Perfect get away!

Nicole was amazing and extremely personable and making sure we had everything we needed. The 2 minute walk to the beach was so perfect and for our little family , this beach bungalow was amazing! My dog came too and she was comfy at the house too! Will definitely re book again

Apartment was exactly as posted. Very cute. Extremely clean and just enough space for a trip at the beach. Nicole was easy to communicate with, and she was quick to respond to questions. Perfect Location

This was a great space for a quick getaway. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and to the bay, where you can see beautiful sunsets. The boardwalk was also close by, but far enough away that there was no noise or crowds. We enjoyed sitting in the private outdoor space in the evening, after coming back from the beach. It is a small space but had all that we needed. Nicole was a pleasure to work with.

Sweet space for our small family with dog, great location

This is our second time staying at this second floor single family home. Nicole is very nice and she answers messages very promptly, which is so helpful when planning a trip. The home is very clean and comfortable. It’s just one block to the beach, so it is a great location. There is a 7-Eleven one block away, which is very convenient. There are several great, affordable places to eat which are easy to bike to, or make a short drive to. While dogs are not permitted on the beach or the boardwalk, dogs are permitted on beaches at Island Beach State Park, which is only a 2.5 mile drive from the apartment. We hope and look forward to staying there again next year!

Cute and clean

This a cute little place. But it is vey tiny. The location was great very close to the beach. The shower and bathroom was very very small a large man couldn’t fit in the shower. The outdoor shower was unfortunately not working which was a bummer. But the owners were very nice. Just know it is a small place.

Great little place terrible neighbors

The place was clean & cute & had everything you’d need. Unfortunately we will never return because of the tacky neighbors. Upon arriving, the garbage, which is located under our dwelling & next to our outdoor shower (which only had cold water) was absolutely disgusting. We soon realized that the neighbors in the big house next to us not only filled it up to the point that the flies were so bad we couldn’t even sit outside. But they refused to empty it. For the entire week I took their garbage out. Several cans overflowing they’d just throw boxes & junk so sloppily. We had no garbage we didn’t cook we maybe had one bag & a bottle.They had so much garbage & recycling, and they would watch me take their garbage out. Then, they wouldn’t even bring the cans back & knew it wall all their garbage & would stand there watching me drag the cans back in after taking their garbage out. Totally obnoxious. They did laundry (which is located in the downstairs of our dwelling) starting at 11:30 pm. There wasn’t one single morning they didn’t wake us up Slamming the door. They also hoarded anything & everything they wanted from the garage. They took most of the beach chairs (the ones they chose) & kept them at their house in their yard so we had no access to them & only what they left us. Then, they pretended not to know the “parking policy”. They insisted on parking in our spot, for their convenience, & weren’t using their own designated spot. My daughters friend had to be left in the street

Cozy place on the beachfront block

This is a very nice, cozy apartment very close to a beautiful beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is an upstairs apartment with outdoor stairs, leading to the kitchen and a living room with a couch, chair and TV. Then there are two small bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and a very small bathroom. Everything was clean and the hosts were available via text to answer questions about restaurants and activities in the area. The included beach passes were a nice touch for the weekend, but weren’t needed during the week. I would definitely come back here again.

Great spot in Seaside!

This location was perfect, less than a block from the beach and close to the boardwalk, but not TOO close. The neighborhood was nice, it was far enough away from the heights. The property was small but perfect for the two of us, and it was clean! The biggest downside was the small bathroom, but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying again. Owner is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time!

This property is very close to the beach, and is very charming.
We offer more amenities at a great price! We take pride in our property and our guests are always so lovely! We offer air conditioning, wifi, beach passes, use of washer and dryer-We are also a three minute walk to the beach. Our cottage is charming and perfect for a little getaway! We are in a perfect location in town near many attractions including the Seaside farmers market by the bay where you can get fresh groceries for the week!

The Park Bakery (in town) cinnamon bread and more!
Watching the Bay at Sunset
Farmers Market every Monday and Friday
