Un condominio de estilo jardín en el segundo piso. Ingrese al concepto abierto de estar, comedor y cocina. La cocina de estilo galera ofrece lavavajillas, microondas y cocina eléctrica con horno autolimpiante. El comedor tiene una amplia mesa con capacidad para ocho personas. Hay cuatro asientos adicionales disponibles cerca del mostrador de la cocina. El área de la sala de estar contiene un gran sofá envolvente, un televisor de pantalla plana con DVD, una unidad de aire acondicionado para esos calurosos días de verano y el disfrute de una chimenea de gas para esas frías noches de invierno. A la generosa cubierta posterior se accede a través de una puerta corredera en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana y una unidad de aire acondicionado, así como un baño privado completo adjunto y una puerta corredera independiente a la cubierta trasera. Relaxing stay, great location and amenities

Perfect Location

The condo was a great location. Close to all of our favorite local attractions. The sports club was an added bonus to our stay! Gorgeous views! Definitely will visit again. Wish the kitchen was a bit more equipped but overall sufficient!

Comfortable, good appliances and grill. A little messy hangers strewn in closets, pans in every cabinet,nothing serious. Liked the grounds and pools. It may be a good idea to provide a deck of cards, a game or puzzle. Game that is there has many pieces missing.Overall a nice quiet place convenient to everything. Thank -you.

The condo was in excellent condition, beds and linens were clean and comfy, air conditioning in every bedroom and main living space, kitchen was well stocked, coffee machine (auto drip) worked well, indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and staff was always checking on conditions and cleaning up in the pool and exercise areas. Grounds were beautiful and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the daily walks around the pond. We will definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed getting together with family (kids and dogs!) in this relaxed setting. It is close to restaurants and stores, but a bit up the hill so feels farther away than it is. We were able to use the indoor pool, which was a huge draw for the kids but it was definitely NOT 82 degrees! The front desk person said it was but it was very chilly. Still fund to swim, but don't rely on the "heated" pool too much! There's also tennis and a great bike/running path along the Kangamagus.

4 Days at Forest Ridge

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting during the summer in the Loon area for 20+ years, both through the rental agency and privately, and have been mostly satisfied with the properties chosen. We were especially drawn to the Forest Ridge complex due to the relatively flat topography and nicely maintained clubhouse/pool facility. The condo we rented however was a disappointment. Compared to other homes we have used in the past, it was minimally stocked with kitchen essentials. There was no grill provided which was somewhat offset by the ability to use the grill behind the clubhouse, however that was still an inconvenience. The air conditioning units were the portable type which are large and intrusive, preventing the ability to utilize the windows for interior lighting in the two front bedrooms. Overall we were disappointed in the unit and would not rent it again, although we would be pleased to locate a more accommodating property in the same complex in the future.

The kitchen inventory has now been completely stocked. State fire code actually prohibits propane grills on 4+ multi-family property decks.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo had the cheapest furniture in the bedrooms. It was falling apart and stained. The master bedroom mattress was so horrible that I thought it was a blow-up mattress. The spreads and blankets appeared to be at least 10 years old. The remotes for every single Tv were not working correctly. The rug throughout the condo was filthy. The condition was sad for a high-end rental resort. You could get better accommodations at Motel 6. Skip this unit.

Easy access to all the restaurants along Main St in town (less than 5 min drive) and to the highway into Franconia Notch. Would definitely look to stay again next time we're in town!

Reviewer Comments: I knew we would have a great stay from the moment we booked, since a phone came shortly after booking to ensure everything we need would be taken care of. Our stay was over Columbus Day weekend so it was busy as ever in Lincoln but we were prepared for that. Our place was better than described! Very spacious and the views were awesome and full of color! The only downside was the portable air conditioners were still installed and the window vents were still in which made the very drafty. The temperature a night got to the mid 30's while we were there so two of the bedrooms got chilly at night. I'm sure if it were warmer there wouldn't be more concern. Extra blankets heled but it's a detail that was probably overlooked.

Our visit

The place was very clean and neat. When we arrived, it was very hot and the portable air conditioners were not running. It took a full 24 hours to cool the place off. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was no umbrella on the patio as pictures. It was very close to the tennis courts and club house/pool and that was great. If you are looking for basic, no frills space, you won’t be disappointed

The condo was clean, spacious and conveniently located. It was off season when we went so it was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pet friendly which can be hard to find.
