Esta directo del Golfo frente condominio en el piso 10, lo bastante alto como para grandes vistas panorámicas sin la playa y piscina ruidos fuertes.

Esta dos dormitorios, dos baños condominio ha actualizado mosaico en todo con las paredes recién pintadas y decoradas con muebles nuevos. Tiene unas magníficas vistas frontal directo del Golfo (playa y piscina) desde el balcón y capacidad para 6 personas con una cama king size (muy cómoda) en el dormitorio principal, una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama de matrimonio convertible.

El apartamento está equipado con muchas necesidades para sus fabulosas vacaciones. Ropa de cama se proporcionan para todas las camas y toallas adecuadas para los cuartos de baño. La cocina está equipada con microondas, cafetera, tostadora, y licuadora. También se pueden encontrar muchos utensilios de cocina útiles junto con ollas y sartenes para cocinar.

También digno de mención es que Tradewinds tiene sólo 107 unidades de condominio por lo tanto la playa es mucho menos concurrida que los edificios mega-condominio. Tradewinds es de aproximadamente una milla y media de un centro comercial que incluye una tienda 'Winn Dixie' de comestibles, así como numerosas otras tiendas (Dólar almacén general y Walmart), restaurantes, y un centro médico de emergencia.

Tradewinds es de aproximadamente cinco millas al este de la intersección de Perdido Beach Boulevard y la carretera 59. Esta zona alberga numerosas tiendas de recuerdos, restaurantes, entretenimiento familiar (pequeño parque de atracciones, parque acuático, etc.). It was the perfect spot for me and my wife’s need of an ultimate relaxing beach vacation. Six straight days of viewing the Gulf and hearing the sounds of the water removing all of our internal stress. That happened from the balcony and the beach itself. The weather was awesome. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The stay was totally low maintenance for us. Thank you God and Tammy.

Beautiful location and perfect balcony and views. Its not a luxury atmosphere but if you wanna chill on the beach this is a good option. Apparently has been some problems with the washing machine in the past and water damage is evident on base boards and along bottoms of doors. They actually have a sign on the washing machine that claims your are responsible for damages if you use it and it malfunctions( I am really curious of the legality of that) but I suppose if you sign a contract you are bound to whatever claims the owner makes. Lower end kitchen appliances but has what you need. Walmart and groceries /supplies are super close. The beach and pool at top notch.Hard to complain about watching dolphins play while having morning coffee. Catch the elevator from your floor and you are basically a few steps from the beach. Secure parking is nice.

The unit was very clean and had everything you might need. The views were absolutely amazing. The building amenities were excellent and the beach access was perfect. The location was perfect as well. It was central to many restaurants in Orange beach and Gulf Shores. The host...she was absolutely great. We needed an extra parking pass for our stay and she got one set up for us and there was no issues obtaining it upon arrival. She is very responsive and helpful. We plan to stay here again next time we are at the beach. I cannot recommend this unit and this renter strongly enough. 10 Stars!!!

Family Beach Trip

We stayed as a family with Grandparents, Couple and a toddler. Check-in was easy and parking was included. The condo is in a great location and nicely stocked with all the essentials. The security personnel were attentive and helpful. The pool is clean and refreshing. Since the building is smaller there are less people on the beach giving an opportunity for space. Plenty of towels and bedding. Balcony was a great space to have coffee each morning. My only suggestion would be to add additional living room furniture for lounging in a rainy day.

Newly Renovated ? That was a joke

First upon arrival, housekeeping had not finished with the sofa bed , blanket there (was it dirty or clean ) but bed was raised up with no clean linens anywhere . Sofa was so dirty we wouldn’t let kids sit on it until they brought clean linens to put over it. The 2nd bedroom ‘s sheets would not stay on the bed and after several pms we figured out they were king sheets on a queen bed and put on inside out ! The refrigerator iced over on

Great location, loved being up high in the complex, easy access to beach, clean pool, all needed supplies provided by owner The mattress on the pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. I'd suggest bringing a mattress topper. Also, there are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door to the balcony, so bring an eye mask for those sleeping on the sofa bed. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the condo was great!!

Great week at the beach

The overall property is good. Great location, clean condo. Only complaints - fridge has a leak in it, water was constantly in fridge and oven. The biggest burner on stove did not work. Only the 3 small ones. This wasn't terrible but as a family that was cooking some, it made it inconvenient. Even preparing breakfast was a pain. Other than that, everything was good. A little heavy on the table decorations but we just moved out of the way.

Slice of heaven

My husband and I took a quick vacation to celebrate our upcoming 24th anniversary. When I say I booked it at the last minute... and so glad I did! The property is amazing, much better than anticipated. The view when you first walk in just melts your troubles away. The view from the balcony is to die for. We so enjoyed waking up everyday and having coffee on the balcony. Tammy is very responsive to your needs, and keeps you informed from the time you book to the time you leave. Bring your seasonings/cooking spray if you plan to cook. Also be sure to read the information Tammy sends, you may decide to bring some extra household items or pick them up while there. Kitchen is fully stock otherwise and we took full advantage of it. Even had fresh ice made when we got there. For those wondering, the bed is FIRM. Personally we loved it and we slept good in it. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the AC unit is a tad loud. We were so tired every evening it actually lulled us to sleep. The building is just the perfect size and it gives just the perfect amount of beach space to spread out. The pool was great, the beach was so clean and the water clear. We enjoyed eating at Ruby Slipper Cafe and at Mikee's Seafood. This condo will see us again. Thanks Tammy for your hospitality.

Wonderful!

It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The rental had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and walk to the beach so easy! Hope to stay again!

False Listing

We chose this property because it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It was anything but. I could have managed except the doors to the bathrooms were only 27" and the rooms were very narrow. I fell once trying to access the walk-in shower and got to meet some nice local firemen to pick me up. The manager apologized profusely for the inaccurate listing. I never did get to take a shower. Now if you are not mobility challenged, the condo is nice, the view is fantastic and it is conveniently located. I would give it 4 stars.

Our family loves to travel to the beach to enjoy Alabama's beautiful white sandy beaches. As a young girl, I remember traveling to Gulf Shores during spring break and the summer. It was always my dream to own a condo on the beach. After all of this time, it has come true. Our children now enjoy playing in the gulf and fishing off of the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the breath taking views from our unit as the sun sets every evening!

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! We love the location because it is located in the center of many attractions in Orange Beach. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach each year. We love relaxing on the beach and eating the delicious fresh seafood. You will also enjoy this perfect location in Orange Beach.

It is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it located directly across the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner. One of the greatest aspects of this condo is to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the gulf front balcony. What a way to spend time with your family and friends!!
