19 Seaside Villas es una casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños en Fenwick Island Delaware. Seaside Villas es una pequeña comunidad junto al océano de 22 casas ubicadas al sur de Bethany Beach y al norte de Fenwick Island State Park. La casa está a unos 50 metros de la playa, a la que se accede por un cómodo paseo marítimo y el puente Dune. El acceso público es limitado, por lo que la playa generalmente solo está ocupada por los residentes e invitados de la comunidad. La casa tiene vistas despejadas del océano desde dos cubiertas. Puedes ver el amanecer sobre el océano mientras te acuestas en la cama king-size que se encuentra en la suite del dormitorio principal. La bahía de Little Assawomen también se puede ver y es hermosa al atardecer. **** Recientemente actualizado en 2019 con nueva cocina / comedor. Nuevo en 2018 HVAC, baños, pisos en todas partes y recién pintado.

The Master suite with its Ocean view is just beautiful ! The home was very nicely decorated and clean. Very spacious dining area. I loved the boardwalk path that leads to the beach. Certainly a most relaxing stay.

Nice location

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property. It was nice being able to walk out the back door and have the walkway leading to the beach. The beach was beautiful and very private.

Perfect beach location!

We stayed here with family celebrating a birthday. Victoria’s place was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better and it was stocked with things we may have needed. From all kitchen gadgets to stuff for the beach. I will definitely add her place to one I will go back to! We can’t wait to return!!

We had a wonderful week at this beach house. Many amenities and beautiful decor. Updated kitchen, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, nice master shower, great views of the beach from both balconies. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Getaway!

We adored this property. It was just what we needed for a long Easter Weekend. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked! The views were tremendous and we especially liked our walks on the beach! The proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect. We hope to be back!

This townhouse is great.

We had a great time at Victoria's place at the beach. Easy beach access, a great, clean townhouse with a great layout, two balconies, and covered parking to mention only a few items. The host is very responsive in a timely manner.

Breathtaking Views

Beautifully decorated and having all needed to make our week comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much. There are many stairs which my husband found tough with his bad knee, but the place was worth the climb.

Lovely opportunity to get away with our two adult children for three nights, busy lives so time for conversation. Stayed here 2 years ago. Hurricane Lee was pretty kind to us! Beautiful, well equipped property with very thoughtful hostess.

Excellent Beach Getaway

This 3 bedroom VRBO is amazing. It is a very close walk to the beach and the owner has thought of everything you might want/need. The new living room sofa is very comfortable, as are the beds. The decor is beachy and beautiful! The kitchen is very well equipped. We love this home, have stayed 4 times and will be back.

Tranquil Girls Trip

Great place to get away for a Girls Trip! We enjoyed the tranquility and cleanliness of this rental. The interior was very serene and relaxing. The outdoor decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful views- we were spoiled with gorgeous sunrises AND colorful sunsets!. We all wished we had a couple extra days booked, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Vicky for a great experience, we look forward to coming back again!
