Relájese y disfrute de la brisa del mar en una mecedora que espera para usted en nuestra gran envoltura alrededor de porche delantero disfruta de las vistas de la costa, o tal vez, sentarse en el porche trasero con vistas a un gran patio y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (lo que es una manera perfecta para poner fin a un día en la playa). Está bien cuidado, limpio, fresco, cómodo y buen gusto con un tema de la cabaña del país.
La primera planta cuenta con una cómoda sala de estar de gran tamaño con 50 'TV por cable de pantalla plana, chimenea de gas y zona de bar / terraza acristalada separada; comedor, cocina y una habitación separada 'hangout' para niños con televisión de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, baño nuevo encargo con ducha justo al lado de la espalda porche. (Cubierto porche trasero es un gran lugar para disfrutar de las comidas de verano!)
El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama queen size con un nuevo encargo de baño completo maestro. Dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama queen size. Dormitorio # 3 tiene dos camas individuales y cama # 4 tiene una cama doble convenientemente ubicado cerca de otro nuevo baño por pedido.
Aparcamiento en el camino de entrada. Perfect Beach Getaway !

Perfect from beginning to end, lovely homeowners, beautiful immaculate house one block from Jenkinnsons boardwalk, beach , arcades and rides. Beautiful outdoor porches , amazing fireworks seen from the backyard and loaded with everything you could think of for a memorable vacation !

Just Right- best rental we have had a PPB

The owner was very responsive and we coordinated the last minute getaway two days prior to our arrival. The owner was very understanding and flexible in adjusting the meeting time with our late night arrival delay due to traffic. The house was just what we expected/as described. The location was awesome with views of the boardwalk yet quietness at the house late at night. The inclusion of four beach passes was a nice feature. Would definitely recommend this property. ( actually arrived July 22 but unable to go back to click on a July date)

Excellent Stay

The house was spotless, short walk to the boardwalk, big yard with grill , beach chairs and umbrellas are included, paper plates, blender, grill equipment and everything else you could need is all there! Can't wait to return!

Excellent!

I have stayed in different Beach house's and Condo's in many locations. This house was the very best and my favorite. It was more beautiful in person. The house was decorated perfectly. It was so clean and spotless as well. Which made me happy. There was plenty of room. I had 5 people with me. There was a place for everyone to do their own thing. The kitchen was stocked. Everything you need is already there. Even the bathroom's were stocked with shampoo and body wash. Cleaning supplies to. My family hung out in the Sunroom and played music and card games. It's a perfect spot. The backyard was great. We cooked on the grill one nite and hung out. The porch is nice for morning coffee. Or just to relax . Now the location of the house is perfect. You are 3 house's away from the boardwalk and beach. Also you can walk into town. We barely moved our car. Rose was so sweet and available if you needed her. Don't second guess about renting, just do it. You will love it as much as my family did.

Perfect House

The house was clean, spacious and bright. The location was amazing - just a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk, even with little kids. Well stocked kitchen. Clean, spacious bathrooms. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!

As someone who reads every review written when choosing a rental, believe me when I say this house could not be more perfect!! Interior of the house - super clean, spacious and beautiful decor! Between the kitchen, dining room, tv room, bar area, and kids room (perfect addition for my 1.5 yr old and 4 yr old nephew) there was more than enough living space for the entire family and then some. The house is also stocked with anything you would ever need to make you feel right at home (it may even have more than my own home)! The front porch - great for morning coffee, evening cocktail, or even just people watching :) The backyard - the entire yard was gated which was perfect for traveling with kids. The patio has two hightop tables plus adirondack chairs, providing you with plenty of seating. There's also strung lighting which was great for late night card games with the family, a good size weber grill, a storage bin filled with toys, tommy bahama beach chairs/umbrella, and enough rocks to keep my daughter entertained for hours :) The location - couldn't be better! Not only is it three houses from the boardwalk, but it's (in my opinion) the best part of the boardwalk. Straight ahead you'll find a large miniature golf course, Tiki bar and Jenks for food/drinks. To the right you'll find more food, games and amusement rides; and then to the left you have more games, food and the aquarium. It was great to be able to spend a couple hours on the beach, head back to the house for lunch and then go back for the afternoon without having a lug all that comes along with the kids (and the kids) a decent distance. The owner - last but certainly not least ..Rose was amazing! We had an unexpected death in the family the week we were supposed to go, and when I reached out to her she couldn't have been more understanding, accommodating and compassionate! It was truly a pleasure staying in her beautiful home, and I can't wait to book again!!

Great location!

We had a great time at Rose’s home in Point Pleasant Beach. The house is very clean and spacious, and well stocked with essential pantry items as well as beach equipment such as umbrella and chairs. The location for us was amazing, super close to the beach, boardwalk and Playa Bowl (my favorite açaí place). The only caveat is that check in is at 3pm (not starting at 3pm). I misunderstood the instructions and was not able to get there exactly at 3pm. Rose was easy to reach and was able to accommodate my post 3pm check in. We are definitely considering retuning next year.

Couldn’t ask for more!!

I am so pleased with this house and with the attentiveness and friendliness of Rose. I couldn’t ask for more. The home was so clean, so well decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you could want. The location is perfect. Very close to the boards and beach but not so close that you have to be swallowed up by a crowd. The porch was my favorite because it is so peaceful, clean, decorated nicely, and the ocean breeze was prefect. During this pandemic it was nice to sit on the wrap around porch and “people watch” and relax away from them at the same time. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and that was due to Rose and her beautiful home and hospitality. Thank you!!!

Fabulous beach vacation

Never having vacationed at the Jersey Shore we were not sure what to expect. The property manager was great. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Before we arrived we were concerned about the cleanliness of the house considering the health crisis right now however the house had been sanitized before arriving. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as beach chairs and toys. You can't beat the proximity to the beach and boardwalk which is literally a few houses away. My only issue was that we couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to get away with their family.

Paradise!

Our beach getaway was amazing! We loved being able to walk everywhere! So many adventures! We loved all the family activities that Jenkinson’s has to offer - beach bingo, beach combing, hermit crab races, fireworks! We enjoyed the aquarium so much that our little boy ended up adopting a penguin part of a program they offer at the aquarium! They were so kind and helpful!! A short walk away and there is fishing on Lake Louise, Top That Donuts and our favorite Lighthouse Italian Ice ! We enjoyed the waves at the beach and the soft sand! The house is amazing - spotlessly clean and comfortable! Everyone had their own spaces to enjoy but there was also many spaces to come together as a family! Thank you Rose for sharing your home - we loved the time we had there together!!!!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our second time staying at this property which is 1/2 block from Jenkinson's boardwalk and Point Pleasant Beach. The place is in beautiful condition with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, a kitchen with all the amenities, a lovely master suite as well as 3 additional bedrooms (2 large, 1 quite small). There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars. This house is very comfortable for a large family. Rose was a gracious host. She was easy to contact with any questions and made wonderful restaurant suggestions. I would definitely recommend this location.

Amazing Weekend in a Beautiful Home!

The pictures truly do not do this house justice! It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for a group to stay. Decorated perfectly for a shore house and in a great location. Short walk to beach/boardwalk/town allowing for numerous options of things to do. The host help us set up a quick last minute weekend trip and couldn't have been more accommodating. Everything went perfectly smooth upon arrival and the house was fully prepared with everything needed. I can not rave enough about this rental property, I would recommend to all of my friends and family. We had an amazing time and definitely will be back!

Everything we were looking for and more

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The owners were friendly and attentive. The home was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was located a very short walk to the boardwalk, which was extremely helpful for taking young kids to the beach, grabbing a quick bite to eat, or cleaning up before enjoying the boardwalk at night. Although it was close to the boardwalk, we didn't notice too much boardwalk noise late at night during our stay. We look forward to vacationing here again in the future!

Great vacation home in a great location

Accommodated 6 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Room both indoors and outdoors for all. Kitchen modern and had almost everything needed for food prep and cooking. Ample parking for 3 cars. Conveniently located to boardwalk and beach. Would definitely return and would recommend. Great family vacation.

Great weekend made better by a great house !

The owners are very welcoming and diligent. They made arrangements with us to come view the house before renting and the other reviews were right; the pictures don't do it justice. The house is very spacious which came in handy for our 9month old daughter. She was very excited to have lots of room to crawl and play. The bathrooms are beautiful, we had full use of closets and dressers, and they even had board games to play. The master bedroom is extremely spacious. Our daughter slept in a pack-n-play and it was never in the way ! The property is spotless and well maintained. The grill, basketball goal, and patio furniture were all ADDED bonuses! They provide all of the amenities. We didn't need dishes, dish detergent, paper towels, seasonings, grill utensils etc... The only things you have to pack are sheets, towels and sunblock. REALLY ! Their is parking in the driveway and the boardwalk is HALF A BLOCK away which was a life saver when we had to carry beach items for ourselves, a baby AND push a stroller. ( We saved money walking home to eat instead of eating on the boardwalk ). We couldn't have asked for anything more and would definitely do it again ! Money well spent. Thank you for the stay !!

Pictures don't do it justice

This house is much bigger than it looks, can't stress that enough. I was on crutches in a walking boot and had no trouble getting around. Huge family room with a sun room as well. Plenty of room to sit, watch TV, get on the computer, play games, etc. Spacious kitchen with a table, we never got in our way in the kitchen when people were eating and cooking. The den/kids room in the back comes in handy as another TV room or play room. We had a full house with local family coming down for the day and still never used the dining room, which looked great, by the way. The front porch, back deck and tables in the backyard were like extra rooms as well. We would hang out on the front and usually eat meals in the back. The basketball hoop was great as well, the kids would end up out there when we came off the beach. Comfortable beds and the master bedroom is spacious if a younger child had to sleep in a pack in play, that works. I haven't even mentioned location. You really don't need a car except maybe to run to the food store or liquor store. Beach, restaurants, bars, mini golf, games, rides are all visible from the front, a few houses away. Everything was clean and fully stocked, the owner was responsive with questions. Just a great shore house. We are going down again this year. Can't wait.

Beautiful Beach House!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The house was immaculate ! Its 3 houses from the beach/boardwalk making it's location ideal. The property had every amenity possible - it was neat, organized and beautifully decorated. Our family had a wonderful week in Point Pleasant - we could not a chosen a better home!!
