We love staying at this house. It has literally everything you need to keep adults and children occupied and its close to plenty of things to do. When we aren't out checking out springs and surrounding areas we love spending time in the pool or fishing right off the dock...this year we decided to throw a crabtrap in and were pretty successful for not trying to hard. Space is perfect where everyone can spread out but still be together in common areas. We were lucky to see manatees right out front this year which was so awesome...everything about this house and the area is perfect for a family vacation

This place was absolutely awesome. It felt like we were all staying in our own personal resort. Neighborhood is quiet swimming pool was relaxing after a kayak we saw manatees daily. Can’t wait to come back.

We rent a house every year at Weeki for a group of paddle boarders. They allow you to have extra people over during the day to enjoy the pool and the amazing outdoor area. We saw several manatees come right by the house. It is only a few houses from the main river so it was super easy to paddle back to and the launch pad was very convenient. The house was very spacious w/plenty of room. The area was safe, we were able to leave all our boards in the fenced back yard and didn’t have any issues. A few of the negatives were when we 1st got there the house was very musty and smelled like wet dog, it is pet friendly so a faint smell is expected, we turned the A/C down a little and emptied the dehumidifier the smell went away. The inside stairs are stained and look kinda gross. Cleaners did okay but it definitely could have been a little cleaner, every minor and patio door was pretty dirty, you could tell kids were there previously with all the little handprints on the doors. They also left a load of dirty towels in the washer, not a huge deal, we washed them, dried them and folded them before we left. There were plenty of regular towels and beach towels but we were only able to find 2 washcloths in the whole house and 1 of them was stained with some sort of paint or caulk so I would recommend bringing some. I would honestly go back, just a great location with so much to do, we didn’t want to leave.

Loved everything about this place. The location was perfect for easy access to Weeki river every day. Pool was great for relaxing after a long day of kayaking. Hopefully owners will update bedroom pic to show the tiny cot bunks have been replaced by nice size bunk beds. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly what we expected. Good communication from owner. We saw dolphins and manatees from the deck! The pool was a nice bonus in the summer heat!

What a house!

We stay at Weeki Wachee every time we come home to visit my family! My husband fell in love with the springs after I took him on a kayaking trip there when we started visiting from VA to see my family. We have stayed in several homes but nothing compared to this house! The home sits in a dead end road and the canal wraps around the house! There is a pool, a pool table and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths! Absolutely breath taking views! We celebrated my niece and nephews graduation and had a little get together at the house and it was perfect! We will continue to stay here each time we come down after the experience we had! No matter the imperfections, the house and area made up for it! Pros: comfy couches, pool, pool table, walk in dock to the water for kayaks!! Plus 14 available kayaks! We saw manatees everyday sitting on the dock and for the first time ever. Mama and baby dolphins! We are thankful for the hospitality and how great the host were!

Great Holiday

Travelled from the UK, the house was great. Fantastic location with easy access to the crystal clear river. House was well equipped and the pool was a great bonus. Communication with the hosts was excellent, really nice people.

Perfect stay!!

The house was amazing! The outdoor space was perfect!! The pool was a tad chilly given that it isn’t heated, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it!! It had everything we needed.

Great Thanksgiving trip to the river

We had multiple families and rented out 3 homes close by to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kayaks were a huge hit! The kitchen was stocked great with all the necessary pots, pans, and spices! We had a great time!

Peaceful and relaxing

The home was as described and worked well for our group. There were plenty of kayaks and we used them daily. Just a short paddle from the main river. We saw manatees daily right from the dock. We will definitely be back. Super easy to communicate with hosts. Great time overall 10/10 stars

Bday celebration

Your place is very nice. The pool was a little cold, but it’s April. It should be warm by now, but I know it’s been cooler this last few weeks. Overall, your house is beautiful It was clean on the inside. The house itself could use some power washing and tree trimming, but I’m sure that will get done but overall we had a great time and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything.
