Relax on the beach or refresh in the pool.

Three bedroom home with two additional sofa beds (one queen and one twin). Home has been beautifully updated. Enjoy the beach or relax and refresh by the pool. The beautiful bay beach is just a short 6 minute walk. The historic town of Cape May is within a 15 minute drive. The home features a newly installed plunge pool that is perfect to come back to and refresh after a day on the beach. Enjoy the house, enjoy the beach, enjoy the most beautiful bay sunsets. Nothing needed but food and clothing. Towels, bedding, beach chairs are all included. The home even includes a gym. Please note that for security and safety of our guests and for the property, there are three outdoor cameras. One above the garage, one above the front door and one at the back door overlooking the deck and pool.

We had a great stay here! Our family goes to Stone Harbor every year and this was about 25 minutes from there and about 15 or so from Cape May. We enjoyed being in a space a little away from everything with some great hometown restaurants and ice cream! My husband and I work out every day and there was a little mini gym in the garage which we used every day so that was super convenient and there was a really nice park with ponds and walking trails not far from the house that we, went to almost daily. The grounds were very well kept with a super cute outdoor space in the back to enjoy the pool. There is a beach that’s a super quick walk as well from the house which I would guess would be perfect to watch the sunset but we didn’t get a chance. The house was perfect, and our host was super responsive and helpful. We were a family of eight and fit comfortably and had everything we needed!

Vacation in Villas

We had a pleasurable stay overall. I liked that there was everything in the house from utensils and plates to bikes and beach badges.You did not have to bring anything. Pool was also a big advantage since you cannot swim at the beach on a Delaware bay. There is a problem with the AC in the living area. We enjoyed our vacation. The owners were very quick to respond. Thank you Andrew and Lisa!

Lovely home!

This home is immaculate and amazingly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is on a very clean and quiet street and is a short walk to the bay beach and an easy drive to Cape May, Wildwood and shopping. The deck and plunge pool are delightful and the owner, Andrew, was very responsive to our questions.

Excellent property

The property met every expectation from the listing. The hosts have great communication and are extremely helpful. Loved coming back from the beach and relaxing in the pool. Good food and nearby and drive into Cape May city is reasonable. Would stay again!

Fantastic Experience at The Kiwikona Getaway

My wife, sister-in-law and I have been booking beach vacations on Cape Cod and the Rhode Island shore for the past several years. This year, as a change of scenery, we decided to explore Cape May, a place I'd never been. We found this charming, comfortable, immaculate and we'll stocked home on this service. What a fantastic experience! Booking was easy and our hosts, Andrew and Lisa, were very reponsive. The trip down from my sister-in-laws home in northern NJ was fairly easy. Check in was a breeze since Andrew and Lisa gave us easy to follow instructions. The house and the property are fantastic, and exceeded our expectations. Starting with the location, a quiet street with a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. And the backyard is a summer oasis, a beautifully landscaped patch of green highlighting the the immaculately maintained plunge pool and overlooking deck. The home's interior was delightfully decorated in a whimsical nautical theme. Mermaids abound to call you to relax. And our hosts have thought of everything! We marveled at the attention to detail. All that we really needed was already there, from all things for the beach (chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, sunscreen, and even aloe!) to a kitchen with everything and anything needed (just add food!) The furnishings were lovely and comfortable. We will definitely pack less next time. Andrew kept in touch during our stay, which only added to our comfort. And then there was the City of Cape May itself, truly a marvelous place to just walk around. Of our many stays this one stands out. Thank you Andrew and Lisa.
