Nuestro nuevo condominio de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece unas hermosas vacaciones.
Escapada con todas las comodidades del hogar y se encuentra a pocos pasos.
Lejos de la playa y de la tranquilidad, extremo norte del paseo marítimo.
No hay calles para cruzar cuando acceda al paseo marítimo o la playa, estamos
ubicado en North Wildwood en la cuadra de la playa en 20th Avenue. Nuestro
condominio es casi 2,500 pies cuadrados con casi el doble de la vida
Espacio encontrado en la mayoría de las otras unidades de alquiler en el área. Podemos dormir
a 12 con mucho espacio para que todos se relajen y se sientan cómodos.
Disfrute de las vistas al mar desde nuestros balcones delanteros y de los dormitorios principales. UNA
La piscina privada climatizada con jacuzzi se encuentra justo detrás del
Unidad con vistas desde el balcón del dormitorio principal.

Great stay for families

This is a great location, just steps from the boardwalk, beach, mini golf and ice cream! And pool and hot tub are included. Inside was clean, very nicely decorated and is spacious, even for our group of 7. Andrea was very communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property for your next Wildwood stay!

Awesome weekend away!

This properly is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious, and clean. Right next to an ice cream shop, and right off the boardwalk! Very easy to catch a tram car too as well if you dont want to walk. Very close to the beach as well. We loved this property and location and would 100% rebook for future trips and definitely recommend! The inlaw sweet was beautiful as well. Definitely a multi family property. Hot tub and pool definitely a bonus!! Thank you again for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

Best Family Summer Gathering Ever

Location was perfect...beach, boardwalk, bagels and ice cream all within reach....what could be better! Property was a WOW when we entered...more than expected! Great rooms overall but the spatial sense of the entire unit was terrific!! Very well equipped, lacks nothing!! super clean.. check-in a SNAP!! All spects10 on a 10 scale...

Loved it, will rent again.

We rented 9/1/18 to 9/8/18. Major plus location: Walk out the door to the beach, boardwalk, ice cream, bike rental, and miniature golf (a small one good for little ones). You can see the ocean from the deck. The place is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. You have easy access to the pool although the hot tub was not working. We had six adults, a toddler, and a baby and we never felt crowded. The only negative thing I can say is that there was not enough space for all the food people tend to bring on vacation (well we do anyway LOL), but that is only because the kitchen is so well stocked with every imaginable thing you could need. We made due and utilized the empty cabinet in the living room area. I have stayed at rentals with nine people and there were ten forks, this place has plenty of EVERYTHING. There were beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards available. The description states the youth room has two twin beds, but it actually has a double bed and a twin bed (so you know for your sheets). The 4th bedroom downstairs is a bit hot at night, it could use a fan. Andrea was great to work with, responded to my questions before our stay within 24 hours. We had one concern upon our arrival with the missing pool pass. We were questioned at the pool, but Andrea took care of the issue immediately. I have one recommendation for your stay - if you are going to have a toddler or crawler bring one of those wrap-around gates (the big gray ones) to close off the steps to the downstairs bedroom. We actually thought to ask Andrea before we left if there was a gate and there wasn't so my son did bring his and it worked out well. Great stay, a great vacation with the family. PS I believe I saw a pack and play in the utility closet.

Great condo!

Fantastic location! Steps to Boardwalk and ocean! The place was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. We had 3 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 10 year old boy. The house was the perfect size for us. The owner was quick to respond and even called on check-in day to be sure we got in okay and everything was in order.

Location was excellent. Condo was nice, three bathrooms was perfect with 10 people staying there. Pool and hot tub area were clean. Wish outside hose off area had a hose and not just faucet.

Great vacation spot for family!

Location is amazing! The condo was very clean but only have 4 stars because our first day we had donuts on the counter and after we went to the beach for a few hours there were ants all over them. This only happened once. The bottom room does get a little warm compared to the upstairs but we read that and brought an extra fan so we were fine. I was having some trouble with texting Andrea but was able to easily get in contact with her through this app. Overall a great vacation spot and we would definitely stay again!!

PROs and CONs

PROs: The condo is a great size for 2 small families. The location is prefect to the beach. The pool is great to have onsite. CONs: When we arrived the basement toilet had overflowed day prior and hadn’t been fixed yet, carpet was wet and the smell was terrible. The owner was very responsive though and had it fixed and the carpet cleaned the next day but the smell really didn’t improve until the end of the week. The worst part about this place though are the beds. Not one of them were comfortable. Some worse than others. It made it difficult but made best of it. We wouldn’t stay here again unless the beds were replaced. I would have given this place all stars if the beds were decent and we were able to get good nights sleep. There were some outlets that didn’t work and one of the bedrooms was missing an outlet cover which is dangerous with kids. The kitchen also has an ant problem.

Amazing stay

From the beginning of the rental process to the stay the owner was great to work with and communicated clearly. The house was beautiful and a great location from the beach. We are already talking about staying there next year. Thanks to the owner for making it such a positive and relaxing experience.

We will be back!

What a wonderful place Andrea has in Wildwood. This was our first time vacationing here. We loved every minute and cannot wait to plan our next trip! Location is great-- next to ice cream, mini golf, and boardwalk! Andrea has beach supplies available for the kids. There was plenty of room for our families (family of 4, family of 5, and grandparents). We didn't even need to leave our location... but there is sooooo much to do nearby. Next time we will explore more but everything we needed was within walking distance. Andrea was great to work with-- quick to respond and always helpful! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay!

A wonderful family vacation

My family, which included grandparents, children, grand children, and a great grandchild rented this property 9/3/14 through 9/7/14. The property was very clean, the pool/hot tub clean and very warm,and the owner was amazing to work with. The layout of the property was excellent for our needs, alot of open space in the living area that allowed for the entire family to relax and interact in various activities. The location is excellent, and most important the 1st floor living area was perfect for my handicap husband. I highly recommend this property for families with members of varying ages. A special thank you to Andrea for doing all in her power to accomodate my unpredictable schedule.
