, fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, etc. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure throughout the condo was great. We walked around the complex and everything was well maintained and clean. The pools were both very nice and included patio equipment as well as grills if you wanted to cook. We also saw an indoor sauna room and exercise equipment in one of the facilities (but never used them). The complex is only 4 or 5 miles away from a nice downtown strip with bars and restaurants to visit as well.

Great location, loads of options and super host.

We loved our time in Ocean Walk. Our host, Esaias, was attentive, hospitable and spot on with their descriptions of this wonderful condo in NSB. Take full advantage of all that the complex has to offer from the two glorious pools, the stadium seating theatre in Rec Building II and the easy access to the beach, which is medium length walk from Building #5. The property is a short drive to shopping, dining and other areas including the historic downtown area. We look forward to a future visit to NSB and plan to rent from Esaias again.

Beach getaway

This was a decent place for a beach getaway. It is a bit of a walk to get to the beach, but the area isn't crowded, and you have space. Both pools on the property are nice, but Rec bldg I was under renovation, meaning we had pool access, but no clubhouse/exercise room/restroom access at that location. The condo, itself, is roomy, but wasn't as clean as we would have liked in the kitchen (food/grease in utensil drawer and in plate/glasses cupboard). The washer did not work very well (leaks on largest setting and cold/hot knob wasn't accurate). Some of the tv remotes needed batteries, and the balcony door was a little hard to open and close. These weren't deal breakers, as the kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfy, and the property was quiet with lots of elderly/retired individuals. Overall we enjoyed our beach getaway!

Beautiful spacious condo!

We absolutely loved the condo! The walk to the beach is a little farther than we thought. Definitely longer than 5 mins by the time you walk down to the beach access.

Great property in new Smyrna Beach

Excellent property that is across road from the ocean. Pretty easy access to walk across to beach. Only trouble we had was the code given would not operate the secure gate. Very confident that can be overcome as we saw many people have same issue. But overall experience I would rate as 10.

Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable king bed, great location, great pool.

My husband and I, two teens and an 8 year old, stayed comfortably and loved the beautiful condo. Excellent and quick communication with owner, Esaias. He checked on us our first night to be sure everything was okay—no other VRBO owner has ever done that for us. He purchased special twin sheets for an air mattress we brought for our son. The king bed was very comfortable, and the tub jacuzzi in the bathroom was fantastic! Never heard any other residents And no problem with other vacationers. We had some trouble managing the air conditioner, but the owner was very attentive and helpful in helping us adjust it properly. He was immediately available. It was a short walk to pool and we parked our car in the closest lot to the beach, then it was only a three minute walk across street to the beach. It was a Beautiful and quiet beach. We drove about 4 miles to the main New Smerna beach entrance, $20 for all day parkining on the beach- very fun and convenient to have the car, cooler, etc with us. More lively at this location. Loved both areas of the beach. The town was very quiet, not much for night life. Absolutely recommend the restaurant Garlic, A+ food and atmosphere. Flagler area by main beach entrance, Flagler pizza was also fantastic and A+. Do not eat at Manny’s or Lizzy’s ice cream near the condo. Highly recommend staying here. 5/5 Stars.

Great Property

We had a great 2 weeks in New Smyrna Beach. The condo unit was clean, comfortable and roomy. The owner was very cordial and responsive. The highlights of our trip were a visit to NASA Kennedy Space Center, the great local seafood, and several afternoon naps!

Superb condo in a relaxing, off the beaten path family-oriented place

A fantastic experience. First of all the condo is very nicely kept, equipped, and comfortable. Then the complex here is ideal, at least for us (quiet and family-oriented). And last but not least, the town goes along the same lines making it a very pleasant vacation at all levels. Needless to say, we WILL be back!
