Escapar a este condominio tranquilo sin toda la locura que otros traen. Sólo 60 unidades en todo el complejo! Maravillosa piscina y vistas a la playa desde el apartamento. Pintura fresca, cocina actualizada, en el tercer piso, todos los muebles nuevos. Dos camas de espuma de memoria de la reina en el dormitorio, y una reina de espuma de memoria sofá cama sofá. Dos baños completos también. Espacioso y cómodo para su familia! Duerme hasta 6 personas.

Incluso hay un carrito de playa para que su viaje a las playas de arena blanca sea aún más fácil.

Debes ser mayor de 25 años para alquilar este condominio. Tienes que registrarte en la recepción para obtener tus pases de estacionamiento y ellos te identifican.

Beach vacation

We loved this condo. It was a perfect beach vacation! The location was great as well. It was close to good restaurants yet away from the crowded areas of Panama City.

Family vacation

We always love staying at Mariner West! This was our first time staying in this unit. Everything was very nice except the floors were very dirty when we got there. Other than that we all loved it!

We loved this property! GREAT/EASY access to pool and BEACH. View from balcony was AMAZING! Everything you needed was right there! Beach was not packed on this end of PCB, so YES, we would definitely stay again. And, Amanda was so quick to answer when I emailed. Thank you, Amanda!

The Little Pearl - Mariner West

I loved that we stayed in a low-rise condo, as our beach did not have to accommodate as many people as the high-rise condos and, therefore, our beach was not nearly as crowded as the other parts of the beach. I was put off somewhat by the smell of the cleaning solution used in the condo. I would recommend using something a little more pleasant smelling. That was minor and certainly did not hinder our enjoyment of the trip.

It was clean, well maintained & the elevator was always working. By not visiting during peak season we didn’t have to put up with large crowds or a lot of traffic. The location was great. The balcony view was heavenly & just a few steps to the beach which they cleaned every morning!! Although I was very worried because I had to send an email requesting my check-in info while we were on the way to PCB, we did receive a prompt detailed response. Overall, the condo could use a thorough cleaning but there is nothing so overwhelming that would make me not want to stay here again & yes, I would recommend it to others.

We didn’t visit at a peak time so there was no crowds or massive traffic. Loved the 3rd floor and beach balcony view, it was perfect. The building was not a high rise so we never had to wait on the elevator which was always working. Our condo was nice but it does needs a very good deep cleaning and not just a surface cleaning for in between renters. Nothing that would make me say I wouldn’t stay there again but it’s something that needs to be done. Overall, this property rating is good.

Summer getaway 2021

This was our fourth visit to PCB, and we hope to visit again next year! This room was great for our family of six. Overall, the property was clean and the staff friendly. While PCB was more crowded than during our past visits, the beach in front of this property was not--we had plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful ocean and views! The check in process was easy, as was communicating with the property owner/manager. We love to visit PCB with family--this property is very family oriented!

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunatly, because of a minor problem, I couldn't get into Seascape my originally booking, So they set me up in Little Pearl and I couldn't have been happier. Even when the problem was resolved I chose to stay at Little Pearl. The location was perfect and the views of the gulf were spectacular. Although I didn't meet John face to face, I want to thank him for the communiction to make my stay so enjoyable. I am looking forward to staying there again.
