This is our third stay at the cottage and always have a great time and are sad to leave. The kitchen has everything we need to prepare meals, there are always plenty of towels, and the location is amazing. We also appreciate having a washer and dryer to keep our laundry under control. The fenced in area is very convenient since we travel with our dog. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was very clean and easily accessible to the beach and restaurants. The owners were very good to work with. Highly recommend staying here.

Great getaway!

We loved the location of this place as it was convenient to the beach and the veggie wagon! We could walk to the board walk. We hope to stay again next year!

Great Vacation!

The house is really cute and very clean. Super close to the beach access, shopping, and restaurants. We had a great relaxing fun time!

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful trip! The place was perfect for my family, the bedrooms were spacious, everything was clean and well equipped. We were close to everything we wanted to do, we will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic place and location

We stay at Carolina beach each year, and this place has been our favorite. Wayne and his spouse were fantastic and responded quickly to all of our questions. We plan to book with them again.

Christmas in Carolina Beach

We had a wonderful week! It was especially nice to be able to bring my fur babies along for the trip! Will definitely consider returning for future family outings.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. So very grateful to find a rental that allows travel with my cats! We had no issues requiring contacting the owners during our stay. Check in and check out were smooth and without issue as well. Will likely stay at this location again in the future!

Easy beach access

From checking to check out it was a pleasure. Property manager was attentive and friendly. The property is a short walk from the beach as advertised And the accommodations were wonderful!

Great getaway

The location is perfect. Easy access to beac, boardwalk, and restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with. This is our 2 md start at this house

We gave Communications a 5 Star Rating, but when we saved it, Communications was grayed out. The Quinn's are excellent people that we've had more than once, and look forward to having many more times!

Wonderful Week

Very comfortable cottage located very conveniently to beach and activity of boardwalk and restaurants. Great elevated front porch to watch the world go by below and take in great sunsets. Great outdoor shower

Close to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space.

Owner was very helpful. Plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Very comfortable house. Short walk to beach access and Lake Park. Boardwalk was in walking distance also.

Great location, very close to the ocean and restaurants

Great location. We frequently walked to the ocean, boardwalk and restaurants. Plenty of room and beds for our whole family, and our kids' friends. Good communication from hosts. Thank you.

Perfect getaway

This house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the outdoor shower. It is a very short walk to the beach. So conveniently located to stores and restaurants that we didn't have to drive hardly at all during our stay. Will maintained, clean, and a great location!

GREAT location, responsive host

We had a great week at this lovely beach house. The AC went out on a very hot day, and we were amazed when it was repaired in just a couple of hours! We could not have had a better experience.

Amazing Vacation

We absolutely loved this place. We were one block off the beach. We could walk to anywhere we needed to. The home was clean and ready for us. This is the first place we had to make up our beds to start but no problem. We would stay here again. One of our favorites.

Nice Thanksgiving stay!

Cute cottage. Roomy. Convenient to everything. Could use more comfortable living room fur iture and the dryer didnt work which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully there was a laundry mat just across the street. Plus Butts and Such has such good food, also just across the street!

Great Property in CB

This traditional CB beach cottage was modern and comfortable. Lots of room. Very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Near everything. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Right across the street from a favorite, the Veggie Wagon. The beach is across the street with two beach access walkways close by.

This was our family’s second stay (wife, two teenagers one friend, and dog). It was just as great as we remembered. Easy check in/out process. The hosts are super accessible, friendly, and communicative. The house is at an amazing location on Pleasure Island with everything you’d need within walking distance. Lots of storage for our beach toys and bikes. Outside shower is perfect after a few hours in the surf and sun. The beach is less than a two minute walk. Great view for the fireworks on Thursday night. Overall this property is a perfect place for our family’s annual Carolina Beach summer vacation.

overall stay

overall the place was nice, however, there were a few issues, some of the sheets that were supposed to be clean had stains on them. Some of the pots and pans didn't look like they could be used they had the Teflon off them or looked dirty. There were a lot of stairs going up to the place which made it hard as we had some elderly people with us. We loved that the place was close to the beach and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was A & G BBQ

Family Vacation

We stayed here and loved it! The set up of the house was perfect for our family. My parents and brother took the rooms off of the kitchen and shared the bathroom. My husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 2 and 6 months) took the rooms in the back and shared a bathroom. We could block off our section of the house for nap time without anyone else being bothered or having to be silent. We loved the outdoor shower and how the laundry was located outside of the beach house so we could do wash without disturbing anyone. The host was awesome. Our vacation was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Space

Very well done beachy Cottage located in great area & close to walk to Boardwalk & Restaurants. Loved sitting on porch with our dogs watching the variety of people walk by & traffic. Close walk to beach & the outside shower was a hit with the guy in the family. We cooked in several times & could have used a large pot for boiling Shrimp but we made due with what was there - the grill was not clean which we would have used - maybe consider a Gas grill? Except for some new kitchen items it was a great layout for a family & nice we were able to bring our 4 legged babies 🐾🐾
