Se alquilan a familias y grupos de 25 una más antigua. Esta hermosa casa reformada es ideal para grupos grandes y familias re-uniones que duerme 16 !!! Hay 2 pisos a esta casa cada piso tiene su propia: Entrada, Baño, Cocina, Cocina equipada, Sala de TV, Aire Central también si usted no es un grupo grande y sólo quería alquilar un piso, es decir availiable también, porque los pisos se pueden sepearted y cerraron con entradas separadas.
Es una ubicación ideal para sus vacaciones a 3 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo, y es en el medio de las dos pasarelas para que pueda maximizar su experiencia. Hay un gran porche y un patio trasero por lo que tiene lo mejor de ambos mundos.
Todos los viernes durante la temporada de Coca-Cola pone en el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales, que se realiza en medio de los 2 boadwalks, así que si usted no tiene ganas de caminar hasta el Baordwalk verlos todo lo que tienes que hacer es sentarse en el porche y ver desde allí.

Great week at the beach

We had a group of 12, a mix of teenagers and adults, this house had enough bedrooms for everyone, great living space both upstairs and downstairs, was close enough to be able to walk to the boardwalk and beach each day and had a well stocked kitchen so we could cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Value

We enjoyed our stay at this Wildwood House. With 8 bedrooms we all had a place to call our own. There is also two living rooms. We spent most of our time enjoying the breeze on our front porch. The walk to the boardwalk is about 12 minutes and there are restaurants nearby. Totally recommend The Dock for tacos. The beds could be updated but other than that it was wonderful. We would stay there again.

Another great trip

Another year, another great stay at this property. Communication with the host was fantastic, very quick to respond and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and fit all 14 of us I. Our group. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The Wawa on the corner will surely miss my family from Texas who were in there at least 3 times per day. Parking was not an issue with the large driveway and ample street parking available. Thanks again! We will probably be talking in 2026 to boil again!

Great place year after year

This was our second stay at this property. Mark is a great property manager, very communicative and responsive during the booking. The house is massive and clean. We are a party of 14 and were all comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and boards. Next door to a Wawa. Perfect! Will be back next year!

Great location

The house was perfect size for our family of 12 adults and 3 kids. It’s great for everyone to have their own rooms and space. Location was just 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach which was very convenient. The interior of house has older charm and could use a bit of updating. Mark was easy to contact and quick to respond. He went out of his way to ask his neighbors to assist us when prior tenants left trash.

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week with our 4 Adult children and 6 grandchildren. We cooked outback and had enough room to sit around and enjoy the back yard. There was plenty of bedrooms/and living space for everyone. We had an Italian dinner that we cooked and enjoyed that outback as well. In the mornings and evenings we relaxed on the front porch! It was a short walk to the boardwalk which we enjoyed the rides and games for the kids ! Everyone enjoyed the convenience of WaWa literally next door ! Overall it was an awesome place to make memories with our family!!

Wonderful place for large groups and kids

We loved our stay in Wildwood! The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures and is quite charming. We were a large group of 9 adults and 6 children, so we rented both units. The kids loved taking over the upstairs tv/family room while the adults mostly hung out downstairs and especially on the large front porch. Laundry on both floors was very helpful. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, but it was also quite easy to drop off people and beach stuff at the boardwalk with easy driveway parking back at the house- we parked two minivans and a car in the long driveway. The walk from the boardwalk to the beach is quite long, but there is a wooden pathway one block over from Pine off of Maple for wagon/stroller access. We loved boogie boarding at the beach, trips to Cape May, the Cape May Zoo, and seashell collecting at Sunset Beach. There is so much to do in the area! Mark was also a very communicative host- I would def recommend staying at his home.

Nice place for a Family

Mark and Linda’s house was clean and convenient. My family and I rented both floors and there was plenty of space for all. Right around the corner from a convenient store (wawa) which was nice for those little things we may have forgotten to purchase. The beach was walkable but we drove each day as there is a $5 (midweek) lot right at the end of the street next to the boardwalk. Would recommend to any family.

Family and friends vacation

We had an amazing time! The house was spacious and cozy and everything was in working order. We especially enjoyed the front porch which is much larger than the picture depicts. We walked to the beach every day and were minutes away from the shopping center. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend renting this house.

My family and I stayed at the house the week of August 6 - 13, 2016. We were less than pleased. The beds were old and in need of replacement. For instance, the "king" beds consisted of a king box spring and two twin mattresses. The mattress pads on all of the beds were ill fitting and torn. In addition, the listing for the house states that towels and linens are provided. That was not true. The listing also states that there is a barbecue. That may be, but there was no gas and, if there were, the grill was unusable. While the owner did provide us with a $100 cleaning credit, the house was unclean. I found a piece of chewed gum on the carpet, floors were dirty, etc. I would not recommend staying here and we won't in the future. Renter beware.

"Thank you for your comments. We're so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. I appreciate that this was brought to our attention. Upon notification of the cleanliness of the home, we rectified the situation and terminated the cleaning service company that cleaned the home. We are sorry for any confusion or discrepancies with regards to providing linens for beds, towels for bath and propane gas . We do have it in the add that we do not provide these items add and have added this information in other areas including the Welcome Letter that we send out to our vacationers to assist future vacationers. Additionally, thank you for also brining it to our attention about the barbeque grill not working, we had inspected it and it is in working condition just needed the propane tank. Lastly, thank you for pointing this out to us about that mattress covers and apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused you. We have now replaced all mattress covers with new ones.

Definitely Home Away From Home

Linda was a pleasure to work with!! She was only a phone call away if we needed anything and provided great instructions on how to care for everything in the home.The pictures do not say enough of how gorgeous this two level eight bedroom home is. My family from Texas adored staying out on the porch every morning with cups of coffee and evening talks. It provided so much space for all. The furniture and accents in the home made it feel cozy and the beds were SO comfortable! The boardwalk, shops and restaurants are so close in walking distance , made it easy for my parents. Our first time in Wildwood and enjoyed it. Thank you for allowing us to rent this beautiful home to create memories we will always cherish!!! A true gem in Wildwood :)

our family LOVED this house

We are a large family,(currently four generation). We had a wonderful vacation utilizing every bedroom in the house. The pictures on the web site do not do justice to how beautiful the house really is. It was very clean, and decorated very nicely. Never a parking problem, had room for 3 cars in the driveway, and always found room on the quiet street as well. Nice size front porch, where we gathered every evening. The outside shower is perfect to use, after our day at the beach. No need to drag sand into the house. Kitchens were fully supplied with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and other necessary cooking items. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, (even me at 75). If needed, the owners were only a phone call away. I would highly recommend this properties to others. You will not be disappointed renting this house. Linda and Mark are great to deal with, and take pride in their house. It is very homey, and comfortable,and makes for a plesant vacation.
