Nueva cocina remodelada. Encantadora capa de 4 dormitorios. ¡Buena ubicación! No es su alquiler típico. Solo alquilamos unas pocas semanas al año. Casa decorada! A pocas cuadras del campo de pelota de Chatham A, panadería y parque. Así como Main Street y Chatham Bars Inn. Casa incluye: A / C central, chimenea, gran porche con muchos asientos, ducha exterior, sótano tiene t. v. área y camas nido. Sótano recién terminado con una cama queen y A / C en el sótano también. Fotos que saldrán pronto del sótano,
 Cocina totalmente equipada. Dos bicicletas recreativas para su uso. Un montón de toques adicionales siempre! ¡Muy limpio!

Charming House, very comfortable and in excellent location

We rented this house for a wedding in Chatham in late July. It was perfect for our group. House had everything we needed and was walking distance to the wedding venue, town, and beach. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful spot

We had a great stay at Nancy’s home and appreciated all her personal touches, especially the flowers :) Convenient walk to the beach and the Chatham Pier. We also caught a couple Anglers games while there. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Nancy!

Serene setting

Set on a tree lined dead end street this home provided everything our group of 4 needed. The owner was incredibly responsive, and our gathering place to revitalize during our vacation was the private screened in back porch.

Chatham charm

Home was charming and comfortable for our family of 6 and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Had all amenities covered and the location was great for walking to Main St, restaurants and fishing pier. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We got some amazing recommendations for restaurants.

Nice property and good location

Nancy was very responsive to our questions and needs. We liked the location- very close to everything in Chatham. Kitchen was lovely. We used screened in back porch a lot. It was very nice although the roof did leak in heavy rain... Overall we enjoyed the house and our trip very much...

Fantastic Home for our Family Vacation, and a Superb Location

A wonderful house for our 5 person family visit (4 bedrooms, large family room for sitting/reading/movies, beautiful kitchen table for meals and games, and wifi). The house was perfectly clean when we arrived, and the key lock box worked well for checkin and checkout. All beds were made and there we plenty of towels. Close to Main Street Chatham and beaches. Easy and helpful communications with the owners. A great experience, and a highly recommended rental!

Wonderful stay in wonderful home in a great location.

We just returned home from a wonderful trip on the Cape. We found ourselves in a lovely, very clean, comfortable and welcoming home. We had everything we needed and more; a lovely screened-in porch, (where we could listen to a chorus of birds and owls), a very spacious living room with comfortable and ample places to relax, a well outfitted kitchen and comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms. The house, as well as the owner are very welcoming, so much so that it feels like one is staying with friends. Last but not least, the location is phenomenal, walking distance (<10 minutes) to the Chatham Fish Pier, and a short (and beautiful) bike ride to main street Chatham, as well as being very close to the Cape Cod Bike trail. Having stayed in different homes on the Cape over the past 20 years, this home is now our favorite.

Wonderful Vacation

If I were fortunate enough to have a house on the Cape, this is what I would want. It was exactly as described - a great house in a really great location. It was plenty big for our family of four adults, with room to spare. It was clean, comfortable, and just felt welcoming. The screened-in porch and the yard were fantastic; I got up early every morning to have the porch to myself to read a great summer novel. The location... it doesn't get any better than Chatham. I had no idea Chatham had such a gorgeous public beach. Although it was not beach front or in town, both were in walking distance (unless carrying beach gear) which was what was most important to us. The owner was fantastic to work with, she made everything very easy. It delivered on all levels - we would definitely go back again.

First time to the Cape

The house is great for a family. It has a great screened in porch that we spent most nights on after the kids went to bed. The location is great close to Main Street the fishing pier and several beaches. The basement was a great unexpected bonus well finished out and good space to play on rain days. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

We loved Nancy’s house!

Nancy’s house is a fantastic location! The house is very nice, big enough for our 6 person family. Comfortable living room, fantastic screened in porch, loved the outdoor shower, my teenage son loved the downstairs bedroom! Location is perfect and everything was provided!

Amazing Stay!

We loved it here. We came for a best friend's wedding at Chatham Bars Inn. Nancy's home was perfect for the occasion. It is walking distance to the inn and town. The home itself is great. Just to call out a couple features the we really enjoyed... individual AC units in each bedroom, a screened in porch, and outdoor area with a grill. Thank you Nancy for inviting us into your home. We will definitely be back!

Great family getaway

Beautiful home, very family friendly. My little ones loved the tree swing and all the toys. Town was very closely by, an easy bike ride away. Town, beaches and port are about a mile walk, a few less, we didn’t want to take the kids on the roads without side walks so we drove but plenty of parking anywhere we went. Beaches were great, very family friendly with great shopping in town. Only drawback was food was expensive in town and not that impressive. Found some spots further away that were excellent! Wouldn't stop us from renting this place again, I highly recommend!! Nancy was an excellent host being available for anything we needed.

Enjoyed our time In Chatham

This is a lovely house. It was well equipped and extremely clean. Great location central to everything in Chatham. Great downstairs for older teen boy. We had a couple of partly rainy days and the weather was starting to cool off since it’s late August, but the beaches were very nice and we really enjoyed eating a few dinners at Chatham’s restaurants.

Chatham Gem

Being our first trip to the Cape we weren't sure what to expect. We LOVED Chatham. Picture perfect with beautiful houses & hydrangea everywhere! This house was adorable, has everything you need. Beautifully decorated, very beachy. Nice screened in porch perfect for early morning & after dinner. House just as described. Master bed & bath a bit small but perfect for a vacation. Owner was super responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this house again!

Long weekend on the cape

This property is accurately represented in the description and photos. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The home was perfect for what we were looking for - enough space to hang out, 2 full baths plus outdoor shower which made things easy for our group of 7. The screened in porch is a great hangout spot! Close proximity (1 mile) from shops in town and the baseball field, as well as the beach. We definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again.

Lovely stay

This is a comfortable home, nicely furnished and decorated, in a pleasant setting. We especially enjoyed visiting with family in the screened porch. The location is perfect - close to town and beach - but also private. Nancy is a wonderful host - very accommodating and maintains excellent communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!!

This is a very attractive property on a quiet dead-end street. Very nice living spaces including a screen porch and outside shower. Kitchen well equipped. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were fine for the 5 of us....plenty of room to get together and also “ get away.” Location is 5 minutes from fish pier, downtown and 8 minutes from the lighthouse beach. The owner is a joy to communicate with!! Recommend highly. Only drawback was that 4 or 5 swearing landscapers arrived early on checkout day making our last morning a little awkward.

Exactly as described, clean, well located in quiet area, yet close enough to Main Street and beach.

A family friendly house, much larger than it first appeared. We were 5 adults, so the 3 BRs, 2 w/ A/C (although we really did not need it) were perfect. Beds were very comfortable, and linens clean. More (say teens) could have stayed in the basement room. There needs to be a door installed on the Bathroom in the master bedroom. Appliances all worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, kitchen tools, and the like. A rear screen door closure mechanism needs to be replaced (VERY minor item). TV could have been larger (but we were not in Chatham to watch TV, so OK). And it would help to have a booklet on channel selections. WIFI worked great. Owner was especially helpful, friendly, and positive. She sent us much info about the area restaurants. We will strongly consider using this house again.

Great location and rental property!

I stayed at Nancy's home with two other couples for a weekend trip to the Cape and the stay was fantastic. Nancy's home was extremely clean and everything was as advertised. The home was very roomy and extremely accessible to the beach and to Chatham center. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home in Superb Town Location

We have been renting summer homes in Chatham for many years and this is the first home we are returning to for two years in a row. Renting a home sight unseen can sometimes be a bit disappointing but when we arrived we were pleased to discover this property was exactly as it was represented in the listing.The home was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. We have two teenagers that like to have friends down to visit so having a large family room and a finished basement rec room is a huge advantage. The location is superb, well within walking distance to town and easily accessible to the bike path. We enjoy our early morning coffee on the beach, long bike rides on the rail trail, walking on Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge and Cape League baseball games. Chatham has so many wonderful beaches it is hard to hit them all in just one week but we try! And no summer would be complete without Sunday breakfast at Wequassett Inn. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a summer Cape house to rent, it surely will not disappoint!

Best location. Walk everywhere! Neighborhood to walk and ride bikes. Two blocks from the bike trail. A few blocks to Chatham Bars Inn as well as Main Street shopping and restaurants. Less than a mile to Red Nun Restaurant, Chatham A's baseball field & park, Chatham Filling Station (great breakfast!) and Chatham Fish & Chips restaurant.
