En esta hermosa casa se incluyen 3 pisos, 6 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, un estudio, una sala familiar y una cocina comedor. En la cocina, hay una isla en la que pueden sentarse 5 y una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas. Ubicado afuera en el patio trasero hay una ducha al aire libre, y también un porche con parrilla y mesa de picnic. Las utilidades incluyen aire central, cable e internet (para lo cual se proporciona la contraseña). ¡También se incluyen lavadora y secadora, al igual que ropa de cama y toallas! También se proporcionarán seis (6) insignias de playa. ¡Esta casa también tiene un porche delantero para que, por las mañanas, pueda disfrutar de una buena taza de café mientras disfruta del olor del aire del océano!

Lynn is a great host!!! Very easy to communicate with!!! Great House Excellent Location!!!!Clean and Updated!!! We had a total of 8 Adults and 6 Kids Plenty of space/ beds and bathrooms. 1/2 a block to the Bay21/2 blocks to the oceanQuiet Street We rode bikes to the beach everyday as well, as the pickle ball courts and playgrounds. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Planning to book for next year as well.

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect for our week stay at the shore. House was exactly as stated. Plenty of room for my family of 7. The house was cool & comfortable. Its great location to the beach and bay made our stay so memorable. We biked everywhere & walked every night to the bay to catch the sunsets. Great communications from our host Lynn!

Great Place To Stay

The house has plenty of amenities for a family. We had 7 adults and 6 kids stay for 2 weeks. Close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. Property Owner/ Managers very receptive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property for any larger group.

Great Beach House

The beach house meet all of our expectations and easily accommodated all of our guests. Amply parking, short walk to the best beach on the Jersey Shore (White Sands Beach) and restaurants. House was clean on arrival and fully functional. Great communications with the Host. Thank you for a great week.

Property was very suitable for our toddler as well as older kids. Location is ideal for access to the pristine white sands beach & bay. Kitchen could use some new pot/pans & cutlery. Everyone was very comfortable & enjoyed the vacation. Hosts were friendly & readily available to answer our questions. I would go back again

Great House Great Location

House was very spacious!!! Plenty of room, we had 7 adults and 6 children and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Plenty of bathrooms also. The third floor bedrooms could use a better A/C system and the house needs a good top to bottom cleaning. The main areas of the house were fairly clean. The main tile floor needed to be cleaned and the carpets vacuumed due to sand everywhere. The Blinds, Fan, the top of the Refrigerator, and the A/C vents all need to be dusted. Some of which we took care of. A few minor maintenance issues were batteries for the smoke detectors and light bulbs a few need to be replaced. If there were some at the house I would have gladly changed them. I would highly recommend this house to anyone family or friends. Transaction was simple and communication was excellent. We had a great two weeks!!!!

Beach House

The house is great for big families. Close to Bums. Great neighborhood. Great parking. Beach passes come with your stay. Very clean. Hostess very responsive. The pictures for listing should be redone as the color yellow is not as dramatic in the pictures. Walking distance to restaurants.

Great house

You just can’t expect us to bring 10 sheets and pillow cases. Please buy cheap sheets for the guests. I had to spend $500 for sheets for every bed after spending 6k for 5 nights. On the plus side the owner was Great to deal with and the house was awesome. Great location

The pictures did not do the place justice. The yellow kitchen is much more pleasing in person. Plenty of space and common areas.

Complete Bliss

The property was absolutely amazing. Easy check in, organized, and clean. It was a 10/10 stay. My family and friends enjoyed the stay and the distance travel to the beach and boardwalk. Definitely would stay there again. We all enjoyed how close we were and the neighborhood.

Stay in South Side Park was great close enough to the beach good restaurants close.

Anthony and his mom Lynn were accommodating and over all the property was a really good place to stay for a group. I had family very close a block away so it was great to reconnect and spend time. The ocean Beach is a short walk and the bay was super close for sunsets. The Kitchen is big and we made some great meals and used the grill often. I recommend a stay at this property anytime! South Seaside Park is a great place to enjoy what the Jersey shore has to offer. Thank you Lynn and Anthony we did enjoy our stay!

House was great and loved the location. Property owner said there were 10 Beach tags and there were only 9. Notified the owner, but we had to end up buying one.

Loved It but...

Working with Lynn was awesome as she quickly answered all my questions, and there were many. The house was extremely clean (early on I spoke with Lynn about comments from the July 2020 review and they are a non issue) and much more spacious than one would imagine from the pictures. I would definitely consider renting here again! Thanks Lynn from our whole family. But... Sectional in front den needs replacing, the picnic table is unusable, LOVED the outside shower but door hinge needs repair. At the time of booking the online description included sheets & towels but due to COVID we were informed 1 week prior to arrival that they were not. I now see the listing is accurately updated.

Great Stay! Will definitely return.

The property was extremely spacious and clean. The property manager was extremely responsive and generous. They extended our stay for free! Needless to say, it was an amazing experience. The location is great and I highly recommend this property. We will certainly return.

Family/ friend vacation

The home is a beautiful home , however upon arrival it was definitely not professionally cleaned . We spent over two hours cleaning , under couches were toys and sand and counter tops were filthy ,, however we got charged for a cleaning fee , the house is not decorated well it has all old furniture in bedrooms TVs are over 15 years old , and the third floor is so hot they need better wall units ,,,, the house needs some tlc ,,, there were broken things upon arrival that we sent photos of to the owner , the furniture upstairs is horrific and they would benefit by investing prob a few thousand to put bunk beds and some nice pics on the walls ,,, the molding on floor was filthy , the stove was too ,,, however we cleaned and it was a very large home that met our needs. ,,,, again give Me 5k I can make that place a palace and they need a cleaning service .

Lovely spacious beach house

We had a fabulous time at this lovely house in South Seaside park. The house was very clean and the space exceeded our expectations. The property is at a great location, right next to the bay and a 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of dining options in close walking distance. There were no issues during our stay and we, a group of 11 including kids, had a great time. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. All in all a great stay and we’ll recommend this property for families looking for a fun time at the beach.

Perfect house for a girls' trip

We truly enjoyed our stay at this adorable home. The living area and kitchen were the perfect setup for all of our girlfriends to hang out. The bedrooms comfortably accommodated our large group. Short walk to the beach, deli, and restaurants. Plenty of driveway parking. We would stay here again!

Amazing stay

The house was amazing. Very spacious and very clean. Only a short walk to the beach and a couple steps to a very good restaurant. Would recommend to anyone!
